So far this isn't going well. I am only trying to get the app working and already at an impasse. Dear Support Team: This is apparently an exercise in futility!! I've reset my password twice & after each interaction, the final response is that my email is invalid. I'm not sure how this communication is working through my invalid email, and I also don't understand the necessity of changing applications. So until you have things worked out on your end, I'm done. App says to update password. After providing a new password and confirming it, the app fails to update the password when I select "submit". When it was working, hitting order supplies results in a list with every item selected. However, not all items are scheduled for renewal. The list should list what can be ordered. Not happy with this app.
Thanks to Michael McKenzie I figured out how to complete account set up by checking for an email to verify the account. Otherwise I was also stuck where it looked like nothing was happening. I was able to go through all of the prompts to order supplies, but the "place order" button is not active to allow me to click it to place the order. If anyone knows a hack for that, I could use it. Thanks.
I have used this app before. Worked just fine. Was able to order my CPAP supplies without issue. Went to log in today. It said it couldn't find my account. Weird, but whatever I'll just make another account. I got an error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." I have no idea what that means, and I filled in all of the fields.
I canceled a order because they keep telling me I had the wrong prescription and the app would show wrong products after talking with them. My doctor twice said that they talked to them and gave them the right prescription. Once the order was cancelled they knocked me out of the app so I can't even sign in. It does not recognize my email address. Poor customer service and that company represents this app so that's why the poor rating for the app
Utterly useless. Attempted to register, received account confirmation email and clicked link to set password (first time registration) - links sends me to page that says link is no longer valid - within 60 seconds of receiving the email! Called my provider to get assistance, only to be re-sent the original email to download app and register a new account. Provider was instructed to tell me to delete app and restart and resend me THE SAME EMAIL to set it up. Developer should be forced to refund all subscription $$ back to subscribers, then should never be allowed to publish an app ever again.
Boom, that was easy. My sleep provider (Costal Medical) told me about it and sent me an email with instructions. She told me the first thing was to change my password when I went to the link in the email. Then I went back to the email and hit the link to downloaded the app via playstore. From there I signed in as first time user filled out my specifics and I was in. I checked around the site but didn't order because there is an order pending. Will add a star if all works when the time comes.
No way to store your username and password so you have to enter it everytime. Very limited information on what is going on with your order and no tracking information provided. Over-all a very poorly designed app.
Can't get into the app. I could foe a couple months but now it says it can't find an account with my email. And if I go to create account it gives me some crazy error message. Not happy with this app at all
Apparently the problems I am encountering are not new and are not being addressed by the tech team. It's not at all intuitive or as easy as the complex set of instructions suggest.
Despite all the bad reviews, I thought I would try. Ha ha, jokes on me. I went to setup account, put in my information, it saud loading and thats it. It never went any further. I think whatever companies are supporting this app with ads need to stop. Our healthcare proffesionals who told us about this app, should try this before telling us to try it. Save your time, dont even bother.
Have tried to use the chat option on the app and only get "a representative will be with you shortly." Tried numerous times, at different times, and waited over an hour on several occasions.
App wouldn't allow me to register. Refused five password resets. Technical Support has no clue other than unistall/reinstall and reset password. After an hour I gave up. This app is junk.
Terrible app.. can't even log in. Uninstalled app, reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. It's too bad we have to give it 1 star.
It would be great if they actually did send supplies, instead, they just call and request DR info over and over again ... Worst healthcare supplier ever !!
I am trying to set up a password with no success. It keeps saying "sequence contains no elements."
App is a joke. Thought I had it set up, then tried to log back s week later. Said it couldn't fine account.
This app doesn't deserve not one star.The app said they don't have my email on file. Don't try signing up again it will not let you.The only reason I gave it one star it was not going to let me post it.So no star.
Registering wasn't working. Can't even access the app. I have a Galaxy S10.

Followed instructions to setup account exactly as specified for password wouldn't accept. I tried many variations.
Finally was able to log into my account, butnow I'm trying to set up an account for my wife. i don't see any way to do it.
Try to order supplies but not get everything of 1 item but more of another.

Clock on the email confirmation and password and it say link is no longer valid
Put in email and password I tried the press log in and new user.. after I finally to put my other stuff name birthday what not press the button to send and will not let me what a joke

Horrible. Their website provides better info than this app. Just poorly made garbage.
I almost didn't download after looking at the reviews, but gave it a try. Setup is not intuitive, but I did get it to work: 1) Make sure they have your email address on file, you'll need to call them to do so. 2) After completing registration, the app looks like it hangs. Check your email for a link to set your password. 3) Get back into the app, log in using email address and password. I'll note I haven't placed an order yet in-app, did one over the phone and downloaded to check status.
