INTRODUCTIONLaunched in September 2016, My One Buffalo is a new way to customize your fan experience through your mobile phone or smart device.The goal of the program is to sync Buffalo’s largest sports teams and improve the fan experience. The program includes a new status program, the ability to manage all of your tickets, and features that make attending games easier than ever. With newly completed upgrades to the Wi-fi in both the arena and stadium as well as a fully functional website, any fan with a smart device can participate. To register and get started, you only have to provide your full name, email address, and create a password. Once registered you’ll be able to experience all three components that make up the next step in Buffalo sports fandom.MY STATUSAfter the success of Sabres Fan Advantage over the 2014-15 and 2015-16 Sabres seasons, the My One Buffalo Status Program pushes the concept even further while uniting Buffalo’s sports teams. The program is defined by three key components. The first is that fans will now be placed into tiers with different benefits based on how often they interact with the teams. Interactions include purchasing season tickets, attending home or away games, watching Sabres broadcasts, attending team events, dining at (716) Food and Sport, and more. Examples of benefits include discounts at the Bills Store and Sabres Store as well as digital goods, surprise offers, and invites to special events. Second, all of these interactions are automated and no longer need fan actions to get credit for interacting. The stadium, arena, and HarborCenter all have iBeacons, so any fan that leaves their Bluetooth settings on will get credit for attendance. The Sabres have partnered with LISNR to leverage inaudible tone technology, so fans watching Sabres games only need to allow access to their microphone to get credit for watching. Any fans attending away games or events just need to leave Location Services on while using the app and they will receive credit for supporting the team. Third, there’s more ways for more fans to participate in the program. By including the Bills, HarborCenter, the Bandits, select events at the arena and stadium, as well as events for fans outside Western New York, the status program truly encompasses everyone who considers themselves part of One Buffalo.MY TICKETSMy One Buffalo now serves as a one-stop shop for all your ticketing needs for the Bills, Sabres, Bandits, and most HarborCenter events. With partnerships with Ticketmaster and Tickets.com, no venue is left untouched. Within the app, you can forward game tickets to friends, purchase tickets, manage your account settings, and pull up your tickets on your phone to enter the building.MY GAMEDAYFans attending games at New Era Field and KeyBank Center will be able to use My One Buffalo for everything on game day. NITTEC will provide traffic updates and bridge wait times directly in the app. Once at the venue, users will be able to use interactive parking maps and virtually pin their car to make it easier to find after the game. My One Buffalo will feature a limited eWallet that allows fans to pay for merchandise right from their phone using a credit card or their Bills Bucks or Sabres Bucks cards. Each team has partnered with Experience, an award-winning provider of mobile fan experience technology, to give fans a chance to purchase seat upgrades, head onto the field after a game or go down to the VIP Ropeline. In addition to all these changes, fans will be able to enter using tickets on their mobile phone which will also give them access to select fast pass lanes at entry. The iBeacons throughout the building will not only serve to count attendance, but also send fans special offers and discounts customized to their interests and the game. With My One Buffalo, everything is in one convenient place.

This app... this app is absolute trash for the most part... I've been trying to sign up for Sabres experience for months and still cannot do it because I'm told to enter a VALID email. Everywhere on this app that wants me to enter my email address is telling me the same thing... which I've been doing. I can't add my photo to the app, and other than holding on to my digital tickets, I haven't gotten much use out of this thing...

Doesn't work very well at all. Whenever I click on a link to find out more about something the app closes down. I also can't get the Sabres guest wifi to work. It won't connect. And I never seem to get the credit for my actions and attendance at the games.

Deactivated or Just REALLY Bad?? The app no longer functions. Anything you click results in a blanks screen. Isn't found in app store. I am a loyal customer and my wife and I have spent a ton of money with the One Buffalo store. To just break the app without any notice is kind of disrespectful. I've given it a week to improve and it's just garbage. If you can't tell, I'm pretty cheesed. OH YEAH - The developer email address bounces back and this review has been deleted twice.

Horrible app. Constantly have to reset my password. Constantly have to email for assistance as the app randomly does not recognize my email address (the ONLY email address I've EVER had). App randomly closes - VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN I'M TRYING TO GET INTO THE EVENT! All my complaints have gone unacknowledged. Would NOT recommend this app to ANYONE.

To Mr and Mrs Pegula; Honestly, this app is garbage and shouldnt even be. Esp when its for the fans in a city that has dealt with many problems in the world of sports. It opens and then stops everytime. Youre wasting peoples time that want to check the score.... just get rid of it. its a total distraction.

This app never works. And when I say never, I mean NEVER. I haven't been able to get into games because of this garbage app, and as a season ticket holder, you're basically required to use it. As with everything the Pegulas touch, it turns to garbage

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This app makes it next to impossible to sell your tickets and it's super slow when you need it the most. It makes it super slow to get into the stadium.

great idea of an app. just bought first set of season tickets. i have yet to recieve credit. would like to see better response from the app when it comes to linking the account. hope this gets to the dev team. i would live to give input. hopefully this season goes better than this app.

Why can't I get notifications for every scoring play for the Bills? Combining the Sabres & Bills apps was not a great idea. And the notifications are inconsistent. I don't get them all the time. Last Sabres game I didn't get the 3rd period goals or a final, but I got 1st & 2nd period goals???

10/11/19 HTC 10 Android 8.0 Settings for push notifications are NOT FIXED. I only have promotions enabled for bills/sabres and I still get game start, updates, and team news. Either fix it or TEACH THE PERSON pushing the notifications out HOW TO DO IT IN THE RIGHT CATEGORIES.

So I click on the sabres icon and I can't even get the game score? I have to click schedule and then the game and then I get the score, should be 1st thing shown when a game is in progress! If I missed something, let me know. Otherwise, bring back the sabres app, this is junk. (Why do the bills still have their standalone app but sabres got pulled?)

When I re-downloaded this app I was reminded why I deleted it in the first place. The app crashes whenever I try to link my ticketmaster account through the app. Poor functionality.

The new app is awful! Combining all the teams into one app so far stinks. You can't see the last week.of the month when looking at the Sabres schedule. And when I try to view my one Buffalo account I get an error message. I want my separate Sabres app back!

Tired to go to a Bill's game wouldn't load tickets on my android phone. Had a friends with an iPhone log into my account and it worked. Now I'm trying to go to a Sabres game and its showing NO TICKETS! POS app not android friendly! Get a better ticketing system

The worst app i have ever used. The only reason people would download this is to access their tickets but I could not even do that. As an app developer I am appalled this was ever approved or paid for. The entire app needs to be rehauled.
