With all the resources on your disposal, you doesn't make at least an average app. The app can't even open, just some blank white page. Does this review even matter? You don't even reply to Facebook comments or inbox. 👎
This app is a waste of time and resources. Please DO NOT download or even install it. When you open the app, it shows a blank white screen and no any other information at all. I see other users complaining about this issue but the developers haven't addressed it yet. This one deserves no star at all👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
App is Not Useful at all. After the update nothing works, only a white screen and it has been this way for months yet no repairs have been made. Check on this soonest.
What's happening the app is not opening, gives you be a blank white screen. Previous version used to work well

Very fake update has been rolled out which ruined the full functionality of the app. The app now is unable to open after the update. I wonder if the update was tested before rolling it out.

It doesn't help at all. With all the resources you have get a good app developer. this is less than the bare minimum.

This app is hanging on white screen. Why? It works on my old phone infinix note 5 but does not work on Oppo A94.
Very useless. There should be an option to rate it as negative star. Waste of resources. One can't even view the choosen healthcare facility. I couldn't change a facility as it was taking forever to load
I logged in using my ID number and the OTP sent to my phone, only to have someone else's profile open up. This makes me question the data security measures taken by NHIF. I had access to a complete stranger's profile. I tried logging out and in again; to the same profile! That's insane, for such sensitive information!
Majority of the items in the menu keep hanging and reporting error every time I try accessing. A lot need to be done on the App. Otherwise as of now I can't advise anyone to download; you will just be wasting your time
Easier to pay and access. For those with problems opening it , uninstall then install again

Zero star for this App. The new update is thrash. The timing of the update and everything useless. You open the App and u just see a blank page. Nkt!!
This is just onother waste of time it doesn't show your arrears,penality etc...why should we have an app that doesn't have any improvements since launched???a disgrace.

carefully thought stupid idea, it's of no help to humans who contribute to the scheme, don't waste your bundles downloading it, just download candy crush instead.
After downloading leaves a blank white screen. Donno how many hours one should wait for it to bring something.
It keeps saying my payment is due when it always upto date. It also doesn't allow me to change my outpatient facility or select one for my wife. I have tried calling the customer care line and they are telling me I cannot select the hospital I want while it actually accepts NHIF. I have been paying consistently but the card has not sorted even one of my medical bills. Its mandatory for me to pay it. The least you can do is actually give us good service
