My Perfect Puppy

This app is terrible! My grandmother bought it for me and my brother in the book fair and the app says to hold over a marker. I don't know what it means by "marker" and I was thinking that it could be the icon in the book but it's not. It's not doing anything! It's just showing me a camera with no record or picture button! When I press the help button, it just says to hold the device's camera at a marker to start. The help button is no use because the "Marker" part doesn't make any sense. I'm deleting the app and returning the book back to the Book Fair. My grandmother, my brother, and I are all very disappointed! ☹️

I feel sorry for the game, as all the hate this app gets makes me want to throw up. You need to buy the book for it to work, which is the biggest downside, but its personally not bad. I still dont know how it managed to get a lower rating than Bixby home, which is useless, but Its not bad. Maybe the app would get more positive reviews if you didn't need the book for it to work? Either way I think it works great and mimics "Nintendogs" For the Nintendo DS perfectly but without the lag. Good work.

No one should delete this app. Point the camera on to the play with me page, and magic happens. I love this app, and it is like I have real life dogs, and the app perfectly simulates how to train your dog, play with it and how to take care of it. I reccomend this app to children aged 7-12, and you need the book for the app to work. 4 1/2 stars

I didn't understand at first how to use it, but a helpful review pointed me in the right direction. Put on the camera and point it on the page. It is actually pretty cool. My daughter has been begging me to get it figured out so she can play. I did not do the free trial.

I have a very disappointed little boy as we were unable to use the app in conjunction with his new book. I did as instructed and pointed my camera at the interactive icon and nothing happened.

It won't let me scan the marker! I'm really sad and disappointed that it won't work when I bought this at the book fair I would finally have a puppy of some sort BUT NOOO IT JUST WON'T WORK! please if you buy this please go return it now because this app is dumb and I'm sad but please Digital Magic please fix this

Terrible. I had finally found my book so I could play this game, it wouldn't let me scan any markers. I am really sad because this game looks really cute and fun. I'm just glad the book has instructions and not just how to play the game, because I want to learn how to take care of a puppy.

I love this game. And I looked at what all the other people have said, and it looks like I need to show you how to play it. You are going to need the book. Then take the camera and put it over the page of the book, you can pick what puppy you want. You can train it you can well, I really think that's all I can teach about this game. So now that you know about it you shouldn't delete it instead play it. So now you know how to play it then PLAY IT!!!!!!.

Bought this book for my daughter at the book fair, downloaded the app and can't get past the first screen. It just turns my screen black. How disappointing!

I'm so disappointed in this app. My daughter bought this with her own saved pocket money at her school book fair. The app works on my phone, but not the 6 month old twblet we let our daughter use. I'm hoping you will reply and assist as its breaking her heart.

Started the app, I didn't understand it, so I clicked the help button. It said aim camera at marker to continue. I didn't understand it please help me!!! 😞😞😭😭

Talking about a marker I don't have the marker this game is a scam I'm going straight back to book fair to return it the app is not working it keeps telling me to restart and what marker I don't have a marker for this I got it with the book it's not working

it said that point the device's camera on a marker to start and i did the right thing by pointing a marker to start and it ALSO said a book to and it means that we have to buy your book and it's annoying so I will give you a 0 star because your AR games are so stupid so SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!

For some apparent reason the app will not go to something called virtuoa (I'm quite sure I spelled it wrong) but I keep getting an error message

I bought the book for my sister we tried using a phone but it did not work know i used a tablet no it does not work can you try fixing the app please.

Although hard to use it is fun and interactive. You need the book to use it though

tried to download the app for my daughter as she had the book for her birthday but it won't download. I now have a very disappointed little girl. I wish I hadn't purchased the book now

Wouldn't work. I have the book and my daughter is upset because it isn't working it just kept saying point at marker.

i have a suggestion for the next update you can have an offline mode for when you are on the go and you can save the puppy and then we can play in offline mode when we don't have the book so that the app will be fun to play and you don't have to bring the book so yeah that is my suggestion for the next update so be happy and don't forget to be happy.

I think this is a great app it worked for me you just have to hold the camera still and it should work.

I have the book and it is wonderful the way u can have a virtual puppy but its taking for ever to down load

I loved it,so if it's not working it's because you have to read the first couple of pages of the book.
