My NYCHA

I have used this (your) NYCHA app numerous times with out any issues. Now I receive a log in error everytime I log in. I have uninstalled then reinstalled yet I still get the same error. I need this problem corrected as soon as possible. Your call center is extremely busy and hold times often lead to being hung up on. Also, this app hasent been updated in 2 years!? What are you waiting for?!

Giving this app 3 stars right now as I sit here waiting on the NYCHA call line for what will supposedly be "over 10 minutes" becuz I haven't been able to log in to the app AT ALL for *WEEKS* since it says there's an error. When the app works, it's very useful (tho I still wish there were an option to send photos of damages). Please fix the app. Those phone wait times are absurd.

I would give it a zero, since I haven't been able to log in for about a year. Sent E-mails got no response or resolution. Just same error messege saying can't log in try again later. This app has't been updated since 2020. Is there a tech dept.?

Ultra slow and terrible UI "please wait" literally every time you touch anything... why do we have to keep signing in over and over.. I'm the only one using my phone it literally does not make since and its a waste of time. And what's the damn point of having the "convenience" of this app if nobody ever answers the call.. I've been waiting 46 days to have a simple issue fixed. Tell me developers... what's the damn point and who's door do I have to knock on to get some attention from nycha...

I use this app to create and check tickets, check my rent payments and have had no problems except once when it would not allow me to log on. Since that time, it has been consistently available and operational. It is better than calling the Call Center in my opinion. One thing I wish we could complain about heat and hot water without having to create a ticket.i

not good wont work for me something's see ok like setting up a ticket but when it comes to signing up for ERent or trying to view or check rent or pay it not one thing about that works at all that's why I give it 2 star Rating it needs to be fix I can't say how many times I reported it on the app itself but it was a lot it needs some work I can't pay my rent on this app if it won't show me the rent it only shows a blank page with link that won't work.

Communication is very important. Without it, nothing will be repaired in the apartment. Housing assistance is sometimes never in the office. Receptionist doesn't do anything but talk on her iPhone. Customer contact center has a negative attitude and very unprofessional. Living in public housing is a nightmare. We should all treat one another with respect.

Doesn't work anymore. I tried to log in to put in repair tickets. I keep getting an error message. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled. NOTHING SUCH A WASTE OF TIME

It doesn't work at all, it need to be pulled from Google play store and the apple 🍎🍏 store period!!!!! It's a waste of space on both platforms.

Doesn't let you sign in! I've tried signing in on multiple occasions, it'll let you sign in to take you right back to the sign in page. Needs to be fixed ASAP!

It not helpful. Housing just give u the basic yet u need other assets to housing help with things we need to get exactly to without all this extra. What about self-service portal Why is there no access to that where u can gi right in. Being that is just important as rent, repairs This My NYCHA APP ISN'T NOTHING . I DOWNLOADED FOR ANNUAL REVIEW.

Scheduled a repair on a specific date. Called on said date only to find my ticket closed, b/c they changed the date and time without telling me. Useless app.

As soon I installed I proceed to uninstall. I have an account and the app won't find my account I emailed the support as they asked me to and still haven't get a reply from them it's been weeks now ok I recommend the website instead

0 STARS! DOES NOT WORK!! Every time I install and login it just tries to open then in a flash closes! Uninstalled! FIX IT!..or remove it!!

Install the app,put in my information and it tells me wrong log in information and gives me the customer care center, which puts me on hold,then hangs up. No matter what time I call. So what is this app for? When you can't get in touch one way or another. The app is useless.

Reliable and Convenient in scheduling the appointment that is best for you. All repair requests are documented, as well able to make notes. Able to cancel n reschedule. Portals to help with other matter related to NYCHA.

This app has been working for me for the last year. Now I a am recieving a message Failed login Attempt. MYNycha APP discriminates on who can use the service of managing and creating maintance tickets. This app makes it easier for residents to request repairs without depending solely on customer service. The Mynycha.gov.nyc techs hosting the MyNycha App make this App unavailable to people who are aware of the usefullness of this app. I have sent numerous email about this and no one responds.

Getting error message every time i try to log on. This as be goi g on for a year an a half. Can it be corrected of fix, please. Thanks inadvance.

Am amazed that I download it to my phone and tablet, this is the easy way I can keep in touch with my section 8. All I need to do is Recertified mine for me Siri my information to my worker if anything is needed from me if I have to Recertify. I like the way this app can help in many ways than I cane magi ever lets see how to learn how to use it. As time goes on I’ll pick it up easy with no problems almost done can’t wait till am done so I can get it

I moved 2 months ago but they still won't change the address in the app. Mgmt says it's the customer contact ctr's IT dept fault, IT blames mgmt....I hateeeee calling in my tickets. Who exactly is supposed to update this thing??

Can not log in at all, it tells me to call customer support and they just transfer me and hang up my calls. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

pretty good and keeps you accurately abreast of appointments. Only complaint is for.ground floor people over the basement, the tank room exhaust fan was hard to explain and si oke things like a stopped up drain arents listed.

I tried the app about 1-1/2 years ago, it downloaded but every time I put in my information it wouldn't go through. I'm going to try again this year to see if it works. 😬😷

It worked the very 1st time, but when I need to use it, it just keeps saying error an will not let me enter.

App isn't working whatsoever. I enter my information, it logs me in and logs out the moment it logs in. Fix it.

What happened to app. It's not working right. I sign in & it logs me off. Fix this app asap.

App is just like NYCHA. It doesnt even go beyond the login section. Useless like management
