I am sorry but this app is the bottom of the barrel for banking apps. It's essentially a low quality mobile web page. It's not easy to navigate at all, no timeline view for transaction history and the list goes on. I would encourage who ever the developer is to get a checking account with like Bank of America and look at the functionality of their app. It's just an absolute miss, I cannot find one positive thing about it. It cant even remember my username even when I check the box to remember it
You can do a lot of additions to this app to make it much better. This is as basic as a banking app can come. How about a signout button for starters. Automatic bill pay, money transfers, possibly send/receive money with a company like Zelle. Tried it before on another app and was so easy to setup and use!! Think u need to fix the "remember my username" on the opening screen. app looks so much like the regular desktop version can't really tell the difference!! ADDITION AND UPDATE TIME!!
The worst app you can use! The layout is terrible! I have multiple card apps and this one is the worst one yet, it doesn't even allow for any notifications for payments or anything. You have to have Adobe reader downloaded just to view your statements when no other app makes me do that. It really is terrible, It should have no stars. Unfortunately the website is just as bad, there is no winning with this company. I'm paying it off and closing the stupid card and being completely done with them!
The bank takes forever to update their system. It's quick to show you how much you have spent, but is really slow at updating the balance you owe. Also really slow at applying your paid balance to your account. When I spend, I like to pay the amount back right away. Their services do not allow you to do so.
Something has gone wrong. The app has worked beautifully in the past now it doesn't open right, the view and drop downs that I saw previously are no longer formatted. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I can only look at one of my accounts it won't open the other. It was easy to use but now it's just a mess.
I'm tired of it not updating my available credit after making a payment. I made a payment well over a week ago and the available credit doesn't reflect that. Last month I made a payment and it tried telling me that I was late on my payment 3 weeks after making it. System seriously needs an update because I have never had these problems before this year.
Having problems loading up, can't find a connection with the Internet. that just started to happen. Also won't take your payment on the App. Want to sign you up for automatic payment. So then you have to close the App and make a payment over the phone, then try to go back on the App.
the app is only good for checking the balance of your card. if you make a payment through the app, you have 2 choices. 1. make a payment for free and wait for 8 days for the payment to reach the credit card company. now, mind you, they waste no time in taking it out of your bank account. 2. you can be directed to Western Union to make a payment - for a price. Yes, now you can get charged for paying your bill!!!!!! if you need to make a payment, call the customer service line. it's faster.
App needs works. Doesn't give option to enroll in fingerprint scan, not the easiest to navigate, the help section doesn't give very precise details. You're better off searching the app for quite some time to find what you're looking for.
The plus: I can log in and do things The minus: everything else. the save username doesn't work. after I'm signed in, I can get the option to sign in but no option to sign out. no fingerprint login. when i open the "app" i actually get a message that the app is now available for download. it's not good
The absolute worse app!!! Can't switch in between accounts. It gives the option to use Fingerprint password but it has never worked. This is my only financial app on my phone that doesn't work. It can't be that hard to get it together...
App is pointless. All it does is essentially log you onto the mobile site. If you click settings, it logs you out. Claims to have fingerprint login, but mine doesn't. checked the version, 1.9, should have it but doesn't. Pointless.
No problems using AP or signing up. For those experiencing issues with user name, try different one, all lower case. The AP pretty much gives you access to what you need. Could step up to 2018 with fingerprint etc..., but overall I'm satisfied!
Update is terrible. Functionality and interface is unintuitive and cumbersome. The low quality of just the mobile app makes me want to cancel my accounts. Previous version wasn't great but, better than new version :(
APP NOT RECOMMENDED. And I wouldn't recommend doing business with this bank either. This app is a good indication of how good and trustworthy First Premier Bank is. The app does not support fingerprint sign-in. And if that's not bad enough, this bank charges outrageous fees for simply having their card. Fee for the 1st year is $250.00 and then $150.00 for every year after. It's their "account maintenance fee". They are the worst in banking.
It's pretty awful and for the amount of money this company makes off their customers, one would think they could offer a better app. as of 3/5/19 can't even log in, blank screen. smh. I have issues all the time, it is hit or miss if the app is working to check balances.
been a card holder for 4years and have used the app the whole time. loved the app and the customer service. not sure if it was a recent update but now the app isn't working the same, cant switch between accounts just keeps sending me in a loop. tried the same thing on the online dashboard and it was the same headache. please fix.
Necessary functions all work, except for one one little detail: the ability to sign out. Once signed in, the only option available is to sign in... am I signed in? It worked for a while. Then the ability to sign out disappeared from the menu.
It had been working great for me for months, I was even able to put both my accounts in, but today all the sudden, the home screen looks different and it won't let me sign in. I hope it's just a glitch and will be fixed??!
This app is really hard to navigate, and is not very user friendly. You're almost better off using the website in order to get anything accomplished. The layout itself isn't very appealing, and is very easy to get lost in.
constantly having login issue with this app. Not sure why but kicks me back to login every time . also very high interest and fees. i plannon paying it off but not closing at as that will have a negative impact on my score
Terrible app. i like my card but the app is not good at all. All these reviews and still not change. And EVERY deceiving! Why even mention having the option of fingerprint login when it doesn't work and come to find out the app doesn't even have the capability yet?? Word of advice start to appreciate your consumers/customers
I've used this card for awhile. I've never had any issues with it. Very easy to make payments and they dont charge you if you use debit card. Only wish they would raise your limit more often. I've had other cards for a shorter amount of time and they've raised my limit twice compared to just 1 time with this one. I've never been late and pay sometimes 2 times a month. I do like that they watch for fraudulent activities. This is a ➕️ for me. Overall it's a good card to rebuild with.
