There is a problem when I register my Ooredoo number I already write and registered the time you told no internet connection I already open the internet. I think this is may be cuz internet. And I change the wifi network but you told me no internet connection try again. I tried again and again so I reached,recommend and gave you 1star. Fix this bug

They are stealing the data and bill more than the actual amount while you are using internet, they will charge from both your data and bill even though data is only needed to cut. When you start to notice, your data and bill will be gone. Your application is too much padding and loading time is long. Both services and this need to fix.

Worse (1) The button "Packs" doesn't function. (2) If I topup first and then open the app, Ooredoo cut off my main balance. (3), why does it say "insufficient balance" everytime when I topup 1000ks and try to buy 400MB/899ks, and all call 75mins/999ks ??? You have been stealing our money for a long time.

I like ooredoo apps but i think more bonus and internet speeds .At that time my countery is the best of internet by oordeoo.

Scam ! I won 500 kyats and it didnt pay me and its like 4 days now they said they are charging for everyone who won and it have been five days still no rewards so its a scam !!!

The operator is stealing bill and data than the actual usage. The prices of data package are also sky high. I topped-up 3000 kyats but I received only 1800ks. 1200 ks was lost for no reason and I complained the operators who are called CHAMPIONS but no refund received. The app engine is the worst I ever used. It even deserves 0 star.

This operator is stealing our bills. When I bought data pack and played oomanji lucky draw,they don't give data which I got. And I need to buy another data pack to play that level again. So shameless operator with zero responsibility.In additional poor customer service.One star is even not deserved.

They send me I get 500MB data bonus in a message after I updated my profile. Then I checked my balance in the app, there is no bonus data. This app is always error and needs a lot of to repair for to make it easier to use and more convenient. It's really frustrating. You will always have to log in again and again. stupid app. i finished all the oomanji stages and won 2GB in stage 7. Then the message "something went wrong. please try again"message appeared and cant do anything. i tried refreshing the app and tried again. nothing happened. so i bought another package and play again. the game wants me to play the stage 7 again. and i won only 1 GB now. where the hell is my 2 GB? and i lost a chance to play again. can u explain why is that?

Your Ooredoo apk has a lot of issues. You can't skip unwanted ads in the latest version either. Also, do you not know or see that there are so many issues in football(Done Done Done)? As a major operator, you should maintain the quality of the apk. With goodwill. thanks.
