Unusable for current version of Android. Prior, would have rated excellently. App must be maintained to keep up with system updates on the phone/tablet and it simply is not.

If you are using Android 10 or higher DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Use to work perfectly now it just force close itself. If you are going to put an app or the for your customers you MUST maintain it and ensure it works for future versions of Android. last update was in June or July.

The app worked great, but ever since the update, it will open up and go straight to a black screen. It freezes up my phone half the time. This is ridiculous.

Was a great app..... when it used to work!! Hasn't worked for the last 2 months! Freezes up. Have to force close. LEFT A 2** RATING ON 2/8. DROPPING IT TO A 1!! STILL NOT WORKING AS OF 4/24!!!!!!!!

Use to work great. After last update it stopped working. All it does is open and goes black then freezes and closes. Tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it still wont work.

After last update app will open then screen goes black and freezes. Have to force close. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still won't work.

I guess they updated the app. Now all it does is go to a black screen and freeze up. It use to be a great app. Don't recommend it at all now.

I used to love the app. I checked it a lot especially when i had company stay or got a new electric something just to see how much my power really went up. Then 3 months ago or so some I ne screwed it up and it foesnt work at all now.

Great app with user friendly features. Very simple steps to make monthly payment in less than a minute.

i cant get on thr app. it keeps saying not able to connect with server try again later. bummer it seemed like it would be a great thing. :(

This app was very good and I am a member but I went to use it here this month and only a black screen comes up. Seriously you need to get this app back up and running.

App was great before the update now all it does is go to black screen and closes out still does the same thing and they say its fixed

This used to work just fine, and was a quick and easy way to pay my bill. The app hasn't worked in months, though. Please fix it!

Used to work great, now when I try to pay my bill the screen goes black and my phone freezes up.

What happened have always used this app. Since the June payment my saved account number and password is missing will not let me enter it .

I'm trying to get my password. when I put in the last four of my phone number it says message sent but I haven't got any messages. how am I supposed to sign in and pay my bill if I can't get into it.

It makes it easy to pay your power bill online. Plus tells you how much power you are using. Its a great app to have.

App stopped working. Will not work on my Note 20.

This app stopped working on my phone,very disappointed,nobody can tell me what's wrong or how to fix it.

Worked great, now it just turns my screen black and freezes.

Since the new update the app wont open and it freezes my entire phone up!

I had the app on a different account. Now it doesnt give me an option to create my new account on app
