Fails to login. Basically never worked. Edit: have been receiving ads all over the web about the ooredoo app, thought you guys fixed it finally, so I reinstalled. But no, it's still the same old trash. Putting in my number and says "error". Update : still getting ads, still the worst app.
This app used to be good but now it's getting worse and worse you are going backwar ds with this app. Crashes, UI is bad (sometimes you can't see the menu and held of the screen is black at lunch). Now I can't even log in. Please fix!
I really don't understand why this app exists .. it doesn't work !!! i enter my number and all it says "error" !! fix it or just stop promoting it .. it really is embarrasing at this point in the communication game to not be able to manage such a simple algorithm while carriers such as Mobilis and Djezzy are way ahead .. just look into it
It's working fine for me, but some times it doesn't want to open. In my opinion you should make this app working without internet so we can convert credit to internet at any moment without need to connect to a wifi.
Good but can be so horrible at times. It doesn't always open easily especially when you really need to use to buy or top up your credit. They should make it accessible even without internet or something
The app do not support my phone number because it "La Gold", and it's been a long time you didn't update the app for this issue. Plus! get yourself a professional email address.
Nothing works correctly, whenever i try to register, it says "error " . When i made an update, I was expecting enhanced services, unfortunately it's totally the opposite of that.
Very bad service. Even the app doesn't open because of the terrible slow Internet. They limit it to 256 kbps. max download is 54kb/s. You can use your Internet that you paid for. Theives.
Still showing error when I enter my phone number 😒 I would have an answer because I've tried many times and i can't access to the app
Very bad connection at night, I asked to resolve the problem for many times and no solution. Very disappointed about that! I do not recommend this operator especially in Algiers.
Doesn't work for la switch, Doesn't work for la gold. Who is it entended for than, god damn it. If it's a bug than start fixing it..
Keeps saying "error" every time I try to enter my phone number.. I think this app has a huge compatibility problem as it doesn't work for all phones and this should be fixed
After the laste update I couldn't log in with my account and every time i tryed to loged in the app, they tell me "error" and then send me a pin code on my number. pleas fix this and then i will change this review, Hope from you to do your best. Edit: the problem fixed.
I could not get an account because I'm on "La Gold"..this is stupid. Besides, I'd suggest to correct the word "consommation" in the app description since it DOES NOT exist in the english language. Use "consumption" instead...
Don't install this app because you just gonna wasted your time ? When you install the app it needs to put your number then when you put it.. it will say somthing went wrong! So ooredoo please fix this problem or delete it from play store
What's wrong with this app. Too hard to enter and every time it says error .can't receive the sms. When you fix the problem i will give it three stars .
When you open the application and write a phone number to register, it simply shows an error, a stupid application and your applications are poor
If there was a half star to rate this application I would put it for it because it is a waste of phone space and is not useful at all and does not work or will not work with anyone else I am sure
It just show a white screen with the red logo and staid like that for too long. I have p30 pro updated to the latest Android version
every time i open it it says "something went wrong" and it takes you hours to get in the app even if you did the samething will happen .such a shame for a big company
Whenever i write my number it gives back "error", once i wrote a wrong number by mistake surprisingly it worked but when i corrected it, it gave me back "error" again
It log me out, and every time i try to login again with my number, i get an error message, plz fix it and make it less sluggish.
The app simply DOES NOT WORK! And it stopped recieving updates, i recommend Djezzy, guys.

This app literally steals your money, so be careful when using it, it can glitch out and takes your money without giving you the offer that you purchased.
if i could give a 0 star I would've, i remember long ago i installed the app, and it said "Error: ce service seras disponible pour votre offre prochainement" fast forwards two years which is now, after seeing tons of adds and receiving message from the carrier about the app, and i though they might've fixed it, same exact message ! like c'mon you're supposed to be part of a multi national mobile phone carrier and your up doesn't work ! mobilis and djezzy are way ahead of in terms of their apps,
