Previously gave it a one star, was terrible. Update, apparently they read the reviews and a sale was just to good and I had time so I tried again,, very good easy to shop once you get into it, kind of a hassle to do that
Price Chopper is a great supermarket to shop! Also I recommend it to everyone to shop there it's also super clean your able to shop through the store and employees are on point "meaning very helpful". God bless everyone that works at Price Choppers.
Digital coupons do not create actual coupons that are scannable at checkout. This makes the checkout process using these "coupons" a hassle for everyone involved
It works well enough, and was getting into building my list from this week's ad when I noticed my list from last week was still there and I have no way to delete it. Even went so far as to uninstall and reinstall app. Last week's list is still there. Seems like this would be an easy fix for developers.
App does what it suppose to I am knocking for the rewards system more specifically the fact that points expire and they expire in only 60 days why not a year.
This app needs a lot of work. Every time it gets an update it gets worse. Can't email the shopping list from the app, and if the app loses internet it crashes, which is common inside stores. Currently can't open the app, which makes it 100% worthless.
TO ANYONE WHO IS UNABLE TO CONNECT WITH THEIR LOCAL STORES: there are different apps for different areas of the country. Include your area of the map when searching the app store for cosentino's and/or PC. This application is specific to the Greater Kansas City Area.
Terrible. 1. I can't search for a specific brand or item in the coupons tab. 2. The search function doesn't work when looking at the weekly ad. 3. The app doesn't display the weekly ad as it appears in the store; it shows each item individually. 4. You can't properly search if a certain store has an item. Please Dillons, please come to Kansas City! You'd make way more money if you came out here compared to whatever deal you have with Price Chopper to not compete with each other.
Terrible! More times than not I have to reset my password. Yet the link sent to me leads me doesn't even work! When I do happen to get into the app, it is not user friendly. Trying to search for digital coupons is extremely difficult and not worth the effort.
After inputting my zip code from Ma, it only displayed store choices in Kansas and Mo. So that was helpful. Then it asked for my rewards card number. After I entered it, I was informed that I had too many digits. After each step, I triple checked my information. Wasted 15 minutes trying to get it going and ended up deleting the app.
If I could give this app A zero would it does not work . could not even get it set up. went through the set and tried to sign in it said invalid password. tried to reset never got a temporary password from them. app needs overhaul.
Although I've been a customer with the same e-mail for 15+ years the app does not recognize me. Based on my experience as well as other reviewers this app has been broke and apparently unsupported for years. Doesn't recognize my e-mail until I try to make another account (losing my points), then it notifies me that someone already has that e-mail. Huh? Useless is literally a more positive assessment than this app deserves. I shop here less than I would.
Can u please put a button to be able to delete an item off the grocery list . Thank you
I get the same results going on to their website, which isn't saying much. This app is not worth downloading and the website is no better. You can't even apply for a Rewards card on the app or online. I'm not impressed with Price Chopper and I'm definitely not impressed with this app. I uninstalled it. What a waste of time.
It won't let me log in. Tried to reset password and it tells me to enter a valid email address. Nothing works. I can't get digital coupons now. Will be shopping elsewhere.
App will not allow me to register despite having a price choppers card that works in store, supper annoying. It keeps asking me to recheck that I am not a robot. Really frustrating. I'm giving up, will order an Amazon Pantry box or Amazon Whole Foods delivery instead.
So we can't use Instacart anymore and the app isn't working. Why don't you beta test before putting it out? This is the 3rd time I've tried to use this. Fail.
The search tool was apparently not tested by the app developer. There is no "trigger" to start a search once a search term is entered. I'm using a Galaxy S8.
App does not work! I can't log it, It won't display stores local to me, I can't view coupons. Completely useless.
app doesn't work. keeps saying "bad request" when I try to sign in and won't send password reset info. The website for price chopper isn't working either. Not impressed.
Can't login... It's been a few days since I can't login. Pretty frustrated... worthless and they need to fix this if they want ppl to use it.

Nice layout, and features I wanted to use. However, repeatedly required re-logins prevented use of shopping list feature, so uninstalled .
The app is great for the sales info, the grocery list is a great thing but I can't find out how to delete the old list.

Definitely needs some improvement. If you want to do grocery pickup you have to go to the website to do it instead of the app. It would also be easier if you can make a shopping list based on sales and just add them to the cart. Doesn't always load right either if at all. Not very convenient. Instacart is way better unfortunately.
