My Pertamina

It's not usefel at the moment. Already connected to my LinkAja but the app shows 0 balance despite my LinkAja had previously topped up with large amounts. I tried to "force" pay using the app's QR scanner, it was successful but transaction wasn't recorded and point wasn't rewarded. Yeah pretty much useless.. will uninstall soon.

Why Linkaja couldn't be activated. I've been installed Link aja & Every time click the button "Aktifkan" then showing a message " Terjadi kesalahan pada aplikasi, mohon coba lagi" Please fix this problem then I'll give you 5 stars

Mostly the gas station didn't accept payment by apps.. They said no connection, no printer, didn't have tools, the worker didn't understand how to use it (how come? You stick all the poster there, then you say you didn't understand...are they get proper training? ) at the end they just received cash... Why I need to install this then topup link aja (cannot use also for other transaction) .... Useless.....

Great apps..but still there is plenty of room for development. LinkAja balance is always displayed as Rp0. The transaction is not real-timely updated. It will be amazing if you can fix it.

The app is good but their field service is bad, many excuses, no signal, errors bla bla bla. There is no guarantie you can always pay from this app. Uninstalled.

I already have Link Aja apps and has balance in it. But after I tried to connect with My Pertamina apss, the balance shows 0. How can I disconnect Link Aja from My Pertamina apps.

Before and Latest update can't display information like "info topup" , "info&promo" , etc. I can't see about the information. And popup "terjadi masalah pada laman memuat" very annoying. Please fixed it.

Today i cannnot use this application because always said sorry no connection even thought all aplication has no problem with my connection.

Already want to pay, it's hard to scan the barcode. Can't link to linkaja.

The app is smooth, however there is a big problem with the payment system. Paying in MyPertamina using LinkAja was a tiring experience. After scanning the QR, it took its time to load the payment page. After multiple tries, it finally managed to complete the payment, however the transaction and the points were not being recorded in the app. Their EDC machine was also not able to print me the receipt after waiting for a few minutes. It took me more than 10 minutes for the while process.

As @venny mentioned.. The App is USELESS.. almost all Gas Stations didn't accept the payment using this "MY Pertamina" Application.. must be change the App name become "YOUR PERTAMINA"..!!

This app's is very bad. Cannot send otp for the registration.

Good and convenience, it's very helpful so far. Just need a bit more developed and improvement to make things work better.

First experience happened was, I can't connect the app to my LinkAja. 1 star is enough

After updated the latest version (with only red colored background), the app cannot be opened. It's been lasting for two weeks. Poor updated version, please fix it!

Proper application but improper implementation, most of gas station didnt accept payment with a lot of reasons

Always says no signal even in strong wifi or internet connection

Just forget about cashback program or whatever prizes. Because the apps is cannot be used. 1. Connection between link aja is very bad. Need more than 10 minutes to update the balance. 2. Loading all the time when try to pay, and its always "connecting to linkaja". And finally i use linkaja apps to pay and no problem. Please fix it Pertamina, it's good app when it's fully function.

Can not run this apps after update. It's suddenly closed. Please fix the bug..

I had been use for 2 years, but since 2 days ago can't update the application .

can't login due to "server error"

I suddenly got logged out from the app, and could not log in anymore since i forgot the pin. Tried the forgot pin feature, input my phone number, but just got stuck there since I couldn't click the "send reset code" button. I got a 10 digits phone number, and when I tried to add 2 random numbers after my correct numbers, the "send reset code" turned active and clickable. Contacted the CS several times, but as expected, the response was just plain standard with no solution.

Please kindly fix for camera scanning process, currently when taking scan struk BBK, after updated with the new SW version 3 days ago I have problem with the result "always get message struk not valid". Because the photo result for struk getting blur now ( previously version I have no problem with it). Thank you.

Connection to LinkAja is worst. I think they're only showing Linkaja's web view payment gateway instead of creating their own, which if they created it only the data is transfered instead of transfering whole web app. And it's very embarrasing, i even couldn't paid my fuel bill with this app. So i'd paid it straight to LinkAja and it's super fast.

Since promotion period started on Nov, 10, I barely use this app at every gas station visited. They refused, or said that the system error. Usual misalignment that happen in big company that imposing policies without considering grassroot voices. Besides, once error happened when using this app, I can't pay with my pertamina, ecven I tried several times and make an queue, and finally I tried to use Linkaja instead, and its worked, but I lost my point

I can't use this application for the first time, when I scan barcode at the gas station it said that code was wrong and can't make payment with link aja which have linked in the application. But when I open link aja app I can paid it, so I don't get the promotion from mypertamina app. Beside that main problem, we can't find the nearest gas station which is one of the feature of this app. I wish the developer will fix it as soon as possible to support any kind of promotion.

Works well most of the time, but occasionally it can't be used for payment because of network error on the SPBU devices though, fix this. And improve the underlying connection with Linkaja account, it felt somehow crude, unlike other digital payment app.
