My Smoothie

Great app, mobile pay and rewards, alittle pricey. Also kinda mad/sad they took away $5 Fridays. (*I always got the $10 40 oz. Was Very happy with that size and price because the medium size usually doesn't make the walk across the parking lot back to work @ Walmart lol.) Now it ranges around $13-$15 for a smoothie, Sometimes more if I want to fully customize it the way I want to try...

Downloaded app to start a rewards account. The "sign in/ sign up" button never allows me to create an account. It just takes me to login and fails any attempt to do anything different.

I have tried ordering for delivery. I can get all the way through the order and get ready to pay and it just buffs and buffs and buffs. The worst app ever....!!!!!!!

Not useful for all orders. Can not customize my order. They offer to add or remove everything except yogurt. Unable to order what I want on order ahead so had to wait forever in the store because they were so busy.

This is more a review of their delivery system. You're losing money due to your small delivery radius. Your own app wouldn't deliver but UberEats would & that's a shame.

Scrolling is the absolute worst. I've never had an app where scrolling is such a task, and then it makes it difficult to load the different smoothie options. Frustrating app. Also, when ordering something, it takes you out of the app and to the website. What is the point of the app? The website is better than the app.

The app won't let me create an account. I put in an active email and it tells me it's invalid

I love your smoothies but your app is terrible. Coupons get added but you can't see them. You're supposed to trust that they're there. Rewards expire way too fast. It's way too complicated to add receipts when you forget to scan app. I actually got an email telling me I entered the total instead of Subtotal along with my picture of the receipt. If you can see that, why can't you change it??? So disappointed.

Does not work on Android phones! Various issues and offered solutions by SK on message boards, but to no avail. My issue is the App installs fine, and most functions work. But when i select "Order Delivery or Pickup Now" all i get is a white screen and spinning cursor. All i want to do is order a smoothie, and pick it up. Should not be that hard. My wife has an iPhone and the app seems to work fine. App must have been developed for the iPhone and ported over to Android. Not a good look for SK.

The new app is awful. It is not user friendly, the rewards section is not as clear cut as the previous verison, and updates that appear in my notifications are nowhere to be found on the app. The last version was a lot better. It was simple, easy to use, and quick. You knew excatly how many points you had and how to earn more which is why most people use the app....for the points.

Since the update, I have not had any of my purchases credited towards reward points but my friend, who pays with the app, does get credited. Considering this issue and the lack of response regarding it, as well as the change in the reward structure, this app may not be useful and it's time to find alternatives to Smoothie King. (Still can't as of 8/20/19)

They always scan my code but I never get points. I used the option to take a picture of the reciept and fill out info to get points and was told that my points would be added within 24 hours and were never added . And the reward system itself seems like a total ripoff when you look at how much money you spend with the company. The only reason I still buy smoothies from here is because it's close to my house. I'm considering finding another smoothie bar.

App No longer wants to load screen to place an order. I'm all for smoothie king, but it's a huge turn off when I drive all across the city for work with limited time, to have to wait in line and order in person, much less wait for drink to be made. App hasn't worked for me in over 2 months, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app to only face the same issue all over again. I'm hoping business is good and they continue to strive, but if app don't work, less money coming in: needs fixing.

i take it you didn't test out your app before launch. if you did, you'd have noticed that entering your birthday (in the 70s), by going backward, one month at a time, of each year is the ideal solution of stupidity. any high school app developer could add the options to pick the month, date and year. or just the ability to edit the date itself.

For the past month, I have had serious issues with ordering on the app. I continually get an error message..."Error...please retry or clear cart". I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted my phone too many times to count to alleviate this error. This morning, I tried for an hour to order on the app until I finally gave up! To be a loyal customer and for this to occur is disappointing.

Smoothie King contracted this app out and it shows. Navigation is confusing. Reward offer expiration times are tied to when you place your initial order rather than the at end of the day. For example, if you order a smoothie at 8am you may get an offer that expires at 8am the following day. What if the store opens at 9am? Too bad! What if the store isn't even open that day? Too bad! That's a lame design for a rewards program.

Level Up is the worst!!! I've had nothing but issues from the app. It rarely works on the first try, and I often have to call the store ahead of time to place the order. I've tried calling app support numerous times for a resolution. I've spent 20 minutes on the phone several times and sent screenshot after screenshot to only be credited a total of about $10 "for the inconvenience." Do better.

The current app is useless. I had a credit card saved on the app for payments, but could not use it when it came time to pay. I have missed the loyalty points from my last three trips since the app doesn't seem to record the transaction after scanning the barcode. Also, I scanned my receipt and sent it to guest support, but have not received points for it even though I received an email saying the recipient was processed. Please bring back the old app.

Would rate 0 stars if possible since the app can't actually be utilized for anything. If I try to see the menu, I get an ever spinning red circle; if I try to place an order, ever spinning red circle. I can check my rewards points and that's about it since you can't utilize those through the app either. Save the space on your phone and save yourself frustration and headaches. Just go through the browser since that's the only way it works.

First of all it forced me to update the app b/c it wouldn't scan w/o an update. Then my points were NOT transferred over. Only the last two purchases show. Even after I've gone through the so-called steps to transfer my points earned. This new model is absolute trash. 2 thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽!! Very disappointed, I frequent Smoothie King at least 2 or 3 times a week.
