The app is good for checking out the promos but is still a bit buggy. Registration allows you to enter special characters without any error messages but doesn't allow you to login if your password does have them. Fixed my issue by changing password and removing the special characters from my password. There should at least be some verbiage when registering stating the requirements for the password if there are some restrictions on them like this.

Poorly developed, too many issues and bugs. I noticed that the app was last updated 2 years ago. Not sure if SM has plans of making this more robust and efficient. Uninstalling but giving this feedback in case they have plans of a redesign in the future. Clearly DB needs updating. In my case, card has been renewed but record on this app still shows that it's expired. Contact Us option for comments does not accept special characters. No periods, commas and question marks allowed. Weird!

Blocked and you have to call for password reset? I tried dropping a message in contact us but would not accept it because my email add has a special character? Who developed your app. I agree with others here, the old one was very much better than this. Quick to block but crediting of points is veeeeerrry slow. And do you check your reviews? It's almost all "1" after your updates. Or maybe you just didnt want people to claim the coupons and perks, etc.

I can't even send in a feedback through their app, it keeps saying "No special characters", so what? We can't put space in between words much more a period. It's also not updated, the data is not sync, I already renewed my card but it says that I haven't. The points is also wrong. So disappointing.

First of all this application requires you to setup security on your phone's lock screen(yes, a pin,password,fingerprint,etc) you will get an error that it does not run on rooted devices or devices with no security pin or something. The whole app experience is plain painful. It's lagging, it's like they brought the webpage to its application. If I wanted to see SMAC webpages, I'd rather use browser.

having tried other apps like this I decided to do the same with my sm prestige card. unfortunately wasn't even able to sign up since they got my phone number wrong (having renewed this several times you'd think it they"d get it right!) tried signing in with bday and all but the app hanged while trying to get the info details. then they asked for the email address and said it was not registered in the system. how dumb is that when they just emailed. me last month. duh.

I used to be able to use this app but recently it just freezes into a solid color. I tried to log out then in to see if it helps but now it asks me to connect my facebook account as the skip button doesn't work at all. If I try to connect to facebook, it just ends up with an error so I can't move away from that page at all.

This worked for a short while (although really buggy) but now it has completely stopped working (June-July 2019). I am logged in but the points don't load at all in the Account screen. It just says "wait a moment". Same problem with your iOS version. You should at least inform people here if your server is down or you're doing maintenance. Clearly you've done something on the backend which broke the apps and have not released an update to fix this. Last update December 2018? Wow.

Hopefully, it integrates the bar code of the card so that the cashiers can just scan the phone to earn points (like how 7-11' Cliqq works). Also, I hope they also integrate the finger print security so we won't have to type our email and passworr over and over again. Overall, the app on its current version is user friendly.

It's lousy interface and points weren't reflecting. Only reason to bother with this is the lack of alternatives. Feedback doesn't even allow punctuation marks. I queued in line at customer (dis)service to have the card activated but that did nothing. Had to re-register online to use this app. It was an utterly dismal user experience.

Pretty useless app. You can't do much on this app. It just takes up space on your phone. I just wish that they develop a barcode or QR code widget so that you don't have to present the card on the cashier. It saves the environment and yourself from covid. And less hassle when you lost the card

Just a way to push merchandise for the mall. Shows you your points balance but you won't be able to use them via the app. You also can't use this app as your digital card because it doesn't show your barcode, only your account number. Pretty much useless. Would have given one star if the interface wasn't well done. Uninstalling asap.

I just upgraded the app and now I cannot log into my account using the new version. When I typed in my credentials, it's not prompting if I typed the correct password or what. It's not moving away from the log in screen. So I clicked forgot password, entered my email address and clicked submit but still nothing is happening.

No stars actually. Installed and Uninstalled. Can't login or register. Bad programming. Only get something went wrong message and submit button. Two advises. Please don't put an app here that don't even work properly. And don't auto generate a message back when you don't fix the issues users have with your app. Thanks.

This application is not updating points! For user not checking their points I dont think that all transaction has been posted. Just like what happened to me. As I checked there is missing transaction. And I have to email for feedback. Until they posted it. But the total points on my application is the same until now. My concern is not added to my total points. I dont know its why awarding points is 7-10days. While there is already a system. I was disappointed!

Disappointing... I hope that when I download it I can use this as replacement to physical card. I don't usually like to bring a lot of cards and don't like that I will still needing to pay for it then just goes to waste afterwards. There's much more improvements that I can see potential in this and unfortunately as of the moment Robinson's card is much more better.

Encountered bugs while trying to explore the app, some of the screens that I've visited doesn't have any reference or marks to where I can access the screen again, not so user friendly. I suggest, an upgrade since the app version was still on 2018

Stuck with the OTP, even though you input the correct OTP, it doesnt push thru.. Even used another phone but no avail. Used another nmbr, still none. Cleared cache and data, still none.. reinstalled the app, still none. so frustrating though 🤦🏻‍♂️ Also, please dont tell me to email or call you, its so generic, you already know what the problem is so there is no point on calling or emailing you just to let you know what the problem is. Their email/call with the same problem is enough for you.

Frustrating. At first, even the app is boring, at least it was working. With the update, I can't even login without having to connect my FB account. Why do you need that with all the info you have on me? It makes me worry about my privacy. Please give that "skip" button a function (it's not working, merely a display) so I don't have to connect any social mesia account.

My points is not updating correctly and it says that my card was converted to smac and claim it, but I just renewed my prestige card February 2021 and it will expire on 2023. The web login is much better than the app as it reflects correct points accumulated. Also, the app doesnt show the total spending as of date anymore and I need to know my purchases to retain prestoge status. Please update and make it better.

I do not want my social media account to be linked with the smac app. The skip button on the "connect with facebook" module does not work. It is so frustrating since im stuck on that part and cannot proceed that it basically makes the app useless.

After completing the entire registration process, it's not letting me select a "category of preference". No dropdown or a field bar where i can type anything. If you hit "next", it will keep on asking you to select at least one category.
