App works well. New features added from time to time which is nice. Only thing I wish it had was the ability to input a custom date range in consumption/production sections rather than being limited to only a week. Would be useful to put in my billing period as an example to compare against bills received by the supplier etc.
Had for a year now, found that even with all details filled in correctly (supply charge, feed in tariff, etc) it just isnt accurate when compared to the bills (out by nearly $100). Also needs monthly view easy access like weekly and daily views. It's annoying having to open up "monthly report" each time to check consumption or savings and then return to the "monthly report" to check a different month instead of just flicking through the months like it's possible to flick through the weekly ones.
Very good information on my home use helps me keep an eye on supplier. What's missing from the app. 1. Supply Charge is not able to be added to Tarrif settings for savings page, must be added or savings is inaccurate. 2. Live today dashboard does not show live imported power from grid only consumption. 3. Watching live consume and performance flips approx every 5seconds automatically. Please allow to have a setting to show both at once or to tap and switch between one or the other manually.
PSA: For those reporting that their solar installer didnt tell them about the subscription to this service, take it up with your installer. It's not the fault of solar analytics, they are the product, not the salesman. OP: App works ok, but had a lot it can improve on. For starters, most of the graphs in the app need a measurement number on the Y axis... at the moment it just shows the time period on the X axis, but you cant tell anything without the Y axis having a listed measurement.
Initial impression is average. Feedback from 2019 asked for y axis measurements to be added. The live consumption monitor is worthless if I can't tell how much is actually being used... If you can't include y axis values, at least have the latest measurement listed constantly!!
Good app but what they dont tell you is after 12 months they want a fee of $250 to keep it running or $6 a month. very deceptive that this isnt stated when you start using it, particularly when the solar company is promoting this as an app linked to the system. just oit of principal om not using it any longer.
Account unable to join - its complete garbage. Took 5 months to reply that's why I found another app 4 months ago that's now doing the job. Would I change my rating - no way as it took way too long to get an answer to my original statement. So much for communication to future customers or lack of it.
The app works.... but all the graphs on the app dont have any values on the x or the y axis. Maby a thing to look at adding some values....
Flaky app keeps losing connection. Need values on the y axis. Was not communicated that there's a huge fee after 12 months.
This was meant to come with my solar installation which I paid a lot of money for. Next thing I know, I get an email stating they want money for a monthly subscription. I won't be extorted.
Downloaded the app, asked me to login. Couldn't find anywhere to register or sign up. Clicked forgot password, entered email, nothing arrived. Uninstalled, looking for an app that works.
The app works well, the company doesn't. They constantly say they have rectified faults when the faults occur daily. When asked for a full report, no response. When asked to send a technician they refuse and blame shading. A useless company with a decent app

Y axis needs to have labels. Fundamental piece for the app I would think.

Top notch!
Most recent update has added indirect advertising that uses your usage information to promote other energy plans. I never agreed to my data being used in this way. Secondly, ever since this update, the live monitoring frequently shows nothing is happening even though I can see it is on other pages. Frequently, the pages show a "no data" message even though just moments before it was showing the data, and if I close the app and restart, the information is there again. Too many bugs.
