It only shows me sitters/nannies that live in a different area than I do. I am to the point of requesting a refund. Yoy cant offer me a sitter for over a month, you cant even show me sitters in my area. This is unacceptable. It crashes all the time. I have tried to update my families photo at least 6 times and it crashes every time. I have tried to book a sitter and it crashes.
Completely useless. App wont accept my password. I can log in successfully into the desktop website, which doesnt allow you to book so it's useless. But using the same info or even resetting to a new password the app simply will not recognize me. A terrible user/app experience for an otherwise truly excellent nanny service
Unable to delete in the comment/ notes boxes. Tons of errors that were entered on our behalf when our profile was created, unable to edit them ourselves. Not all sitters have photos. Not user friendly, actually quite concerned we may have been duped out of a lot of money for this app.
update is horrible, doesn't show the cases have been booked eventhough I get confirmation until almost one day later, and I don't get a new case notification anymore from the app;only email and when I enter into the app I have to refresh about 3 times in order to confirm the case.
Very clumsy with new update. the month view does not show days highlighted that I have entered availability for. used to show. now you have to scroll day by day to enter your availability and review. very inadequate for busy sitters to check against your personal calendar for days you could be available
not an easy app to use..trying to add a day to my avalaibility and it adds that day and time for up to a year or so...the timesheet is easy to clock in and out and to confirm the assignment ..but the calender part is HORRIBLE to use..
This app just doesn't work correctly. I can't do timesheets because there is a box blocking the lines. This app crashes alot and I am dependant on it! I hate this app!
It would be helpful to have a button that allows you to delete a start date and end when dates are automatically uploaded. That way you don't have to go in and manually delete the dates you don't want so you can save the dates you do want.
Useless. Actually Useless. I can't even log in, all I get is error messages. Reinstalled, changed my password, still can't use the App.
I'd like to be able to add Administrative time to my time sheet. I've lost out on pay because of this inconvenience. Having trouble putting in session details because the text box is blocked by my keyboard.
Too many bugs. I currently can't see what I'm writing, when I write my recaps. It shows I'm available, but I'm not available. This app needs an update.
I don't want to know about taxes, insurance costs, placement fees and wages etc, etc... I want to know what is the final rate that needs to be paid per hour. Guess this one isn't for me.
Terrible app cannot even get this to download and when I did before it froze and then wiped out my log in and now cannot get the app to install it's been 3 days and still not installing.
I worked for the company both as a sitter and nanny. It was okay. The only issue was I only got jobs 15-20 miles away from me. I got 1 job in my city.
I can't book anyone, only see their profiles. I tried emailing and calling and no one answers or responds.
Not as useful as you would hope but it gets the job done, til you need a computer.

Constant crashing, logs me out randomly, doesn't display new assignments when they come up, doesn't update the status of assignments when changes are made on the client's end, and the most recent update made the "submit timesheet" button appear over the typing area no matter how much text is entered, so I can't see what I've written. What seemed like a really convenient way for an on-the-go BUCA nanny to take care of time sheets and scheduling has been nothing but a disappoinment.
