Frustrating, i just set up my account today to find out the app is awful and wont even log me in, probably going to switch banks because of this.

The new update isn't supported by my phone. Its a new phone. Tried to contact the bank. They refused to help in any way. Do yourself a favor, don't use them. Please fix this issue.

Great app! After updating my security questions on a PC the app has worked flawlessly for me. Not sure why people are unable to use the app but it has worked for me from day one. Loving the new update!

The mobile deposit used to work but now the picture quality stinks and it can't detect the amount so you can't mobile deposit

The quick balance stops working after you set it up... you log out and check it, it works... the the next day in will go to check it and it says I'm not enrolled.. also app won't log in sometimes

It takes forever to show you transaction updates; I get an email days before the app actually updates that I'm below my pre-set warming

Each time there is this long security paragraph that at the end either you can 'continue' login or go to 'home'. Either way it does not allow me to proceed.

This app has only periodically worked. It has not worked now for almost 3 weeks. Smart CU doesn't seem to care that their customers like to have a working application that they can rely on. Perhaps it is time to switch credit unions.

I was also having a problem getting to my acct info after login. I had to I to my pc and I update the security questions. Afterwards I'm able to check and access my acct thru the app.
