App has been unable to function at all in the last week. Can't even open the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled updates several times and it still doesn't work. Update: took their advice and went to the help chat. Essentially was told to get a new phone and recontract. Mind you my current phone in barely 3 years old bought in late 2019 from the singtel shop.

After update, STILL practically useless. The only thing I can see is my data and call usage. I couldn't view my bills, I couldn't update my residential address. When I used the website, it redirects me to the app again. Such a hassle. In the end I'm still stuck with the old billing address.

Whoever designed and approved the new user interface for the app definitely never hear before the saying dont fixed what is not broken. Nice zero step foward 3 steps backward. Updates for Singtel since they are open to improvements. The old interface shows all the information I as a user see and care. The new interface hides half of the usable information and half the page shows me what's new, add on, Step up. Go do a comparison between the old and new.

I did not face any issues with the functional featurss of the app so far, unlike what other users have been experiencing. However, I was stupefied by the redesign of the interface in the latest update. Previous design was very user fiendly and we get the neat and minimal interface that contained visual cues of our data usage and no invasive offers. That was what made singtel UI stand out from the rest. This redesign seems like a 180° turn and looks horrendous.

Cannot access to my usage information and StepUp data easily than before the app software updates! Take very long time to reload StepUp data after tapping on Google Fit to synchronise my steps data. Need to enter Onepass password before can know how much data did I used and check out the mobile data balance, when it was so much easier to access for the older versions of the app!

App can't be used at all. Something wrong - network error. Please don't provide another tone deaf template instruction to reinstall or to contact SingTel, these are a waste or users' time. The issue is highly reproducible, I suggest SingTel try out first themselves and confirm issue before escalating to the relevant team to fix this.

I mean it has been kind of randomly having issue to load and stuff. To the extend to uninstalled and reinstalled again and still can't load! Has been in a loading status on the very front page, need to sync my steps challenge to claim my points but nothing seems to work?!

Really bad!!! Don't know what happened after the last two years of pandemic, now that we can start to travel the apps is just non-functional. One of the important functions for travel Ready- Roam add on is so hard to subscribe to. I will imagine this is the business Singtel will try to capitalise when travel restrictions are eased. But the apps is certainly worse than before the pandemic. I am surprised that almost all the reviews are bad! Not sure top management know this. Needs quick action!

Cannot open the app at all on my samsung s10+ after recent updates. When travelling, I cannot activate roaming or do any top up. Sent so many feedback but no one responded or action on it. Service and app all very badly managed. After being such a long term customer, I might consider changing provider.

I had been trying to sync my step up steps but it keep showing me errors... Can Singtel please resolve this issue. As I am doing the step up challenge to walk at least 1000 per day and today is the last day for me.. I do not want to miss that out. I had already tried restart and reinstall but still the same issue

The new version is quite confusing especially the Airplane/Roam icon on the right side of the front page. I've already enabled my data roaming in the settings and I dont know this Airplane/Roam icon on the front page is for. Not user friendly.

WITH THE LATEST UPDATE, it becomes more of a junk app. LACKS IMPORTANT INFORMATION. hideous and troublesome at most. contract end cannot be viewed on the app main page. not anywhere in the app also. it lets the use download the service agreement which requires a separate login info oout of the app itself, then navigate thru tons of service agreement only to 'check' the contract end date. not unlike STARHUB app, wherein the basic information is readily available on the main app page. SIMPLE.

Used to work with no issues, no won't even run. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't help. Can't activate roaming now, pretty annoying why would you change something that worked perfectly.

Can the team please look into the latest version of 'My Singtel Apps' updated recently. The balances left for SMS and local callings are still incorrect to date (been more than 2 weeks+) despite how many times of uninstalling, it just can't work! Called up Singtel Technical Team also can't help much. So disappointed with this app!

Entire layout changed. Didn't think it would be worse than previous update/layout. Important information like when does the new cycle starts is not displayed. Very big case of fixing what isn't broken with new fancy UI. Very disappointed as the previous layout displayed information much quicker.

Hi for the past 1 week the option to subscribe for the $7.90 daily data plan is not working. It crashed the whole apps whenever it was selected. Told the call centre also but nothing was done. It is not only for my andriod phone but my daughter's iPhone also. Please resolved it soonest.

After installing the update, the app crashes and won't start at all. I uninstalled the update to use the older version and it started up but forced me to update the app and won't allow me to proceed with using the older version. Once you update, it won't even start. So I'm stuck now. Samsung S10+

Worst update ever. I agree with all the negative feedback on this update. Whats worse than a revamp interface that hides all important details in my accounts such as the various lines under my name. I have to go thru so many different clicks in order to see what i used to get with only 1 or two clicks. Even more so when I am forced to agree to their privacy agreement with no options to select what i alloe or disallow to be collected by this app force to uninstall.

I need to turn off my wifi when login my account. Once I forgot to turn my wifi back and I used up quite some mobile data. Hope the developer can improve it. The new user interface is less friendly or less mobile friendly. E.g. need to scroll down for quick access, account status can be more graphical instead of lines of words, why put add on on main interface. Will be nice if it allows the user to re-arrange it or turn it off.

terrible experiences over the app. cant use without mobile network via singtel and always having issues loading the page. No option to access bill via other mode eg. internet login and the apps always show server not responding. worst exp ever. have been charging me unnecessarily and i have no idea what has been charged.

I tried for 3 hours in this app to unsubcribe fro viu and newstand. The instructions say tap "manage plan and add-on" this is not in the app after log in. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. I warn everyone don't ever subscribe to any singtel or receive free subscriptions . Singtel makes it very very hard to unsubscribe after free period!

It is not working! With so many scam in the market, I am afraid to go further. Ask me to update. When I click update, it goes to open. When I click open, it goes back to update. Nothing works only to and fro of the app. This is the 3rd time!

Latest app works fine on WiFi but practically non functioning when on 4G. Took almost a minute just to get to the main page and then allows me to do nothing except scrolling up and down. Can't login and no button works.

Took ages to pay my bill. The OTP for the credit card method didn't come despite 3 attempts. The eNets method hung. I went to my DBS wedsite to pay instead and d entire transaction was over in 1min. Even while trying to post the complain here, the message went missing halfway when the page auto refreshed.

Need help I use this app to pay bills but latest version gives me a pink screen when I log in. I have uninstalled, clear data and cache and still the issue persists. Edit.
