It literally does nothing. Opens to a blank screen. You can't even open the settings option. Another triumph by health mismanagement firm CBIZ

If you have more than one account (like a medical account as well as a dependent care account), you can only submit expenses for the top account on your list. There is no way to reorder the accounts. The video on how to use the app does not help. Since I only need to submit expenses for the second account, this is useless.
