Camera not properly functioning. Saw the same problem in the comments by many other people, surprised they still have not fix it. I tried reinstalling, again, camera not working. Maybe their programer did this on purpose to create extra difficulty for making a claim, thus statistically reducing the number of claim to increase their prifit. It's just a guess though.
This application is totally useless and to my amazement the developers dont care if it works or not. Looking at the reviews, i think everyone has the same issue and cant login using correct credentials.
I have been trying to log into my account for so long, I entered all correct information. But the app says my emails address is wrong, my password is wrong and even after entering the correct policy no which is On My health card the app says my policy number is invalid. This is not helping us to get out work done easily.
Practically useless. Can't use the app as it refuses to accept my login info. I can login with chrome browser and firefox from my PC and galaxy S8+ but cannot login via the app installed on the same android device!!! Please fix.
I have been trying to log in with my correct details in the application since long time now But it have always kept saying the details I entered are wrong tho I have changed them and tried to login again it says the same . Please fix it and let me get access to my account. Thanks
the cemara just does not work!!!! it's useless and time wasting when you submitted the claim on this app and then you received emails asking you to provide the copy of invoices again because the photo is too vague.
I never leave reviews but I have to. It says it will be on maintenance for a week, not sure why it takes so long but alright. Then it says it will be updated by Monday the 16th at 11am. It is now Friday the 19th at 12pm. No updates, no one will help, app still says it will be updated by the 16th at 11am.
When you take a picture, the app forces you to use its atrocious camera software thats very blurry and you can't really tell how your picture will look because it is "squeezed".
Worse then you think I have tried to log in with my correct details also have changed my password again n again that if any case am putting wrong password but nothing happened good... Really fed up useless app.. don't think they gonna fix it... Poor users 😓
This app is extremely non-user friendly, it has the worest UI System I ever used in my life. It is clear that this insurency company do not care about there customers. Makes me wonder how and why OSHC Linked with few Uni.
can it just show one side of the card? so it's easier to read. The medical receptionist is requesting (begging) this of me so I've mentioned it here, other than that I've had no other issues with the app
Excellent app while i was a student. OHSC should have an add-on for OVHC as well to continue service or creat an app for it separately.
good informations provided in the app. the only issue i have is regarding uploading pictures to submit claims. not a very good method of uploading pictures
Keeps telling me that the email address is already in use. Uninstalled the whole app, didn't want to waste my time anymore.
The process of submitting a claim is very easy. But it doesn't have the capacity to upload a pdf receipt. We always need to take a photo of the receipt.
It does not work at all. I can't login. I already reset my password from my laptop but I have tried to use this app and it does not work at all.

Unable to log into the app although my login information is correct. I am however able to use the same login information to login on the website.

I'm entering the correct credentials but can still not log in to my account. Ended up downloading and uninstalling it multiple times with a hope that maybe the bugs have been fixed. But the app is just useless and I've seen many users with the same issue and the company/ developer has still not taken any steps to fix this problem.
