Can't even order on the app, serves no purpose,glitchy and closes out on its own. Less frustrating calling them and being on the phone for half an hour going through all the options to speak to someone

Way too basic, not really that useful. For orders, it doesn't give a meaningful status. I've placed orders a few days to a week earlier than insurance would cover and instead of showing that information, it only shows the date you placed the order and that it's in processing, so you have no idea when it will be shipped. It would be helpful if they displayed the next date you are eligible to order, based on insurance. Also, a way to report faulty pods would be nice, instead of having to call.

Don't really see the point in the app web page works fine. Had to register for another account even though i already had one. Then wouldn't accept password. I think there is a link issue between the two. Time would have been better spent creating the display app for Android. Not sure why iPhone is always first. Guess omnipod is iPhone groupies too.

This app doesn't do a whole lot when it's working except let me see my shipping status. However, I can't even do that anymore. I login and it's just a blank white screen no matter what. Force stop, restart phone, uninstall and re install, clear cache, clear data. White screen. Please fix this.

The product is great. I love this particular pump. The app itself is horrid. There are times you can't place an order in it. You have to call. If you're payment method expires, you have to call to change the card on file. If you work during the same hours as the reorder department, you're just SOL. It's not worth it have an app that you can't actually use.

I would give 5 stars but I've never been able to place an order for pods thru your app or your website. It would be very helpful to have this option but without it your app is just a way for me to quickly find your phone number and sit on hold till someone can answer my call. But your customer support team is wonderful and I give them 5 stars!!!

I am very new to the app but definitely can improve upon and I can't believe they let happen is when you're filling out your date of birth! They only let you do it with this calendar with today's date on it and to get to your your birth you have to hit this arrow one at a month at a time it takes you at least 10 minutes depending on how old you are to get to your proper year.! I shold put in 2 /4 month 2/day, etc. The app should alert you to stay logged in before it times out.

It would be nice to be able to add more than one person for instance i have 4 diabetic children but can only have one account....need to make to where we can add others and switch between them...that would be so much easier.

Useless app other than keeping your contact & insurance info up to date .... in a sense, otherwise useless! I no longer can order supplies, see past or current (if any) shipments, nor can I pay my bill (if any).

Very irritated trying to link this to glooko isn't working, I have the correct name and password and they refuse to link.. I have spent an hour on the phone with a trainer all in the poor woman's name. No one has been helping. I am just frustrated.

I've downgraded this app to useless. I fail to see what the purpose of this app is other than to show very basic info that most of already have. The other purpose is to advertise Omnipod. Aren't you preaching to the choir? We already have the product. Keeping us informed about future products is info anyone can get from the website no sign in required.

Not able to register via phone. When registering online, the database did not recognize the serial number. Seems odd that there is this much disconnect from a medical decice standpoint. Frustrating indeed!

Basic, has no function other than to register your PDM and your account for payment is not working. Pretty much useless for basic purposes it fails in many levels of meeting expectations

Totally company centric app. No features or functionality for users. How about being able to use this app to locate the Dash? Surely the company realizes that carrying around a separate device could result in it being misplaced?. How about an app that removes the need to carry around yet another device (ie: get rid of the Dash).??

Ive been a diabectic for over 20+ years. This is my firat time using an insulin pump. I love it! It takes some time to adjust your sugars but once under control its great. No poking with needles several times a day anymore. I tell everyone i know about the podder.

I cant sign in.... I got the right password I've got the right users name and it still refuses to let me in and I need to get into it to download the other app so I can get it to where my blood sugars are sent down to my diabetic specialist at every day and you know you got a lot of problems with this app and this app affects our life personally because of our blood sugar in our numbers I really hope you do something to help the app improve because I haven't seen one good review

So far it's been a very enjoyable experience and has made my life alot easier and also have a dexcom this app will be great when the omnipod and dexcom are able to talk to each other I'd rate it a 5 after that feature is implemented

I've made several payments that domt reflect on the app. There is no way to view your payments or bills. This app needs alot of work. The only reason I use it is that no one answers the phone at customer service.

You can't do anything on here. You can't order supplies or anything. Deleting it if changes aren't made. Can go on Facebook and talk to others about how to use it. Don't need an app for it. And if I need to change insurance or doctor, I can call the company.

The app cannot scan the serial number of the PDM when trying to register it. There is no way to enter the serial number manually when using the mobile app. You must log in on a computer in order to register your PDM.

I have used Omnipod System for 2 weeks now. I am extremely pleased. My only request is to develop a way to link Omnipod with the Libre System. That would stop the need for any sticks for me.
