My experience has been up and down. I've been with Sprint since early 2000's. The coverage is good and app UI is easy to navigate. But the prices are outrageous for the Basic Unlimited plan. Paying $180 for 2 phones and a tablet, every month is very hard to keep up with. Granted there are late fees, taxes, and other charges tacked on. But I hear all the time people saying they only pay fourty to fifty dollars a month or less. How is it we are stuck paying a high price and own both our phones?

There are so many issues with my account and they have screwed me out of over $2000 dollars. The merge has made it worse, t-mobile fixes it and sprint un does it. Over and over. I have been trying for 3 years to upgrade my phones. Still can't upgrade. 2 years trying to get the watch still can't get it. Even the so called free ones. Found out my tablets are not compatible with new chips. Tried for that upgrade to. They have totally screwed up my phone service.

Horrible!! Freezes on the splash screen every time. Have to wait several minutes for the network error prompt to initiate a Sign-In button. Once inside, you're placed on your last chat, then it's a guessing game if the button you just clicked is loading your desired page. Why? A lot of buttons don't work and there aren't any throbbers, spinners, or progress bars to indicate if your page is loading or not. If it does, it takes a while to process. So be prepared to wait. The Sprint App works great! It has everything that I need. But the Sprint service though... I have a Sprint tower just under 5 miles to my west. It is an unobstructed view, yet I often get the roaming notifications. I try to go more than 10 miles out of town and I have either spotty or no service. I have upgraded my phone twice per Sprint recommendations to take advantage of the service upgrades, but it's no better than before. My work phone is a Verizon, it works superbly compared to Sprint!

It would be nice if I could see my bill without the password requirement, or at least allow autofill for my PW. I saved it to autofill so I wouldnt have to remember it. I cannot autofill passwords without a retina scan, so my device is locked tighter than a nun's thighs. It seems like overkill on the security. I just want to see a breakdown of the charges on my account. It looks like I need to go back to paper invoicing.

Update: The usage information is back, it is in a different area at the bottom and the selection bar disappears depending on the direction one is scrolling. Original: Mine just updated and it no longer displays usage information such as data, texts, minutes, and hotspot usage for the current cycle. That was really the only useful piece of the app. Yes, it now displays information about the plan details and features which it did not before, but it should have added that stuff while keeping the other things in place. Very poor choice by Sprint since the overall usefulness actually decreased.

I've been a Sprint customer for 20 years straight and never switched to another carrier. Since they merged with T-mobile, the service has been awful! Even trying to log into this app now is a pain in the butt! It's ao frustrating and spins constantly. I have to forcestop the app several times before I can actually access the data. Is is extremely frustrating to say the least. I'm not sure how much more I can put up with this.

I always have trouble logging in. It never seems to be working. It doesn't let me view things such as my bill details but will let me upgrade and pay my bill 🙄. When I try to view things it makes me log back in and half the time it says error! it's very frustrating! Wish they would fix all the glitches but don't think they seem to care as long as you are able to eventually pay your bill on it.

So is this whole issue with the + button ever gonna get fixed?! I tap on it to view my plans&equipment info or my other charges and it takes forever to pop up, but not only that, when it does pop up, the info flashes on the screen then goes away in a nano second. OAN:Customer service is so stuck on the script they are given to handle us, that they don't take the time to listen to and understand what I'm telling them. Thats not even half of the problems I've had with sprint. I'm over it for sure.

I've been with Sprint for over 20 years. Far from perfect but better than others ... until lately. Phone and service have so many glitches - even with the updates (which are constant but don't help). SO annoying and frustrating and no one can fix them ... by phone or in person. Their app support sucks and getting through to customer service is very difficult (and you always end up talking to someone in a foreign country ... UGH).

Can't stand the horrible service since the "merge". I've been with Sprint since 2004 and had very little issues until recently and it's getting worse and worse every month. They tried to say it's because of the merging of towers and whatnot. This app says I need to update but just keeps spinning. Completely unacceptable. And calls keep dropping since switching to T-Mobile sim card. Going to go back to my Sprint sim card. Glad I saved it.

We had great service with Sprint for many yrs. Cost kept creeping up but when they worked with us. Now Sprint and T-mobile have merged. Before we even knew about that, we started having weird and awful service. Goes dead in the middle of calls. Last call 7 times it hung me up. "Roaming" goes across the top of screen and it won't let me use search or other features. I have text messages , it says "downloading", buffers for minutes or longer. Other problems too.

Could be MUCH better! I wish you would roll it back to when we could tell if Sprint was down in our area, when we could report dropped calls, texting issues, etc through this app. It pushes you to upgrade your phone constantly through this app, but I don't trust it at all for purchases. About the only thing it's good for is checking each phone on my account for data/minutes/text use, and they have made it very easy to pay my bill through the app. I do appreciate this part of it.

When you try to view the details of your bill such as call and text logs its sooooo slow. I just spent 30 minutes trying to look through the text on one of my line. Still didn't get to see them all. Plus you can't use the filter for texts. Which is stupid because I'm looking for one specific number. Also it only loads 25 texts at a time. I want to use the filter and view all of those messages.. How hard is that? Like really??

The app is great! The only thing I don't like is that I've had trouble logging in. Even after changing my password and writing it down, the password I enter doesn't work most of the time. I end up spending too much time retrieving and changing my password than I should. I never have password issues with other apps and web pages. My issue is specific to the Sprint app.

The app, along with all Sprint services is clunky, not user friendly, and difficult to find and decode information. Sprint's billing system is antiquated and cannot perform many basic functions. That combined with a difficult and complicated billing structure make it hard to learn anything about your bill. As the account owner, I have to log in at least 4-5 different times in a session to see different things. Security is important, but why multiple log ins everytime you change pages.

I love this app too pay my bill. I don't like the voice mail app. it is always trying to get me to go to something I have to pay for. VM comes with my service for free why would I pay extra for that? I have also had a problem with wifi not switching to stored locations. which then uses my time. not happy with that at all. also turns to roaming when it shouldn't. I have been with Sprint for over 13 years they offer great plans to NEW customers. try keeping existing ones happy!!!!

I'm sure it'd be a useful app if it worked. Most of the time I can't sign in, saying "please sign in with an admin account" when I am the only account on my policy. Whenever I can sign in several pages always show an error message saying "Bad Request" or the like. I think I've had it work correctly only twice and have had this app installed for several months now. My Sprint website I've had no issues with, only this app.

As good as you can reasonably expect. It hardly ever crashes, payments are made pretty easy, shopping from the app is decent, you can retrieve your bill and do basic necessities from the app. It's too bad they merged with T-Mobile cuz the upfront costs of phones are more expensive, and my data connection drops out more now even as I continue to pay for unlimited. The least they could do (and, admittedly, did) was let us keep this app to make this awful transition smoother. Boo hiss.

I get places where I cannot get service even tough I am near many cell sites. I have a paid pandora and quite often loose connection of my provider. I also have not been able to get my account on either by computer nor app. Some times I can get it on my app but is my initial one. not near the current one mostly cannot get it at all. I tried to uninstall the app then reinstall the app without any improvements. I have been reading the other reviews and it seems as if Sprint has the same problem with many others, I have an S9 also. so why isn't this thing getting fixed. Maybe create a new app that will work For all phones. I travel a lot and use Google Maps and cannot afford to loose a connection.

I have encountered multiple bugs in this system. For starters it kept screwing up the email that was saved to the account so it sent all emails to some other account thereby preventing me from logging into my account. Then I got a new debit card with a new expiration date but same number, it won't let me change the date saved in the system so I couldnt pay my bill and I came close to being disconnected. I have been so frustrated with this whole system

Great app. I would normally call the sprint customer service number and they wouldcharge for making a payment or upgrading a phone. Ever since I started using the app its much easier for me. I can set up payment arrangements and just upgraded to a new phone and avoided a $65 fee by simply using the sprint app. So glad I finally started using it. Definitely recommend. Save your money by not calling the customer service number.

I always get an error that the app is down, but I can click on the sign in button and continue. It's misleading. The app is very slow to load, but it's ok once you get past the mess up front. As far as Sprint service goes, it's horrible. The signal strength is always bad no matter where I go. They're too high and will mislead you on something being "free" when it's not. They will triple your charges and tell you it's your fault for not checking that 20 page bill.

Horrible app, horrible customer service. Half the time (or more) I wait for help, for a long time, only to be unable to communicate with the person due to a bug in this app that doesn't let you use a keyboard, either on screen, Bluetooth or otg adapter. I hate the horrible tricks they pull under the blanket of anonymity they get from using this app to frustrate and confuse customers with, and obviously it is intentional. I am going to continue to post warnings on social media of Sprint

I downloaded primarily to monitor hotspot usage for the account, but it only seems to show usage by phone. Since the data cap is spread across all phones, I really only care about per-phone usage once the per-account usage is approaching the threshold. The app has provided absolute certainty that I'm eligible for a phone upgrade. I didn't even have to look for it! It just told me! With a purple sliding banner that was hard to miss!

It'll ask for you to give it permission before you use. It will tell you if you're available for an upgrade. It will NOT let you browse without signing in. Why the hell not? You're on my phone. You know I'm using Sprint. The site won't sort correctly and there is only one pathetic filter. App is moot. I want to browse for a phone that won't be incompatible BEFORE purchasing. Only way to do that, apparently, is directly through Sprint.

It is good for paying your bill, checking you usage and contacting sprint. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to call sprint or go online to reset your password because you can't do it through the app. Also getting the text support through the app takes a while for the tech to get back with you and you can't leave the app or the chat or you will loose your place in line. Other than that, it is a good app.

Whoever made this app, should be shot. I understand security is important, but it's inconvenient when you enter your password everytime you want to use other features like view my bill, upgrade my phone, buy something, etc. But of course, the only thing you can do without entering a password is to pay your bill. I guess when it comes to Sprint getting money, they don't care whom it's from. At this point, they're just f-ing with us. there should be only 1 time you enter a password: at the launch

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The latest version has a lot LESS information, usefulness and versatility than the previous version. Can't see your bill statement or device pay-off amount, for example. Both of those things were available on the previous version. Now you have to go through "customer service" (people) and it takes a VERY long time, and it really should NOT.

I have had sprint for over 2 years now. When the merger happened my service became horrible. 3 months of my data connection cycling on and off all day long. They did every troubleshooting technique they can. They suggested I upgrade my phone even though my phone checked out in perfect condition. I have no choice at but to switch carriers since they cannot fix the problem. I've been patient for 3 month's.
