Update: No, it kept saying I didn't have access (didn't show +symbol or option to customize anything), so I uninstalled the app and login online. This is the first banking app I've used that only shows my last 3 transactions (unless I'm missing something). When I click on the Deposits tab, it says I don't have access to that feature. When I login online, there's a comprehensive review of my account like I'm used to seeing in other banking apps. I'd rather use an app than login through a browser.

I love the bank, the app no so much. Every time I forget my password and have to change it, it is a hassle. My security question has been verified but it never accepts it. I have to call support all the time which does not open till 7 am. I never have had so much trouble with resetting a password.

Cannot enable Fingerprint auth on Android 10. Decent app, but since updating to Android 10, fingerprint disabled itself, and any attempt to re-enable it results in a long-running "Processing..." progress dialog which eventually times out when the session expires. TL;DR fingerprint auth disabled itself with no way to re-enable it...

I just opened an account and have not been able to login to the app at all. I can login online but the app always gives an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no changes.

it is not user friendly at all! You can't deposit checks on the website, you have to go to the bank. Can't just quickly pay a bill, you have to answer 2 security questions every time. I deleted it. Don't like it at all!

i can login online but cant login to app always says error. almost 2 weeks later still the same error message. called the bank they said oh that's odd. 😡 ...UPDATE: 3/22 Got a call from the bank to let me know that the problem with the app was fixed to please try it. I did and it worked, hopefully it will stay that way.

I log in with password loads up than i get an error and app closes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but same thing.

This app was good but some times just when I need it the most I can't get on to see what I have in both of my account's what a pain when u need your bank u can't get on

Needs work. It ok for now. I sent an email with suggestions to improve online banking experience.

Rarley accepts my password.. The ONLY app that I use with fingerprint scanner that NEVER accepts my print.

About to switch to other bank cause i can never get online theres always a problem with my card the employess at the bank are never help ful even on cross keys rd. Never eant to deal with me

Terrible says not set up for what I'm trying to do contact financial institution this is a business account online banking is very crucial for my company and it doesn't work.

just got a new account today this app isn't allowing me to login keep saying error this isn't a good look with new customers

I understand that you're switching apps, even though that's stupid, but why isn't this one working? It said I had 17 days and for the past 3, this bs won't even let me check my account

I love banking at Republic Bank every time I have any problems they are always very kind and generous with helping me .

Worst bank ever, dont waste you time or money with them or their app. I can't go lower then one star but just know this review is a negative 5 stars.

Does what it's supposed to. Don't like that when they put out an app update they don't tell you what's in the update. Nothing at all. Unusual.
