My Sprint Rewards

I am having the same issue as many others. I open the app, it prompts me to update. When I click update I only have two options, uninstall or open. I click open and the process starts over again. Very disappointing that this hasn't been addressed. I only see responses to the reviwes with good ratings. When will this issue be resolved?

Sprint Rewards had a slow and rocky start, but I am raising my rating up to 4 stars because the program really has improved. There have been more frequent rewards such as free movie rentals and $3 gift cards, the redemption has improved, it doesn't feel like a gamble whether or not you can actually get the reward item (unlike the initial free pizza that so many had problems with), and it notifies of new offers. **Would be nice if pressing back exited the app instead of logging out.**

When I open the app, it says and has a link to update before using. When I click update and select the play store, the only options are to uninstall or open. When I select open, it starts the frustrating process all over again. It's been this way for a very long time and I see others have made you aware of the issue...when is this going to be fixed? The uninstall button is looking like the only option you're leaving us with...?

Every since T-mobile took over, I'm having so many problems! With my apps, with the storage of my photos and Videos.!! Now you telling me to change my photos from Cloud and Sprint Complete will be deleted my photos if I don't change by Dec 31st 2021. TOO MANY CHANGES. I MIS MY SPRINT ACCOUNT!!!!! Everything was just fine with Sprint. This changing is total ridiculous 😒 🙄

Just received the email from Sprint saying how great the app is. I figure why not so I downloaded it. I follow the instructions which is simply putting in your phone number. It keeps saying servor error. After a few attempts I received a message of to many attempts and the app is now locked. If your going to have a App and you want your customers to use it even after doing your updates make sure it works. Don't keep testing it in house and say it works fine, test it outside your offices.

I have been a Sprint Customer for almost 20 years. Very disappointed since they have merged with T-Mobile. Face to face customer service is pretty bad. They don't seem to be as caring; they are more focused on transferring you to a T-Mobile account and they aren't as willing to review your account. Instead of trying to fix my "every 20 minutes dropped call issue" that they witnessed, they tell me I have to upgrade to a new phone from the one still on contract.

I gave this app a fair try since it was suggested so heavily by the sprint staff. but after trying it, i'm more concerned about the privacy and Battery usage. It gets one star for doing as it says it will in terms of offers and such. but with access to the phonebook, ability to send calls direct from the app (probably for phone ordering) that is not denyable, the way it causes wakelocks, I think I will pass on this app. I don't need an app in the background heating up my phone in my pockets.

I keep getting a server error when I put the PIN texted to me by Sprint. it even got a server error once when I first put in my number. I have reset the app and restarted my phone along with trying it on wifi and data. Sprint needs to get a clue (I don't think that they will) by pulling its head out of its ass and see how their competitors actually run these programs. This will be another nail in the coffin as the customer exodus continues

Have tried repeatedly but all I get is server error. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. and still the same thing. Sorry Sprint, big bust on this and don't try the try again we had an error that was resolved and die to high traffic. It's been going the same thing for almost 2.5 weeks. I waited to review just to give it time and it's still occurring.

Terrible app and rewards are not good. They didn't post my original review. They deleted my rewards that I had saved for later. I tried contacting them and they just said it expired even though it didn't have an expiration date. You should be able to use it if you save it to your account! It was for a free fandango rental. It should clearly show an expiration date if it does expire. Mine did not have an expiration date so I should still be able to have it. I saved it to my account.

I thought this program would give me something to look forward to each week, like Tmobile Tuesdays, but nope. The offers aren't the best but they do offer stuff. And the 2nd time they actually had something that was a GOOD offer (P'zone), it was removed from my account like 4 days after saving it. I emailed them and was told it expired..lol

I've been with Sprint for 18 years & I had very few issues. But once they merged with T-Mobile it has been a nightmare 😕 I receive at least 5+ random text messages saying I won something etc (all from T-Mobile) I can go to another town & have to turn phone off & back on just to somewhat of service. HORRIBLE.

This is Reward, this is offers. Last time sprint had a rewards plan, a legit one was like almost 10 years ago and they killed it before anyone can use it. This Rewards app is basically offers not rewards for you know being loyal to Sprint for X amount of years. Don't even waste your time with this. The only way you get a reward from sprint is if you're a new customer.

Don't install. They show you random deals on their app and after you click "get deal", expecting them to show more details about the deal, they just activate that service. They activated Tidal, Amazon prime and some other service and i was charged 40$ because of this. There's no other benefit of this app. Edit: I was charged $20 for 1 more month even after deactivating it the first month! This is crazy. Getting rid of Sprint and moving to T Mobile because of this.

Works now. Updated after outage was resolved. I was able to log into the app. it contains no offers. Each offer screen is empty. It only shows the page's title and a white screen. No matter how i look, by category, search, location, popular, the screen is blank.

app did not work at all! don't really trust this app since it wants to access all your phone calls since your phone has been activated. tried to register phone through app got pain and then crashed and or would not connect with server even though I was directly connected to Sprint network! was willing to use the app since I was just emailed about it. @Sprint please fix your application before emailing people about it!

mediocre... however I'm not easily impressed. not very useful rewards... every now and again something useful pops up but as for "rewards" go I see no place in earning points or to show you how many reward points you have... it's more or less like groupon. but with a lot less stuff. maybe one day it will be useful. still a little buggy.

Awful T-mobile service. Sprint was so much better. Nothing but interrupted service, dropped calls, and shut down of apps. What a waste of money. Can't wait for my contract to end. Have been a customer for 20 years! Too bad T-mobile

I've had nothing but problems since T Mobile took over. They've changed my apps, setup, notifications I can't delete. I'm switching to another carrier. This is frustrating.

i've been with sprint for over 2 years, and when I put in my phone# to try accessing the my rewards app nothing happens. I've tried several times over the last few weeks with no luck. Even contacting Sprint has been no help! This app is useless and a waste of space

T-mobile has killed off the My Sprint Rewards app without properly removing it from the Google Play Store or stating that the app will no longer be supported. Officially it has been replaced by the T-mobile Tuesdays app which Sprint customers are now allowed to use. Just like everything else to do with the merger of the two companies, T-mobile could have done a better job handling the crossover. If you're trying to update, I'm sorry to say it's time to uninstall My Sprint Rewards. RIP

I got further than others and I'm at least logged in, but when I try to view some of the deals, it either sits there trying to load the page for a REALLY long time, or a server error comes up. I was really hoping to use one of the deals tonight. I highly suggest looking into this issue as soon as possible.

This is just another app that offers coupons because you downloaded the app. Despite receiving my mail and getting my interest peaked (good job marketing team) enough because "I'm a valued Sprint customer.." (for 18 years) was naive enough to D/L the app. Which is just a wasteful app that applies coupon codes for inflated priced items, which we all have different apps for already. It doesn't separate itself from any other "perks" we have from other companies we already probably belong to.

It could be better. Same discounts & similar sweepstakes each week. Once in a while there will be something different. But it does not happen each week. Was really excited when this became available but it's mostly been a disappointment.

This is a terrible app. I spent all night trying to redeem a lousy free video rental. I ran into a myriad of problems that I finally had to surrender to when the app kept freezing up after I reinstalled it. Thanks for wasting my entire evening Sprint!

Not as nice as others. I was hoping this would be like Verizon's perks program where they give away VIP experiences for big concerts and games. My friend just won an all expense paid trip to the Super Bowl through the Verizon perks program. I hope there is more to come from Sprint.

Recent bad reviews seem to be from people who don't realize that Sprint Rewards is no longer a thing. They made it pretty obvious that they were merging and would only have the T-Mobile Tuesdays app now. When this one existed, the rewards were usually pretty decent and I had time to use them. The T-Mobile one, however, rarely has good ones and they expire after 3-7 days.

Complete garbage the deals should automatically display for each catagory. Instead you have to refine your search. No deals, or anything showing anywhere in my city, which is a major city in the US. Probably just another data miner. Unistalling.

If this is run like their credit union members rewards, you'll have to spend extra money to get a measly $10 coupon. As a 16 year customer, and a credit union member, my loyalty isn't enough to recieve a 'customer loyalty' reward. The customer service agents are incredible, and really the only reason in the last year that I've decided to finish my contract. But after that, ATT, Verizon, HELL I'll take cricket wireless & I don't even think they're still around! OCT 2020 it's Bye Bye Sprint!

It's pointless to download there is never anything in other than useless stuff that you can get on any other app just like group on. They don't give weekly & monthly stuff like they said it would when they compared it to every other carriers reward app. My point to the comment on my review at least once a month if your lucky &most of the time the items that are in there no one uses or is close to. Tmobile does tmobile Tuesdays plus some & at&t gives free movies weekly at the theater.
