Terrible app. Doesn't stay signed in, meaning I have to log in from scratch each time. They also did not build this on a mobile platform so the buttons and text get tiny and unreadable. And when everything g is signed in and connected properly I still cannot control my HVAC remotely when I'm away from home - which is the only reason to have the app. Worthless
Very inconsistent operation. Works sometimes, and other times fails to control thermostat. Honeywell program and thermostat much more useful.
The latest update on this seems to have fixed the problems. I also disconnected and reconnected the thermostat to WiFi.
Not sure what's wrong with app. But does not sync with thermostat anymore and won't connect
App is too small print and not user-friendly when you have multiple air conditioners it can be done but it's not user-friendly
Very poor app. Always keeps refreshing the screen and is non accessible.
Would like to see an update on this app. It does not connect to the HVAC most the time.

The only good thing about this thermostat is basically nothing.
It doesn't work. Think we need to get together and file a class action lawsuit against the manufacturer to get them to fix it or replace it.

Never communicates with house unit. Waste of money.
Buggy and clunky. When it works it is clunky but okay, when it doesn't work it does really stupid things. For example, last night I was hot so I turned down the temperature one degree to 75 from my phone. I woke up early to the AC running full blast and the house 69 degrees. The thermostat still showed being set for 75.
HVAC doesn't start running when using the app. Example- this morning I awoke to 62. I wanted to warm the house to 70 before crawling out of bed. Used the app to raise the temperature to 70, waited about 5 minutes, and heater never started running. Went to thermostat and it displayed my request but it wasn't until I tapped a key on the display that the heater turned on. It totally defeats the purpose of the app if you have to make physical contact with the thermostat to make the HVAC run. It has been like this since at least the last update.
Won't update, won't show real time data, can't control t stat with the app, on my second t stat and still no luck. I'm a hvac service tech and this thing is useless. Will not sell or ever recommend this stat or equipment using this stat.
The app does everything I expect and on my system it has worked for about a year now. Initially I had a problem with the router not pinging it timely and it not triggering. I have it hooked up now to a mesh Network and there have been no issues
Completely useless. Worked for a bit when I first downloaded. Does not communicate at all now. Unfortunate because the thermostat is great.
It freeze after you switch it to background. Fan settings doesnt have low and med. Doesnt remember login. Doesnt match functionality of thermostat. Observer Thermostat is pretty poor as well.
The thermostat keeps dropping the connection and the app is in landscape mode and I cant enter username or password. Lousy.
Unreliable. Sometimes works sometimes doesn't. You’ll think you've changed the thermostat temp but it never makes the change on the thermostat. Used to work a little better. But never has been that great.
