Basic info readily available. However you must be "tech-savvy" to disable pop-ups for any downloaded reports, since the notification (in red) does not link to settings options.
Wasted time downloading this. It does not go past the interface. Very disappointed.
I absolutely love the layout of this app it's extremely efficient and allows all of the data that Is is important to me is All-in-one place and easily accessible
Everyone should have this app for there local agency's. Very informative and useful in case it's needed. PD can't be everywhere so do your part to help slowing the curve on senseless acts of stupidity!!!
Good for what it is advertised. Like the ease of performing functions. Love the push notifications.
Very user friendly and a great tool for citizens to be up to date on local events and alerts. It helps close the gap between me and my local police department by providing numerous ways to communicate and be informed.
Love this app. Use it to record instances of issues when a police visit is unnecessary, or when I need to report something quickly in the midst of a busy day
Since installing today the app keeps saying that the is an update to the app that I need to install and brings me to the play store. Surprise, no update to the app is available to the app that I JUST installed... Delete.
It worked great before the update. After the update it doesn't show my city's police department 😒. Very unsatisfied.
Does not work for all only works for major or more well know areas. My pd was not on list and til it is will not recommend or recommend to others.
Didn't have Spokane, Washington on there so it was pretty disappointing... Doesn't have enough cities on the app... Dumb...

Should probably specify in the details which states this app is available for, since it is not available at all in mine & many others.
Before the update it worked awesome after the Lucas County Ohio would never be heard from again.
Doesn't work - Horrible / completely useless user interface.
Worked OK the first few months then all I get are messages stating that it has guite working.

Would be nice if they (the app owners) responded to quote requests. Departments are trying to purchase for their communities but whoever runs the website does not respond to requests or questions.

Let me know when it covers more than Hoover and Rainbow City in Alabama. For the rest of us its essentially useless.
Excellent app that keeps me in touch with what's going on in my city. I check the app at least 1-2x daily. I have new device and app won't open. Downloaded again and still won't open on new device. Unsure what to
