My phone: the official app for Nokia phones

I was having problems with Google apps etc and consulted this app, for my particular device. I got excellent prompt, polite, easy to follow advice on how to fix the problem. They offer help for other makes, too (mobile phones). I was quite impressed with standard of service and help I got from them. For my device, but can't speak for other devices assistance. It's hard to figure out what to do from general Internet or You Tube advice. This is more targeted to specific makes of mobile phones.

Torch always says unavailable. I mean, where did it go? There camera always says restart. When I restart still it won't work. The phone itself doesn't want to mount the SD card but it doesn't have enough space for the apps I want to download. This phone is slow

My voice mail is completely gone. It shows new Call or New VM and no way to view or retrieve them. I haven't been able to answer calls let alone make them. Texts appear hours or sometimes days late, if they even show up at all. You know it's pretty bad when they can't or won't even respond to all of these horrific reviews. Give em heck my Brothers & Sisters. GOD Bless 🙏

Seriously bad. A11 update and no selfie mode and camera generally very poor. Don't even think of taking a photo after dark, or when the sun is out, or when it's raining, or there is any movement of any kind in your frame or... the photos will be rubbish. Amazing that a huge multinational thinks an update removing selfie mode in today's day & age, is a market winner! Oh hang on, you think I'll upgrade my phone 🤔 not to a Nokia I won't, never again a Nokia!

New O.S , with very sensitive controls , esp the screen , which often decides to change it's 'frameing' , without provocation, can be difficult to get it returned to previous screen . The little swipe "thingy" for enlarge & for shortcuts , be nice if it didn't interfere with the other operations on screen. An app bin where certain apps can be stopped from running full time in background when not required . Been seriously thinking of getting old phone fixed & useing that .

Bugs. Fix immediately. 1- Can't open app. If try to do, crashes. 2- When you try to upload community images, you come back to home screen. 3- App doesn't have costumer helpline in the US.

People buy Nokia for stock Android, so why force your customers to keep useless apps on it? Also it keeps installing Netflix on the phone with every security update, have to uninstall it every month. This really lowers my trust in Nokia! What's next? Watching ads to get the updates you paid for? Otherwise my X20 rocks, only missing OLED. A bit heavy, but about two days battery life.

Just bought a Nokia G10 a week ago, and already had a big problem, Nokia phone randomly shutting down on its own, also all apps are crashing. I think there must be some issue in its system. I'm so disappointed.

All Nokia phone are very bad low quality ,a new phone can not be able to receive a voice from the caller , what you call that Can't connect to the wifi . Hey where is the original Nokia of the early 2000's

It's a beautiful app, but only marred by the ads. Why must you monetize this app when we're already paying for the phone. Get rid of the ads and suggested apps.

Im using a Nokia C2 . This phone is super slow up to a point that it take up to 10 to 20 sec before showing an incoming call option to answer but while ringing . Most of the times I miss a lot of calls because I won't be able to answer them . Please upgrade your software if it's the problem

Battery show every fine. But I need to charge 2-3 times a day which was not earlier version of OS. After updating to new Android version very pathetic behavior of smart phone. Need to restart the phone if need to charge otherwise it won't get charged. Phone also getting lagged.

This Nokia c10 is so not cool apps just shut down when they wish and also the keyboard is just the worst of them all poor battery keeping .The maker should pull their socks up and deliver quality products .

The device is very slow , sometimes it will be ringing but not showing up on the screen

A number of apps shutdown soon as you open, the keyboard works conditionally. Device is poorly made and shouldn't be considered a communication device, I can't even say it's for games. The model needs to be discontinued or THOROUGHLY worked on by people who actually do know about phones. Poor poor poor. Nokia C20 to be precise

After downloading Android 11 system update, phone does not charge until the phone is restarted while charging cable is plugged in. This is a software issue. I raised the complaint yet no response so many days. I suspect such bugs are intentional so that the person is forced to buy new phone.

I first started with a Nokia 6.1 now I'm on the 8.3 5G it's really nice just having and being able to check on really important information on my phone. It's very useful.

Very disappointing,you can't see who is calling messages come in late... music just stops out of nowhere I shouldn't have bought this phone very disappointed 😡😡😡

I am so disappointed it's giving me so much issues already,it keeps freezing when I'm using the keypad, incoming calls don't show up on the screen, I only get missed calls.

After one or two Android software updates, the device starts giving software glitches, which are permanent sometimes. Battery, storage, App malfunction, camera malfunction are few examples. This was ofcourse not expected from NOKIA.

Well, this medium level app. * FAQs are not searchable hard to browse them and back doesn't remember last position. * No file browser, said because it is Pure android! Really? So why all those boat apps pre-loaded like Facebook. I disable most of them including google extra because my C1 2nd phone can't even catch normal call. People start to blame me about not responding. After disabling them, now they just take space. * Too many shadow apps with zero size, better removed for low end phone.

Phone very easy and responsive to handle and all photos and movies and other programs very clear and above average compared with other devices I had experienced with, current device I have access to. My regrets for publicly mentioning the name of the device I was using in my last post. Two issues I need elaboration. I am finding it difficult to download movies on Youtube than with other sources. For this reason my connections to internet gets cut whilst internet in progress but it is ok now.
