Halfway decent. problem is it won't let me look at my clinical summaries. It says there is no app to read a PDF, even though I have Adobe Acrobat installed as well as Polaris Office, and I see no settings option where I might tell this app to use one or the other. What's up with that?
Overall I like the app. The only issue I have is when trying to view any medical records that are PDF's. I get an error message saying no application to view PDF.
Always says account error when trying to log in and if you forgot your information, the calnder doesn't let you just type in your birthday. You will have to do that manually by selecting next month until you get to the year you need and thays starting with year 1900
Barely usable on our Samsung S8+ phones. All the menus are cut off and stacked over each other. I'll just have to stick with computer.
Love that i can access almost all my medical info on my phone. Downloaded Adobe to read the PDF's, but like others, still says no app to read them!
absolute garbage app can't get past the base registration to get into it to even begin to use the app to look at any of your own medical info tried several different times don't waste your time with this app
The forgot my username/password doesn't work for me any time I try it. Not an app I use a lot so when I put in the info and it says my name or password can't be found. Not sure what to do.
Won't let me see clinical results. Says there is no PDF viewer even though there are several on my phone. Very frustrating.

When i registered I got the message, "already registered". That's it. No option for "forgot password", no anything at all.
I love the new app but e-visits aren't on here any more
I have been waiting for E-Visits to be added to the app. I just used it and was surprised how easy it was. Can you add notifications on them too?
They don't care and when you try and try and try and still try more, they don't care!
The new format is horrible!! There is no way to save your login info anymore so everytime you tap.the app you need to type in your user name and password. When you go back to the app another day, it says user/pw incorrect 🤷♀️ To view anything takes longer than needed. Wish the app was left the way it was before this new format as its horrid. Poorly designed
