Terrrrrible, locked out or system error all the time. Claims dont save unless you are complete with them. Claims which have all info fail then resumbit to be accepted. Very hard to get my own money back.
In last two weeks I am getting an error message: Server error there was a problem processing your request. Please try after some time. I have called customers service and reported the issue about 10 days ago. Problem not fixed.
Picture of claims is always off. It cuts off the right side and you have to re-submit. Better to use paper form and fax machine.
It distorts images that you upload requiring multiple uploads and the need to check your claims regularly. Quite annoying.
This is a rep off nothing works with this app.
Can't even log in. THIS APP DOESN'T WORK!
The bugs mentioned in previous reviews seem to have been resolved. The apps speeds up my claim processing quite a bit. Otoh, the app could use some "user design thoughtfulness." For example, the date of service needs to be entered twice, even if there was only a single day. No option to easily copy over the start date. There are a few similar quibbles, that acclaris could _easily_ identify and resolve, if they convened a few user groups. In general, their user interfaces are sub-par, despite Acclaris' role. It's hard to understand why it can't be better.
Beyond futile to use this app. And the website is even worse. Let's travel back to 1982 and submit our claims through fax, everybody!

Invisible button after password, so you have to guess what to press, then it crashes every time. Uninstalled
Says there is a server error. Cannot log in.
After inputting login and password, there is no button to sign in!
I haven't been able to sign in at all to this app. Tells me a system error has occurred every time. Have to sign in to Acclaris through a bookmark I saved on Google. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that would help but didn't.
Really ugly/outdated interface, but latest version seems to let me access most functions. P.S. Not sure how the two Acclaris apps are supposed to differ but the other one did not let me log in.
I can submit a claim but I can't add an image of my receipt. I still needed to add the receipt on my desktop. Why wouldn't I just submit my claim on my desktop. There is no direction or help for assistance with in the app.
Useless. Crashes every time a sign-in is attempted with a server error. Uninstalled. Why bother to publish an app like this?
Had a simple job to do...it worked sort of. The camera feature on it is awful. I could not get a non blurry picture, even with lots of lighting. I had to log into my computer to finish the receipt process. Acclaris accepted it, so maybe I'm good. Don't have 100% faith that this simple thing will go through without a hiccup though. Fingers crossed.
