My Nymeo Mobile

Minimum Functionality. You can perform basic tasks, but frequently you need to log in with a browser because the app either doesn't support the functionality you need such as making a note with a transfer or editing an existing bill pay contact, or the provided feature just doesn't work like adding a bill by taking a picture. The feature is there, but despite dozens of attempts using different levels of lighting and even putting my phone on a tripod to keep it steady, the feature has never worked

This app doesn't work sometimes. I've had to move money from savings to checking so I can pay for lunch and it decides to freeze or not take my password even though I'm using the right one and I had to go without food for a while longer until it decides to work again. This is not a one time thing. It happens all the time. I've had to call customer support for it several times just to check my balance and their customer service is even more frustrating than the app is. I'm ready to switch banks. This app worked much better in the past.

Thanks for the forced update. I love companies who think they get to tell me when I need to do something on my iwn device. I needed to quickly check the balance on an account but I couldn't because you forced me to update before i could use the app. You consistently render your app and yourselves useless. And being the evening, I couldn't call you either. Crappy experiences like this are par for the course with this institution. I would steer clear of them and their app.

App frequently crashes or is unable to connect to account server. Even with proper sign in credentials I am often enough not allowed to view my account. fix this immediately.

Honestly the app is great. It is used friendly and provides a safe avenue these days to safely do important banking. I know I probably have not been utilizing the app to its fullest but overall I am very satisfied with My Nymeo App!!!

Reason for giving Nymeo mobile banking 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars rating, because its quick, simple, easy to maintain your accounts. Also I like the thought of handling my account on the mobile app. I really like this Nymeo mobile app. 😊😊😊😊😊 happy customer! Furthermore I like their customers services, They're pleasant, respectable, and thoughtful toward other peoples needs. Excellent work staffs of Nymeo.

Great set of features, but interface is not intuitive.

Still am not able to log onto my account with the app. Internet browser log in works fine. App doesn't let me on.

It doesn't let me do my enrollment for new customer!! 😡 Always said fail!!! now I can't see my balance!!!! worst app ever!!!

Not impressed with this credit union. Online banking and mobile app is behind the times.

Half the time, this app will not work correctly. Wont allow us to put in our password.

most things about this are great. although it would be nice to have a balance to look at after each transaction. or end of each day??? give me a little more to work with?

Never had an issue. Extremely easy to use. Love being able to check my account.
