I can't access my e-Statements unlike before. It always says the file is not supported. I have a pdf reader and tried converting it to different file types but it still won't open. This has been going on for months. Pissed off. Really pissed off. I tried accessing it on the website through Google Chrome instead of the app and I could access it there. But I want to open it in the app for convenience and easier access. Please give me a solution to this problem. Thank you.
This is disappointing. I enrolled my other number, it took several minutes before they sent the verification number, other apps only took few seconds. I ended up pressing resend Pin several times. When I received the PIN and keyed it in, they invalidate it, maybe because that's not the current pin. I think it would be better if they put a timer, so that we will know when to press the resend pin. Please improve your app.
This has been extremely frustrating! The app doesnt even work. Every time i try and open the app it always says "Could not retrieve all the details". Try and do anything else and its loading city, population me. Internet connection is stable, I've tried reinstalling, even turning my phone on and off just to check if that was the problem. This has happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. and that is just infuriating.
Probably one of the worst apps out there. Service is extremely unreliable! Most of the time, it won't allow you to log in... Not sure what's causing this because I can use other apps that require internet connection. This also happens even when connected to wifi. And when you're able to log in, it will give you tons of errors when you try to subscribe to any of their plans. What's worse is that this is an app from an internet service provider!
It loads slow. There are errors in functions. For example, when I avail additional packages, a pop up appears and requests me to input your password. But the buttons disappear upon typing the password. I'd need to retype and retype and wait for the buttons to appear so I can click properly. Right now, it doesn't display the data I have left from my plan. A lot of UX design improvement needed.
The app is still useful even though it's a hit or miss. A lot of times when I open the app, I always encounter "Could not retrieve all details | Try Again". It probably is a bug since I have an active internet connection yet the app cannot show me the details of my current load status. The only remedy for me is to log out then log in again. However, this is quite a hassle and it defeats the purpose of the app; to provide an easy way to check the up-to-date status of load credits data packages.
Very bad app and not verrrrrry useful especially when you're trying to sign in and there's a pop up message stating that " bad request " and when you try to change your password it would say " please try again later " and been trying it a million times already but still the same error message occurred. I think Smart should definitely fix this issue because this is verrrrrry frustrating and inconvenient on our part as your valued user. And also the connection is very terrible. Oh my God!!!
Always says it could not retrieve all details. You have to log out and log in again. Also, here's an idea: eLoad as an in-app purchase. The current implementation is quite a hassle, and is inconvenient. But with in-app purchase, you just select a denomination, the play store has your credit card details, you confirm the purchase, done.
Does what it needs to do, like providing details of your remaining data and a ailment of plans. But has problems with keeping you logged in. Logs you out every thirty minutes and displays it as an error in the system. The app should be adjusted to allow for being remained logged in. The app is useful when it can provide details immediately.
Since September 2018 I was not able to use the app properly, I have already updated it several times, and even uninstall and reinstall the app, but always saying try again when accessing the dashboard. Even the employee at your Smart center in the mall was wondering why your app is not working properly in my phone. I downloaded the app thinking it will be convenient to handle my accounts but it only used up memory space in the phone and it is unaccessible and non-functioning.
The app doesn't pull up how much minutes or data left on the account instead it only shows it on the first day you reloaded or subscribed to a new plan. Reloading or selecting plans should only be done within the app instead of redirecting the app to the website. it depleted the purpose of having the app if its going to redirect you to the home site. The app need major modification. The app is good for nothing. ๐๐๐
Lots of bugs: Like data wont show up after long time of not using the app, you would need to log out despite refreshing(still wont work) It shouldn't be a hassle to just see small sets of data. Atleast if ever it wont get data it will automatically log out. Or in short just back to the login screen. And add an option where we wont need to witness that. Just keep us logged by asking our permission. That would be great.
Very inefficient, how will you ever check the status of your data if your app is not working properly, signal is busted and very unreliable. It's always always a disappointment. If only online cancelation of my account and subscription is allowed, I will be so glad to do it right now!!!
The app is a convenient way to check multiple accounts and change settings. Only problem encountered is some functions like the pop-up screen does not work in Huawei like after entering a verification code, the ENTER key does not work and the screen button does not show. This problem does not show on a Samsung phone. Also the PASALOAD abd PASADATA no longer work
Works OK but it has some issues. You need to log out and log in again in order for it to work. Also, I'm unable to manage numbers - when trying to set a number as the default account, it throws an error saying service is unavailable. Finally, the usage stats show nothing. Fix these things and I'll give it 5 stars.
It works beautifully... for the first few days. Gifting and subscribing to promos are very easy with this app. Except after a few days of use, it always says that they can't retrieve all the details, or would be stuck in a forever loop. Could've been a really impressive app.
The App is very useful and provides enough information for the subscriber. The subscriber can also avail packages through the app. The biggest problem of this app however is you CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE to packages when you no longer need it. YOU CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE but you can subscribe? It feels like a trap... If you want to unsubscribe you'll have to do it via text, which is well and good if you are not roaming. The app is suppose to be a one stop shop -- i really hope they get to amend this.
I installed this for my broadband plan, but now can't even use this to check my balance or look at how much data I have!! I can't purchase an add-on inside the app nor on the site! It always has an error somehow! And the worst part is there aren't even any notifications warning us that the app/site log in would be down. Terrible service.
This app was better before the last update. Now, it doesn't show accurate data left to be used. Before, I don't even need to login just to see this. It detects my number and details. It was awesome. Now, I have to login and it''s stuck saying unlimited when I'm only using Giga99. I already uninstalled and reinstalled. Hope you guys would bring the accuracy back. Thank you. :(
The app works fine before but now, I can't even get my balance anymore. Before, I can just easily buy load and then open the app and have it registered and I'm done. But it only worked for days, after that, I'm not able to get any information and service from this app at all. I always encounter the error message that says unable to retrieve information. I just uninstalled it todag and have reinstalled, hoping that it'll work fine this time.
I have tried registering on one of your promo using this app several times since I'm having problems with my connection, and it keeps on displaying "connection error" or "system cannot proceed" something like that.. I was expecting since it said that my request was interrupted, it didn't push through. Got surprised after checking the app I have registered five times of the promo! Tried to call their customer care to ask if they can cancel the other four request.They told me there's no way to cancel it because I was the one who registered it using my account. Yes. But, it was UNINTENTIONALLY registered because your app keeps on displaying that my request has been interrupted so I just tried again and send another one. Kindly fix this Smart people.
App takes too long to load. I have to sign out and sign in again just to load my info as well as load balance. In the case of Pasaload, I cannot receive the pin needed to transfer money. It worked the first time I tried it, but failed for the following tries. I have been trying to resend pin and still got no notification. This is a very poor app. Not worth installing.
Works fine. But when the update comes, it won't let you check your balance. Says "Could not retrieve all the details" even though I have strong network and data connection is open. Fix this and I'll change my rating. Thanks.
It keepa on failing to load after some weeks of using it. Requiring me to uninstall and reinstall it to use it. Please fix this bug. Also, your 4g network is failing every morning. I'm not sure if it's for the whole or just by region, but my friends gets the same problem so it's not really a device problem.
Was a very useful app for making quick subscriptions and balance inquiries until few updates that made it so buggy and useless. I dunno if Smart still plans to improve it but for now if I can give this app a negative rating... I DEFINITELY WILL. Buggy, Inconsistent, Unreliable! That's how I will perfectly describe this app in 3 words.
This app is very useful in verifying load balance and to transfer load from one phone to the other. It should remain open and free to access for Smart Subscribers. Code verification for Smartbro user is really annoying, as one has to go through the unit's service menu to access the SMS. Login in alone should be sufficient to identify and validate the user.
This app would be great if it worked properly! We have it on 3 different phone and on all of them we have to clear both the cache and the data before each use or the app gives "Cold not retrieve all details. Try again" error after a long, useless loading time. Not matter how many times you try, always the same result unless you go into settings, applications manager, My Smart and clear both app data and cache. Not what I would call a user friendly way of doing things but it does work.
