This app is wonderful. It is so easy to use and always recognizes my password right away. When I was going to the website, it would say my password was expired even tho it was just changed the month before. And, I would end up having to call and make the payment and I would wonder if I would be charged for making the payment by phone. The app is 100% easier. Thank you!
Worked great until recently. All it does. Ow is open a box saying I need to update it and it routes me to the play store. It's updated according to the store but the app won't work. I've removed the app and reinstalled it and still nothing.
The app had been working perfectly fine. Got an update today installed it now it doesn't do anything just a white screen I can't see anything! If it ain't broke no need to fix anything I hope you are coming up with another update to fix this last one it was working fine now I can't even get in to the app to pay my mortgage Thanks for nothing!
New updates won't allow me to login. It's stuck on a screen that says "update required go to playstore". When I go to the playstore it says "open". When I open the app it goes back to the same page that says "update required go to playstore". Very frustrating.
Not texting me for authorization code so I can't get into app
It used to work fine. Now it wants me to grant storage and camera permissions which is ridiculous. All I want to do is check my loan balance! The developers must be completely incompetent if they need extra permissions for that.
Was great but doesn't work anymore...I go to the app and it says update the latest version then I go to do that at the play store and it says it's already updated and I open the app again and it says the same thing and won't let me in. It's just a loop. Please fix.

I can't log in to the app anymore due to the fact my login has special characters such as a period. Now I have to waste my time calling the company to get this fixed. This is the only app I've ever had problems like this. Stupid!
I have had problems using this app. It won't accept my User ID or PW and locks me out of my account. I've had to call customer service to get my account unlocked. As of this writing, I am still having a problem.
Worked well until tonight when it sys I need an update and it sends me to the play store where it says to open it, no update available... but it won't let me log in until I get this "update"
Says there's an update. So I went to playstore tried to update. Open it sends me back to p.s to update. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and it still sends me to p.s for updates. Now what?
Lousy company. Terrible service. The app is a joke, but gains two stars for at least saving me from having to speak to someone who can't speak English.
My login is my email address, you can't input periods(.) aka special characters. So I can't log in. What the heck, ridiculous.
App doesn't work. I tried multiple times to log in using my ID and password that I know for sure works online.
Apps not working. Says go to play store for update but there isn't one. Just was working fine a few days ago .
Installed it, used it for 5 min and erased it.DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. Rushmore wants devices storage , and microphone permission to pay your mortgage!!!.. interesting...in top of all that they login credentials from the website don't work with this app. They can't afford to pay a professional developer to manage they're database. Hey Rushmore my 12 year old kid can do a better job then this . PATHETIC
Update... will not open when you go to play store doesn't update!
Very poor 2 months now it won't allow to make a payment. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still would fix .
Seems to work fine. Making payments is pretty simple. Hopefully future updates don't mess it up.
Login user name will not allow you to use the @ button sometimes for sign in. Sometimes works but most time not working and not allowing to access.
Always easy to make payments with no fee.
Is there a star lower than zero? It's trying to tell me I need 10 digits for my social security number and it gives me nine X's joke of an app. And then it goes back to my phone number when I put it in that says it's already been put in when it hasn't get it together
Does not accept the only account number we have ever had. Does not accept user name. And as far as password...I've never had luck on computer or this app. I love Rushmore but not the tech part of the company....sorry techies
Worthless. Doesn't recognize usernames in app. Go online to Rushmore, log in with no issues. App is useless.
I updated when it wanted me to, still can't log in. One day, maybe, this app will work right.
More for the company than the app. This company bought my loan, bit hasn't made any services available. No auto-pay and no mobile support.
Convenient. Easy to use and navigate. No issues! Not sure why ppl are so unhappy.
UI is not as clear cut as the company in which my account was transferred from. Variant payment options (i.e. regular payment, extra payment, principle payment) are still there but just not on the home page and as clear cut. Perhaps a slight bitterness of the transfer is leaking into this review which is not fair to Rushmore. It does look very professional and as long as new users take time to explore, they'll find everything they need. Might have to go into a sub-option or two but it is there.
