The new update isn't supported by my phone. Its a new phone. Tried to contact the bank. They refused to help in any way. Do yourself a favor, don't use them. Please fix this issue.

Great app! After updating my security questions on a PC the app has worked flawlessly for me. Not sure why people are unable to use the app but it has worked for me from day one. Loving the new update!

The quick balance stops working after you set it up... you log out and check it, it works... the the next day in will go to check it and it says I'm not enrolled.. also app won't log in sometimes

This app has only periodically worked. It has not worked now for almost 3 weeks. Smart CU doesn't seem to care that their customers like to have a working application that they can rely on. Perhaps it is time to switch credit unions.

I was also having a problem getting to my acct info after login. I had to I to my pc and I update the security questions. Afterwards I'm able to check and access my acct thru the app.
