It doesn't accept my password. When I go to Recover Account, it says that my account was deactivated. However, when I try to make a new account, it says that an account has already been made. It just makes me go round in circles. The Virtual Agent isn't helping too. How would I be able to proceed now?
Hyst, it doesnt work, and to be honest, its not helpful, now this app is supposed to be a window for applicants and crew, but now its useless, i hope you are still up on updating and fixing the bugs coz what you say about this app is not true
Why it is not working??? When we try to log in the connection seems not working on it, but our wifi is good tho. And we really need it. Please fix it
I was able to access my account with the help of the OSM Tech Team, they was very supportive and quickly responded to help.
No feedback on application. Not sure if someone maintaining it or someone checking.
still need to fix some bugs there is no word showing when i open the application just completely blank
Not properly working with Samsung Note9. Applicable only on lower phone model.
It might have some bugs in this application..Sometimes it doesn't shows some documents.
bug on main menu. cannot see the selections on main menu.
I completed and carefully followed the instruction unable to open at the end not working...
i am not able to login with my seaferer id, showing contact our ecrew team through feedback.
Nationality Error. When I tic the nationality it's error and I cannot go to the next page.
This application is very useful for osm employees. It is very compatible app.for frequent use.

Something wrong with your apps. Please fix asap. I just logged in yesterday and it was successful. But when I tried to open apps this morning it says looks like you have an unstable network. Please try again. Eventhough my connection is working good
