I'm using the free version, and it's a great app for shiftworkers. Offers a lot of customisation. Will sync across devices. I would have purchased the premium version (although my needs are fully met by the free one) only if it were a one-off charge. As a personal user I don’t particularly like subscription models for apps.
This app is perfect for showing me exactly everything I've got planned for a day. Syncing with my personal calender as well as with my family is so easy. Also paying for premium is beyond worth it if you want to add multiple things per day and super affordable.
My work does not have a way to look at your shifts after you have left the premises, so I note them down and add them to this calendar, that way I always have a way of knowing what shift I am meant to be on. You can also see how many hours you have worked and check your pay. You can customise the calendar to suit your needs and have calendars for two people and lay them over each other, really simple to use and effective. Excellent app.
Great way to organize your shifts. Especially if you have more then one job. Color coordination, all of the customization options. Just a good app.
Amazing app for shift work and it comes with some of the best and most responsive customer support! Great reports and data around pay and hours. Only thing I ask for is the ability to add more than 2 shifts in a day, like 3 or 4 shifts when needed as my work can often be split up into 3, 4 hours shifts in a day..
Having a shift planner that allows me to edit the times of my standard shifts as well as easily inputting them via a touch button has cut down on my time trying to plan out where and when I will be working. Have only been using it for the past 2 weeks but it has been super helpful with the shift reminder as well as being able to send a copy of my roster to my friends/family.
Very difficult to use. And the amount of personal you have to enter to use the app is unnecessary. I have had 2 or 3 spam texts every single day since I installed this app after having to enter my phone number to use it. I doubt vrry much that it's a coincidence!
Not for me. You can only enter 30 shifts, I work on the railway and this is not enough, tech support said you can amend them after you set up you're rota but this doesn't seem the point. You can't use it on a desktop and the font size when you try and set up a shift pattern is too small, you can hardly read it. If you've got a relatively simple shift may be ok, but anything more complicated and it's failing.
Shift planner is a great App. I can see at a touch of the screen what I am working and can book appointments to fit in with my shifts. It is so useful.
Works perfectly for what I need it for. It would help to be able to see shift times without having to go into the notes, though!
A little difficult to get my head around making new shifts at first, but once I got it, wow!! I love this app. Ideal for my repeating shift pattern. The only thing that would make it better is to have a desktop/laptop version that syncs with the android app. Great work My Shift Planner 🙂🙂
A rather excellent and easy to use app. Didn't need the Pro version as the standard is good enough for my purposes. None of the provided shift pattern templates suited me but it's child's play to design your own. Overall, very pleased.
Syper useful, you plan ahead before your employer's calendar get publish. Must have app for those who works in shift. Super easy and with many nice features. And is free! Thks!
Only using basic version so can't comment on how the app is of you pay for it. Its a great app though, as shift pattern calendar apps are really hard to find. But this is great and so easy to use. Personalise colours etc too so that you know what's what when you look at what dates are up and coming.
I love this app, so easy to use, takes away all the hasle of try to work out your shift pattern etc as it does it all for you, highly recommended, yes there is one ad at the bottom of the page that doesn't interfere with anything. 😃
Working shifts so can see all year plans most used go to check ever love it. Saved loads of paper when i used to constantly note my shifts down, must have saved a lot of note books. I am older generation and need to constantly check dates this is great to use. It's the most used screen on my phone, well done.
I bought the premium version so I could get unlimited calenders. Use it for so many things both work rotas and personal planner, good wee app.
Very good once you work out how to put your shifts in, it works it out for the next year, easy to change the days for courses, annual leave etc
I am a free user. Definitely I have to thank this team. Great app, no doubt about it. I am using it more than 5 years. Without re thinking I suggested this app more than 100 colleagues. Great app...great app.....
Admittedly it is quite difficult to get your head around at the beginning of you need to personalise your shifts or when you're working but once youve managed that, it's a game changer
I used My Shift Planner app everyday. Easy to input, just enter the shift pattern ie 2 weeks and the app cleverly repeat itself to the end of selected date. Customisable to add shift patterns with colours, alphabets and symbols. Very easy to edit to make changes ie shift swap or off sick or holiday etc. Can add many different shift patterns or something different for home schedules. Monthly planner is easy to read, clear & simple. I've tried many apps, but this is the one I highly recommended.

This app hasbeenof a great help, so far. There is only one detail that I haven't been able to workout: shift time pattern (the start and finish of my shifts are always the same, but not at the apps terms). Can't find the way to change it.
