My Seizure Diary

Made an account but after I log in it just keeps the loading screen up. It doesn't want to work at all.

I logged my seizure activity for a month and then would only open with a white screen and an active circle spinning in the center of my screen. So, I am unable to access my logged diary losing its information. Until the program maker fixes this issue, I highly suggest a different program.

It just keeps spinning. We just recently downloaded this app. After setting everything up, it stopped working. My wife can open it from her phone though.

I like this better than the "Epilepsy Diary" app I used to use. PROS: An immediate cloud save. Saved in a Username/Password interface. Seizure types are saved by which ones you get. Meds you can save and mark that you've taken, even if you just record your seizure meds. CONS: Saved in a Username/Password interface. Buttons on mobile take several taps to work. You need an internet connection to use the app. The app is slow sometimes and can be difficult.

Downloaded and installed this, even after looking at the only negative reviews. I created an account then went to log in and it just gives an error message. I tried using another email and register again, and made sure I was putting everything in correctly, it still gave me the error. Don't download, unless they update it and fix this and the other things that are said in other reviews.

I want this app to work but it won't!! When I open the app it is stuck on a white screen with a purple loading that goes on forever and ever. I was able to register and accept an invite from my sister as a caregiver. She is so frustrated and overwhelmed with this app (it is not user friendly on her end) that we are giving up for the morning. Hope it works later today!

I was able to successfully download and open the program on the Samsung Galaxy! It is nice to have this app back, not sure what the fix was but I am glad it was resolved. I had some communication with the Foundation this past year about this issue but I feel like the problem got sidelined a bit due the nature of 2020!

This app doesn't work, allowed me to register and then won't login, page just continuously tries to load

I'm having the same problem with not being able to open the application on my Android device. I can open it OK on the laptop but would be great to have it on mobile for the convenience. Hope the problem gets resolved soon. Many Thanks!

this app is bad it doesn't let me chose a gender option when i am registering for a account, it keeps on saying passwords don't match when they do and wont let me see the passwords even though they made the effort in putting in the icon, won't let me select a date of birth when registering. so its basically impossible to register eith this app

Really great app while it worked. Was able to add seizure types, lengths, dates and times, side effects, etc. Please update for latest phones / updates!

This hasn't worked since the last update. And I kept all my sons seizure activity notes in great detail in this app. Now I cant get to it to give his doctor the information in a hurry. Please fix the problems with the app.

I'm not able to register for the app because having a lock screen is required. I don't want a lock screen precisely because I have epilepsy and want anyone to be able to access my phone in a time of emergency. Could you please fix this issue? I would love to use this app.

Having a seizure, hard to record information while your having one. Plus information on seizure types so you know what type you're having would be helpful especially for newly diagnosed. Still haven't found a useful app. Please ask actually epileptic people what would be useful. Please.

Worked on iphone. Why not android? This is a vital tool for people with epilepsy and their health providers. Fix the bug! Says there is an error determining which app you are signing into and to try again. Reinstalling app did not fix it.

Could be a good thing. My problem with it, is it takes forever to load up. This app could be great with a few adjustments and hopefully get the healthcare team in on it.

Have tried several times to get this app to work. Downloaded about 3 times. It won't even open. Can't even see if it's any good cause it doesn't work at all.

Not possible to create an account at the time of writing: "Something went wrong. We were unable to complete your registration" with no further information or suggestions for how to remedy the error.

Download epilepsy journal app instead. Tried this and it just keeps closing every time I try to open the app.

Doesn't work, won't open at all! Just installed and can't get the app to open even once. Awful reviews since last update so I should have known better but I thought I'd give it a try. Oh well.

Used to be a great app but now it will not open which means I cannot share the stored data with my neurologist!

I've been using the app for a while now and I think they should do a better job on updates
