Worthless as far as I can tell. This is another factor in me regretting switching to this company. The only piece that seems to work is "my account" and that is slow af. So this app can tell me who I am, eventually, but can't show me my plan or usage. I guess I'll continue to wait for them to respond to my email...
Hard to review the app as I'm never able to login. Fingerprint does not work. User name / password keeps giving "Sorry. We are working on a technical error. Please try back later." error.
Cannot log in through the app or the website. Have called customer service at least 5 times now with no resolution
app works well, not much to do with it tho . . . I refuse to 'connect' everything to the internet to be "Big Brothered' so that makes some apps like this irrelevant. But good go of it for those who have no conserns of walking of the plank! Have a good day guys!
This app does not work cant even log in. Lucky I can still pay my bill through comed with no problems. Just saying. Hopefully you guys will work out all the kinks.
Not sure what these guys accomplished yet? When I have some results I can rate the app better.
This app was great when we lived in their service area. Always thought it was a joke until I used their service and did actually save a ton of money
stupid app. does not allow to login. Either gives a system error message or says user does not exist even after registration.
Terrible app. Says there was a technical error and is unable to display any of my information.
Can't sign in and no option for using alternate sign in. Totally useless

Have been trying to log in for over a month...keep getting shut down. Called NRG... will notify.... surprised they sounded like nothing happened!!!
