My SPS

I received a notification on my android that there was an update so I clicked on "update" to accept the update...now I am unable to log into SPS using my cell. The mobile app does not work. I just get the little circle going around and around after I've inserted my username and password. I can still access my account using my desktop computer but the mobile app is totally useless. So, I am actually rating it 0 stars.

This company every month charge Extra $15 dollars for payment fee. I hate this

Easy and simple app. I was able to register without issues. Content in app is very similar to that on website but liked the layout in the app. Easy to navigate. Most of the information is available in the app. Good work. I have seen very bad apps from reputed financial companies, so very much impressed.

Why can't this bank get it together? I try to download the app, never get a verification email. I try to login to their website on my Mac, can't login, just loops you around in circles. Now I have to resort to paying mortgage through my phone on website. Ever since these idiots took over my mortgage it's been one technical issue after another with trying to access my information. Spend some money and get your App and website working like a bank should! Horrible experience.

The app doesn't work. Not like it crashes, it just tells you it's under construction and will be active soon. What's funny, it just had an update and it still does the same thing. Why even have an app? I installed it almost a year ago and no functioning app!?!?

This app has made it really easy to do what I need to do to get my mortgage caught up after being sick

This app is no better than the website. Outdated information and poor accounting practices. They charge you a fee if you want to make a payment using their app. I wish my loan was not transfered from Mr Cooper!!!

Your cheap and poorly made app had broken my phone. I have hundreds of apps installed on my phone, none of them have given me any trouble, until I installed yours. My phone had stopped working, until I uninstalled your damn app it went back to normal.

Technical difficulties. Asks for phone number but can't seem to even process that much. Probably don't want to have a valid working app so you still have to pay the $15 processing fee. Uninstall, Delete and wipe all....

I've been trying to compete the log in process but I never received a verification code to complete the process. So it's difficult to rate the App when I can't use it

App was great and now not working. I have uninstalled app. Very disappointed! Was nice to have it working on my phone.

Great app don't know why so many negative reviews, quick download and then I logged on to my account in less than 5 minutes! SPS makes it very easy to navigate the app even a caveman could do it! I have never had an issue with SPS they have always treated me with respect. Thank you SPS!

You have a webpage that doesn't function without glitches and so no surpise that this app is more problematic. On the website, i am a registered user. The app should recognize my login information from being a user of the webpage, yes? However, when i use my login credentials on the app it tells me that login is already being used. I tried to register with loan info, tax id, etc. And still cannot register because it asks me to use another ID, Well, i will not. Forget this! Waste of time. 😥

Its truly concerning that this app takes all of your personal information but is not a functioning app! It should state that at the time you've selected to download it! How can a non-functioning app show last update on 11/2020???

After trying for seven times to register and it telling me I haven't entered the code quick enough when I've done it within 10 seconds there's something wrong with your site and your app and that does not surprise me

Take the app out of the app store if it still is not ready. That is what thevalpha and beta releases are for. 12/3/2019 - App, new version still sucks. Asks for email to verify address and says "invalid arguments" when click continue.

No help from them while disputing with insurance claim. Six month to get my claim approved with insurance. Check claim has there name and mine. They cashed my check but not released the money. I need to pay my contractor to do outside work before winter. But they don't care. This company has definitely earned Hall of Shame award. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Never sends verification code, useless. Tried requesting code over 24 times, only showed up twice and then said the code was invalid. Uninstalling.

Application doesnt work, cant login no help options other than worthless FAQ's. This app has been an issue with my Andriod Samsung Note 10 since my first install on Note 7. Hire some reall mobile app developers for CHRIST sake!!

I can't log in! When I enter my ss# and email to retrieve my log in info it rejects it. AND when I tried re-registering it says my email is already in use. WTH!

Remove from App store since it is not ready to use. Btw- this has been months in the process!! Waste of time! This does not give a positive representation of the company.

Why is this app in the play store if it is not ready to use? Can't even log in. And from the other reviews they have been "working on finishing touches" for at least 9 months. 🙄

Worthless. Already have an account BUT app has only an register option, no sign in. Then while registering, refuses to sign up because I already have an account. Catch 22 BS.

No stars this app never works and so i always have to pay the extra fee.. I hate SPS even when u talk to rep they are aware its like they just want our money.. What a shame..

Threw terrible time of the corona virus sps mortgage, is not putting mortgage on the back end. Which would mean you can make, miss mortgage payment toward the end of loan. What there are doing is offering a 90 delay of payment which mean, all 4 month payments will be due in 3 month. So in 3 month for example ( If mortgage say $1200 a month , You will owe $4800 in 3 month. This extremely harsh by mortgage company like sps and other banks especially when pretty much every one is unemployed

please don't release your app if it's not ready for use. When you enter your loan and personally identifiable information, the app says it's not ready yet. Feels very scammy.

Lame company and an APP that has never worked. I didn't choose to have my loan transferred to this lame company. The web app person for the company should be fired. Take the app down it doesn't work. This is a 3rd rate company so behind with technology
