It won't open without an update but says it's already updated... still won't open.
App shows the wrong account balance compared to what I've consistently seen when I log in via the website instead of the app: wrong to the tune of 19%. Otherwise, the app what it's supposed to but performance and user interface need much improvement. On some screens you have to have your phone rotated into landscape view to see all the content because it isn't sized to fit in portrait view and portrait view won't allow you to scroll sideways to see that content. For example, the screen that displays funds' performance.
This seems like a good app but right now whenever I need to input information in the withdrawal section the keyboard wont pop up so I have no way to enter information. It'll be 5 stars after this is fixed. It's fixed..... Thanks
I have to reinstall each time I use it. I used this app for years without any problems. Now the screen go black when I try to sign on. I have emptied my cache, reinstalled a dozen times and restarted my phone. Nothing works. Nationwide apparently has done an upgrade or something different. Once I reinstall and log on it's works fine.

Very easy and convenient
Even though I've had nationwide for over a decade now the app will not allow me to set up an account. It will only accept all of my personal information but not go to the next step. So either the site doesn't work or it's fraudulent and someone has alllll of my info now!!!!!
Latest version of the app has been working on my Note 10+. I can now utilize the app without issue. The app allows for quick, easy access to account features found on the website. Good job, Nationwide!
I have an stylo5 Android phone. And the app won't even open on my phone. Plus I had problems signing in this app on more than one occasion. I deleted it and download it back. Reset my password and still having trouble logging in
Won't open past the log in screen. Contacted Nationwide and got a generic email in return. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times to no avail... wish it worked because the concept would be extremely beneficial.
Allows me to view my account balance on my phone. I have never tried using it to conduct transactions. It appears to be basically an app version that displays the website pages.
I was able to open the app. However, i was unable to create an account i correctly put my information and then i hit the next button it would load the same page and keep doing to the same thing. I can't even create an account. It's a waste and expected more from such a reputable company.
Won't work. The app will not let me update/change my contribution. Update: Fixed!!!
Clean layout, text easy to read, log in is secure and quick. The fingerprint recognition was initially glitchy but after logging in with my password I was able to update with my fingerprint (Samsung Galaxy S9).
App update..........Thank you all is working fine now. App wasn't clear that the sign in info is the same as website.........All information entered correctly and still won't let me create an account. I'll just keep using the website for account access. Waste of time!!!!
Very user friendly and straight forward overall. You can do almost everything that the website allows but at the touch of a finger.

Since update to Android 12, the keyboard no longer appears when clicking on an editable field. Please fix as this makes the app unusable except to view info. Thanks.
This app makes it easy & convenient to manage your investments
Im surprised that a serious company would hire some one to make such an incomplete app for their users. Cant even make an account after downloading because it keeps saying to look at the birthday format mm/dd/yyyy tried a bunch of combinations but nothing works. Dont launch an app when is not even 1/3 done.
Enrolling ...finding the correct site was a challenge. And since I'm new to investments the questions that were asked where intimidating and overwhelming, there neds to be a save button to come back after getting information about the investment options, instead of doing the whole process over....I finally added my decisions but will be contacting someone about my decisions to insure I chose what's best for me.
Says I need to update and wont let me log in
New App is missing features. I used the app for years and could check the balance of my roth separately of my before tax deduction. Now the app just shows my combined balances. The old app was bettervwith more features. This app just makes me want to uninstall and just use the website.
I was told to use this app as my gateway to my ease of use for my retirement fund and this app is junk once I downloaded it and signed in it was fine after that I cannot log back in I called to recertify all my correct info and still cannot access anything past the log in page it continually says sorry trouble logging in dismiss or try again and to. No avail from nationwide or their help desk ....# frustrating
This app is absolutely great. Once you learn how to manage your investments, it is PERFECT!!! Very quick and convenient.
I like being able to see what I have even when it goes down. It bounces back but I like being able to know where and how my savings changes.
Seemless...great app with all the functionalities of the desktop version.
