My PT Hub has been designed by Fitness Professionals, for Fitness Professionals to make sure you get everything you need. You and your clients can access the software & app, anytime, anywhere from any device! Your clients can log their workouts, nutrition and upload progress photos, making it easy for you to track their achievements. So when we say everything, we mean everything!

In theory, this app should be great. However it is dreadfully buggy. Uploaded files don't appear, meaning hours wasted trying to input programmes manually. It crashes constantly when in use, so data gets lost - and often it's impossible to input data at all. My personal trainer has drawn their attention to problems and asked for help, but the CS team were disinterested and dismissive, refusing to do anything towards fixing the app- only interesed in getting them to sign up for another year.

Workout results don't always upload and there's no option for local saving of workouts, so data is often lost. The app tends to close if you try multitasking, and all your entered data can easily go missing, forcing you to re-enter it. If I accidentally add a set to a workout, there's no way to remove it. If I try to watch a training video and press back instead of pressing the little "x" at the top of the screen, my current workout resets and I lose all my entered data. Poorly designed app.

the issue I had was not with the app itself (although it is nothing special) but with the customer service side. I had stopped using the app and in turn had forgotten about it. I was then charged a yearly renewal which I contacted the company (Not an easy task as there is no "contact us" anywhere on the page) and asked for a refund and to cancle the subscription. I was then met with multiple "we need 30 days notice" "no refunds" etc. I'd go with a competing brand that has customer service. scam

Great customer support. I will say that I have had questions several times and always get a response within 24 hours so kudos there. I have come across some minor bugs and a few things that aren't 100% intuitive but improvements are always being made and they always reply with workarounds. With all that said I can pretty much do most everything to manage my clients from the app and the desktop version is something I use once a day for major things. The remainder of the day the app is all I need. Also for the price I found it to be a great value and they even include 36 pre-built programs to use with your clients. If anything worth starting the trial and you can set up a 30 min call with the developer to discuss how to use the program to fit your needs.

Really poor experience. The application has several bugs and they don't even fix them. Customer support doesn't reply a lot of the time, tried to get a refund and they refuse. Amazing when you pay £100 for an app and it doesn't even function properly. Main issues: clients workouts not appearing, clients booked into the calendar disappearing.

This app is one of the hardest apps I have ever used. So far i haven't been able to enter any food. It doesn't have any food preset besides a FEW restaurant items. And when I enter everything off the labels it still doesn't accept the food items because it wants more or doesn't like what has been entered . And I can't enter 1 piece of bread. Just simple stuff like that because the app isn't set up to accept it.

I used to have My PT Hub (blue logo) which has suddenly stopped two weeks ago. Tried to update and instead the only available version for download was this new one, Classic. I have access to all the features as before but the funcionalities are poor. I can see my workout templates listed but cannot load them daily, apparently they are unavailable. The blue version returned to Playstore this week, but now I need a premium account (??) to use it. Unfortunately this last update was not good.

I was using True Coach before I found out about MyPtHub. This is the best app I've seen out there. To be able to schedule a call with Bruce and literally talk to someone about the app, is worth it's weight in gold. There are a few things I'd like to see in the app, like 1RM settings, historical data from the workout building screen, and a way to communicate with the client from a specific exercise or from any screen, but other than that, I'm all-in with this app! It's awesome!

Very bad app, constantly crashing, poor exercises list very odd set up and way of working, repeated exercises, bad nutrition set up and worst big scammers they will keep all your payment details and renew automatically a subscription that you can't even change it online. Poor client support and not helpful at all be aware and please try different apps before you start with this one. I regret 100%. 1start still too much . . .

I loved the software for a while. But recently they forced us to upgrade to a different payment system. In doing so, I lost all of my clients transaction history. I'm also missing a few hundred dollars from, my account. I filed a complaint with tech support but still haven't received a response and my money is still missing.

Buggy This app is moody; sometimes it will close down, out of nowhere, half way through a workout and not save my progress. Other times I will go to sign in and I get a prompt saying there's 'no connection' even though I am on wifi or have significant 4G coverage. Not impressed with the app.

First impressions are good as there is a lot to like. The app is going to be great to keep me accountable for my training. There really i a lot to like. For example the training schedule and how to guides are awesome. minor niggles are I would love the app to interface with Garmin and it would be great if I could edit a workout comment after saving it. For example I forgot to add how many reps completed (please correct me if I missed how to do this).

It seems a very clunky, old fashioned app. it has good potential but things just don't flow are I feel they should. Autosaving entries in workouts in nutrition needs to be incorporated as I've lost count of the amount of times I've closed the app and lost unsaved logs.

For the price this app is phenomenal. Trainers really need to compare the value to other apps. It works well and support is responsive. They are clear on the yearly renewal so all low ratings regarding the renewal fee are null and void IMO. You guys are doing great. Needs minor thing like making %1rm a label and it has multiples of the same exercise in the library which should definitely be addressed but so many other good features outweigh the bad.

Not a well thought out interface, compiling programs can be a very slow and laborious experience and the app itself can be quite buggy especially when trying to add new clients. An ok app that with a bit of effort could be excellent.

very bad app, it is a Scam, they are going to set up a promotion, then after you buy it they will charge you a 1 year subscription without any notice, you are going to ask your money back, then they will say you didn't read the agreement, and they never will give your money back. Also the app is just terrible, it reset all the time, you are going to spend 3 hours to make a simple workout program.

They just decided that the app subscription is now ten times more expensive for the same service and functionality. I had my PT clients set up for a few years with all their programs and scheduling, and now they tell me to pay 400$+ instead of 38.50$. Very business unethical and dissapoiting, because I have to spend time to find a new app and reset all of my clients to it now.

One of the better services out there available to personal trainers. Beware of their cancellation policy. They offer no reminders nor can you cancel from your account, infact your account will have no mention of when its renewing or how much.The only mention is in the terms and conditions that are in the tick box when you sign up so be sure to read everything as its in clause 7 and 8.

The app worked well in beginning. However, I started receiving from clients complained about the sync. issue and showing no internet connection over WIFI. it is very moody. there is only 60 mins duration. can it be more flexible? some clients are only having 30 or 45 minutes free

I paid in advance for a year of use for this app because I had read a lot of good reviews and tried out the trial. After a month, the workout builder was taking too much time and energy, so I decided it wasn't for me. I emailed support letting them know I wanted to discontinue and asking their refund policy. They responded by letting me know they've ended my subscription and when I asked about the refund policy stated there is none. A gentle reminder of the policy would have gone a long way.

Crashes a lot part way through workout meaning I have to try and remember what I did and rekey. Searching for exercises is less than helpful. Just today it's refusing to sync my workout. Overall not very good. I'll be telling my PT to use something else.

My app suddenly started having issues. My workouts vanished. My trainers have reloaded them several times and they still don't show. When I work to report the issue the report issue screen is frozen on "sending."

This app is functional and I'm giving it a review to just encourage people to use the old app. This app (so far) doesn't randomly close your workout like the new one and it feels much more robust. It has a better activity area and eaisier way to log nutrition and measurements.

Often closes and doesn't remember what was entered, also if say you've been assigned an rpe 8 set and then hit complete it knocks the rpe out unless you change it to say 9 then back to 8. Just too many big issues unfortunately.
