The mobile app is exactly like the mobile site... which is absolute trash. Often down for maintenance, then comes back somehow worse than it was before. Redirects to differently formatted areas. No more projected next bill (or if there is, it's impossible to find in the endless loop the links that lead back to where you started.) I just want to pay my bill, and have an idea of what my bill will be throughout the month but they keep making that harder and harder with each update.

This is probably one of the worst apps I have experienced. It freezes EVERYTIME I attempt to log off. End up having to restart my phone to get rid of it. Functionality is poor. Something as simple as deleting an account I closed more than 6 months ago cannot be done through app. At least provide updates, but this app really needs to be scraped and start fresh. Uninstalled today.

I wrote the review a year ago, and the app still doesn't work even on ky brand new phone. Clearly this is a company that doesnt care about customers. Easier to go online. from 2018 The app doesn't work. The Green screen come on, but then it fades to white and nothing. Pressing back brings up the word processing but nothing more happens.

This app used to be great for a brief period, but unfortunately there hasn't been an update for newer technology in quite some time and it wont even load on my phone. It just freezes up. It had useful budget notifications, was easy to use, I could pull up my current usage and pay my bill at anytime.

Always says the app is out of date and check for a new update. There are no updates available. I live in a black out area and it always list a possible black out in my community but never any information regarding. It says touch the name of my community for a map show the possible area but when I touch the name it gives me an error code. I unit unstalled and reinstalled the app but the same thing happens. I find out about an outage when the power goes off. Even tv doesn't tell us anything!

Update for newer smartphones is expected. Meanwhile, app is very slow and screens often hang up. Obtaining utility management data and bill/payment histories are challenging for these reasons. However, if you can get on, you can set the program to send notices for billing dates and amounts.

Very slow to process reports of street light outage, long pauses between each of 5 steps. App locks up in weak signal area then although all info, pole # shown, forced to close app and restart to submit but then all info lost. App should buffer data so if it must be restarted, pulls up all info from previously unsubmitted report! Also app dies not allow viewing of past electric bills even for those signed up for digital only bills. It only allows you to see current bill.

The app installs, and informs me that it is outdated and to check for an update. There are not any updates available, all it does it send me back to the playstore. I go back to the app, and accept the disclosure and I am stuck on an infinite loading loop. I would love to use the app to look and my bill and pay it, however I'll have to use the website I in the meantime until this issue is resolved.

good idea but poorly executed. it's a great idea but the functions of the app aren't up to par, for example to pay my bill it never says there's a balance but instead of it showing my balance my electricity went off for the second time and each time it happens a have to call that stupid number and talk to a robot all day.

Can't log to view my account. Everytime I put in the same user ID and password,that I've used for years. Keeps bringing back to log in & doesn't indicate that neither my user ID nor my password is incorrect. It just keeps bringing me back to log on. I even went to play store & uninstalled app and reinstalled app,reset user ID & password & the same thing. Please tell me why your site always seems to have problems. There's been other issues in the past with your site. Please inform me what to do.

this app is the worst ever. fix the bugs! theres been history with how awful this app is. why click on make a payment then brings you back to the login screen. thats not all, you try to login the app but tells you, your username or password is wrong. however if you log in through email its your same correct login! but wait! theres more! trying to postpone a payment they seemed to have taken that option off the app, convienant...fix this!

The app is great when it works, which is nearly never. It has frequent issues forcing repeated logins, and it seems like every few weeks the whole app crashes and freezes when you click anyting.

Worked for awhile. Now it's stuck in a spin cycle. Tried to uninstall the app and then installed it. Went through the disclaimer and then the spin cycle. It was handy for paying the bill. Now pretty worthless.

I like to use SCE to pay my bill and also view my usage as the days go by to see how much my bill will be by the end of the month but lately I can't even load the App. it just buffers and continuously buffers without loading the Home page. I tried uninstalling and installing but still does the same thing! Some kind of glitch in this App. SCE please Do something about this and work out the kinks! Any ideas on what I can do???

If I could rate ZERO STARS, that would be appropriate. This app continuously gets worse. Loading, it does not - stuck in spin cycle. When I open app using its address, I can get in and sign on but cannot view my bill. Did someone forget to pay YOUR BILL? Apparently, because the lights are off and the worker bees have found another honey pot. Perhaps following in the footsteps of evil twin PG&E?

This isn't an app it's just a link to the website. How about something designed just for a real app that shows all the important info in a neatly designed infographic. That would be nice, but unfortunately you won't find that here. Sadly Disappointed

This app does not work with recent Android versions. The last time SCE touched it was two years ago. We're in a blackout now and the app is completely useless. Thanks, SCE!

Opens your account in a browser. Delete the app and just use the browser. Also has not been updated in a very long time. Using Android Pie I got a warning that it my not be compatible.

App used to work but no longer does! It just sits on a clock and spins but does nothing else. This has been the case for a month now!!! I've tried several times to pay my bill but can't and now you tell me my bill is late! I don't want to have to talk to you people every month to pay my bill! FIX IT

LAST UPDATE IN 2017, OBVIOUSLY EDISON DOESN'T CARE! Straight Garbage, use a computer to look at anything other than paying your bill. This app almost made me throw my phone out the window with how much. i pay my bill every month, why not use some money to fix your outdated app!

It's obvious you are not listening to your customers. This app won't let you close it out without having to reboot your phone. This app clearly still needs work. We have been telling you about this problem for awhile now. Please fix this!
