I have been using this app for a few months and if you pay a bill it takes 2 days and during that time the scheduled bills will not show and your account balance does not show the money gone. If you don't dig through your payees you will not know those funds are unavailable. Good so far. Hopefully I can save the trip to the CU.
The authentication process works really well to keep out identity thieves and customers alike. And the app only glitches and says it could not retrieve account information when it's the most inconvenient, so at least it doesn't happen all the time.
Definitely has log in issues for the past week that need to be addressed.
Convenient for banking when your schedule doesn't match your bank... Hate the way you don't get a notification from withdrawals until 24 hours or more after really makes it difficult if it's supposed to be a security feature
Great way to deposit checks<$2000. Saves a trip out!
Difficult at times. Password could use a hide/view toggle so user can verify correct digits were used. If not, then it it easy to make mistakes.
For awhile I was having an issue with picking my vendors to pay. It would not schroll down properly. It appears to be fixed now.
Been having a lot of issues lately. It keeps locking me out. And now its cutting off check pictures for deposits.
Slow...too catch up on pending
After update there is no divider between dates harder to find specific dates on app even though pictures show the divide between dates why make things harder for people
I like most things about this app except i do not like dollar amounts pending...just add it in or subtract it out...no pending
Love the app. It allows me to check my balance and pay bills even when I'm traveling.
I love this app and would've gave it 5⭐ if there was a option to cancel my card thru the app.
Good app just wish I could transfer between accounts like I could when I was with LMCU.
