My Ooredoo Kuwait

There is an issue with payment with Warba Bank Master Card. the app does not transfer me to the otp page and decline the payment directly. Although the older app used to work. I already contacted customer service many times through chat, whatsapp and call center. FIX YOUR APP.

I see there lots of people having the same problem. The app crashes every time I open it and its very slow, sometimes it makes my phone reboot. Horrible!!! Please fix it, its giving your users hard time to run your app.

Horrible experience, the app crashes every time I try to use it, and it turns off all network settings. I have to try twice for it to actually work.

Unusable app, stopped working on my mobile, not showing updated information about my package (internet, sms, minutes used/available). Contacted Customer support, raised 2 tickets, they keep saying is solved, but it's not... Useless customer support, bad company and services.

Terrible application. The live chat feature lags, there's no option to update your existing profile or to link your number to your email. The application is extremely buggy.

Kindly provide more validity offers with reasonable price, and in jaleeb area 4G data speed is very poor when compared to other area and other network. Tried 5G which is giving excellent speed.. so kindly look into this 4G issue so the poor once can afford

This march 22nd my prepaid data plan got expired and I dont need to renew it because I was supposed to go for my vacation. So as per the Ooredoo customer care agent advised, I sent a message (Unsub to 500) to avoid auto renewal of my previous data plan. And after 2 hrs I recharged with 6Kd, unfortunately this Ooredoo network auto renewed my previous plan by deducting 5 Kd. What kind of company is ooredo. I am contacting the ooredo staff all these days but no use. Better go to try other network.

This application crashes, whenever I try to open it.my screen also blinks once it opens after several attempts.so I can't avail any ooredoo app services.please rectify it as soon as possible. Thanks

I am using Ooredoo since last 1 year and seems to be ok with packages and services you are provided. Recently I started using Ooredoo app , which very convenient for recharging network packages and all. Great experience 👌🏽.

Horrible app , this app is so slow , we can't even use it's features properly , Now let's talk about the customer service - its horrible ( they don't even know to respond properly ) they have only one suggestion within the next 24hours we will contact you and then there is absolutely nothing . I so regret buying oordero

Not bad. Sometimes having a problem with the speed n the network. Now i am struggling to update this app.

Junk app. Does not work. Trying to reset password and keeps saying the OTP is invalid. Does not offer the option to add other numbers. Won't accept credit card.

Be careful of the Ooredoo Tele Marketing Team; they extended my contract for an additional two years without my permission. I believe they are only concerned with meeting their sales targets and not with the interests of their customers.

Very convenient to use, you can save your time your money as well they have a lot of good offer without expiring your load thumps up for me. More power Ooredoo Kuwait.

I have internet, but after update I try to open this apk, it's show there is not internet connection, pls connect your internet, Pls resolve this kind of bugs.

App is excellent. Unfortunattly network is horrible. When i complaint about network issues to customer care, they have readymade lie asnwer that "network maintanenece is on progrees. Please be patient".

The old interface was better than the new one. This seems to be soo laggish and delaying.

I liked it very much, its offer is very beneficial but sometimes there is network problem and later it becomes good too.

Services are good but app takes time to open it hangs when ever it opens need to open twice may be need upgrade from your side

Internet speed is very slow Still I have a problem internet very very slow. I mistake to choose ooredoo(i feel some times).

Everytime i open this app it will hang my mobile.Its always been like this while changing my device also.Ooredoo need to fix this problem.

The app crashes my phone most of the times I use it. This is just about the only app that does that.

Found it doesn't work properly on my device of oppo A93 4G sometimes it just makes my app freeze and phone hanged for minutes hope it will fix asap

Internet is very poor,full range single but net soo large and everything is buffering.even not imagine any online games, what is this????

Ooredoo is a good network for me,but the problem is why download Ooredoo Apps but it can't open.
