Everytime I try to set my goal it kicks me off the whole entire site soon as I get to the last part. It's very annoying.
I can't get past the login screen. I was a le to download the app and enter my login information but then the app automatically closes every time. I have tried Uninstalling the app and downloading it again, as well as restarting my phone and the same thing happens every time. Help!!!
Re downloaded the app after taking time away from the business, and now everytime I try to log in to the app, it opens a web page withe the nuskin site, and its an error 404 page. I can log into the site no problem, but the app doesn't want to let me in. I have uninstalled and re installed 4 times now and its just not working
I can't log in into my account. It says log in failed even if I type the right email and password. Please help.
Update: Thanks for fixing it, it seems to be working now. It doesn't show all my past orders but its working now atleast. Changed my rating. App does not work, I deleted it and re-installed it and it keeps saying "No network connection detected" and then it just closes. Obviously I got internet as im able to leave you this review 🤣😂 why send out emails with the download link if it doesn't work?
Great app to manage the business. Just the product offer option which is awesome is often unavailable in Vietnam. Sometimes, Its there. The next day, its not there anymore.
I was having problems setting up orders, and then would kick me out, and now I have tried to log in, and it was correct password, and now I can't get on it at all. It keeps telling me 'no internet connection available '!! Please fix this!! This hurts our businesses!!
i was Unable to Open it. kept appearing "No Network Detected" even though i have Strong Signal. i Can Load all Apps in my phone that needs internet only this app has a problem. I tried to uninstall it and download again But its the same.
Trying to download the app and it keeps saying login failure. I have everything correct and it still says it. I've tried Uninstaller and reinstalling. Not impressed.
I just downloaded the app and I'm already having trouble signing in, the app keeps on taking me out whenever I try to sign in, I even tried to Uninstall it the install it again. Please help!! 😭
If we could place our own orders via this app it would be perfect... One app for everything would be perfect instead of customer orders via 1 app... Then this app and then we still need to log onto the web for placing orders... It's unnecessary...

Just to help those that cant install it, if it stops while it's still installing, perhaps at 99%, try and clear up more space on your phone, most apps dont install fully if there isnt enough space

Overall it's a good app for my business which I love but one thing is I want more stuff added like the Vera Consultation App which will work best for us in the EMEA region.... Overall it's a brilliant app...
Hi. I have reinstalled twice. I enter my details and it says Login failure. When I log I to the browser, I am using correct details. Please assist immediately
It was okay using it but every time i needed data and most of the time i never made sales because the products was too expensive for people to purchase although i gave them 25% discount

I cannot login my username and password is correct as I log into my labtop no problem.. its just this app that says login failed every time!!! its so frustrating
I've downloaded this app twice now and it keep tell me I have no internet connection when my connection is perfect..if you could please fix this problem would be hugely appreciated
I really struggle with it when searching for products. It continues to throw out "oops something went wrong" very irritating!!
