The app provides many features such as access to the patient’s own electronic health record including procedures, medications and test results. It also connects patients to physicians within the network based on symptoms or even referrals. Visits can be scheduled right from the device whether it’s an in-person office appointment or a real-time, on-demand video visit.
The application facilitates guided patient journeys specific to various diseases gently guiding a patient to resources, tools and education specific to their condition via context aware engagement.

I HATE this app! It's a nightmare to sign in for a video visit! I was late by 20 minutes because it wouldn't let me sign in! I missed most of the appointment! Why can't I skip the BS and just go to the appointment? It limits how much I say in a message to my son's doctor. This isn't Twitter! This is about healthcare! I wish they'd get rid of this and just do it with emails and maybe a zoom instead! It's more of a headache than a help! Worst app ever!!!
Superb! This app was not created as an afterthought just to do what everyone else is doing. The app is very sophisticated and comprehensive in it's look and operation. Not buggy at all, as far as my experience has gone. You have total access to your medical records, tests and appointments. Also readily messaging to your PCP. Medicare integration if you choose. I could go on and on. I love the technology built into this app. It has remote/electronic check in. GPS enabled thru your phone. 5 stars
It keeps force closing on me... This app is easy to maneuver and very user friendly. However, every time I log into my account, and ready to start a message with my care team, it force closes on me. After this happened three times, I decided to uninstall the app. I think I'll continue using the My Chart app instead. It's quicker and more stable for me. Sorry Rush. 🤷🏾♀️
Same, when I get a call the sound drops and the only way to fix it is by logging out and in. Please fix this, the app should disable any other incoming communications. Also, the app does not stay logged in. I have to log in each time. I hate that I need to fill out the information update so frequently before an online visit. Once is enough, it takes up time.
Maybe the app is good, but I can't tell because the usability of getting logged in is terrible. Here's a small sample: can't quick swap to the app (which is a pain when retrieving forgot password codes), can't paste into the password field (which is ridiculous when you're using LastPass and need to manually type a long secure password), the password reset flow restarted when swapping to LastPass making it basically impossible to get on the app (since as I mentioned you can't paste a password).
This is one of the easier patient portals I have. I have leukemia, and I have several doctors. It is easy to navigate, and very easy to understand. Among the things this portal offers is following up with your health with current test results, making appointments, paying any bills and messaging the doctor or other people concerned . It also helps to research your past health information as well.

The app itself is average & functional. The part that takes it below average is there is ALWAYS a mandatory update. Then it won't let you proceed until you do the update at once. What if I'm trying to sign in for a video visit or trying to verify the room or building of my appointment, or any of the things a MOBILE APP is for? In that case hopefully I'm near wifi, or able to otherwise complete the download quickly. If not I'm late &/or frustrated for what could have been done later or earlier.
Very well organized, comprehensive, easy to use. Due to the the complex nature of full medical care from both a care perspective and financial profile it can take time to navigate. With use thought it becomes more clear on each subsequent visit. Like it very much.
My son is special need. Could not ask for the kindest doctor's,staff to guest service. 10+!
This app is vital for my access to all things pertaining to my health and I cant use it without allowing its ridiculous list of permissions for features I'll never use.
The built-in video conferencing is one of the worst pieces of software I've ever encountered and I've seen a lot. My wife just spent an hour working through echeckin. Finally finished and isn't being let in without doing the echeckin - but echeckin is no longer available because it has been completed. On a past conference I learned that you can't look up info in a different app without MyRush killing the conference.
Please fix the fingerprint and passcode login features. They should help you login faster but neither one work on my app. Besides that this app is great to monitor and keep track of all my appointments, test results and messages from my medical team.
We expeeienced audio problems. He could hear me, but I could hear him only at a whisper volume level. We ended the call with the telephone only. The video portion was excellent.
This app requires all your details from great grandmas ssn to my future grandsons birth certificate! Like why isn't there an option to refuse it and still be able to use it?!?!
Brutal structure. You get about two tries with your credentials before lockout. If (when) you get locked out, just find a new doctor. Trust me, it'll be faster. Can't comment on any of the in-app experience because access is near-impossible.
I have nothing but great things to say about this app. It's very important n helpful to us as patients to know that everything we need, doctor's appointments, n all sorts of informations is just a finger tip away!!! Love the (APP.) MY RATE IS A SUPER 10!!! Happy new year to this awesome medical center!!!
This is app is so awful. I can NEVER log in the first time. I have to try repeatedly or friggin restart my phone for it to work. So annoying. Better off just going on the computer.

Best MyChart app around! Integrates other medical organizations too. Easy to navigate. Easy online appt set-up. Easy MD messaging. Notifies you when have a message. I highly reccomend it.
The app worked for a couple of hours but then suddenly stopped. I cannot even log in - get "no error message" and when I click OK it closes the app
Would like this Mobile App better if it had the same functions/options as the on-line web site. Perhaps the info is there, but it is not user friendly to obtain it.
Excellent app that shows pertinent information about hospital visits, medications, results, upcoming and previous appointments and more. Surprised at the quick response to answers from my doctors' medical team! Love it!
Every time I login there is a problem? Communicating with server. This is Totally unacceptable and ridiculous that I have to go all this to login in and gets no results!!!!!!!
Is it under maintenance or what? I keep getting an error before the login even comes. It wasn't like this last time I used this.
Crashes each time you try to register
Always asking me to update which uses too much space causing me to either uninstall other apps or not being able to access My Chart.
App doesnt let me do anything. 9/10 times the app kicks me back to the web browser to log back in to do what i was already trying to do via the app. But if i try to start the process in the browser it kicks me to the app first which forces me to do everything twice.
