When this app works, it is a great tool, both in data keeping and motivation. Currently it is not working. I have to set up my account every time I open the app, but can never actually see my data. And it cannot sustain a connection to my tracker -- which now means my tracker isn't even an accurate watch anymore. I hope there's a remedial update soon!

This app is trash. When it lets me login (often it doesn't), it always tries to force me to go through setup all over again. I end up closing and opening the app multiple times. I use it for HR programs at work. I usually resort to using the website. It won't sync with Google Fit no matter how many times I try. You can't input activity time, only steps? It's just a terrible app.

App as well as desktop version is offline for second time for SECURITY updates. Not just for a few hours but for weeks! Cannot use app at all. Cannot log data, access workout content, or claim reward points. When it is operational, there are several popular tracking devices that it is not compatible with-everything has to be manually entered.

I would give it a zero if that was an option. We were told our old rewards program (Go365) was ending and we were switching to StayWell. I went on the app store saw awful ratings, and tried to be optimistic. Because I don't have a Fitbit and I have an android, I had to download another app to record my workouts. However, I did that and the app still doesn't work. I am so disappointed in my employers change to this program. It is absolute trash. Please don't waste your time with a download.

Since our agency has changed from Go365, I've been using Samsung Health App synced/connected to my Samsung Neo Tracker. I was able to keep up with all of my activities and challenges daily. I have downloaded this app and it won't even allow for me to connect to my tracker now!!!!! There are very few app that it will connect/sync with. Why should I have to go purchase a new tracker when the one I like works perfectly fine. Make it compatible with all tracking devices and you'll have a winner!!!!

This app is very unreliable. It was working, then it stopped. It's back working but no longer syncs to Google Fit. When it works, it's ok as a stand alone app. For me, it's not that useful because it won't sync to anything for me. I own a Samsung Galaxy Active2 smartwatch, which syncs with Google Fit and an app called Health Sync. My Staywell doesn't sync to any of this.

This app is functional for just manual recording; but when it comes to connections or syncing it never works Back in mid 2019 when my work started using it as incentive for rewards to keep us healthy, they gave us the free trackers. Then comes April 2020 when they decided to discontinue the free tracker. This not only removed that function, google fit does not sync no matter what. It just freezes the app even if I try to remove it. I got a Fitbit later and now still doesnt sync. Bad app.

Cannot get this app to sync with Google Fit or my health care provider no matter what I do. It just asks me to log in to Google/my provider and then does nothing at all. Tried reinstalling all apps, rebooting phone, everything I could think of. Just a crappy experience trying to sync anything. And of course if I don't put the info in, I don't get my wellness benefits from work 😒

Doesn't sync with many popular devices. Syncing to Google Fit doesn't work. App is difficult to navigate and would not let me login (though I could login fine from the web). I work in IT and I can easily tell that this app was cobbled together and not QAed very well. If you can avoid using it, I'd suggest sticking with the web site until they get the sync issues and user interface fixed up.

Update: Truly wish I could give this awful app zero stars. It has been down for weeks, and shows no signs of being repaired. I try to login, after going through the steps to regain computer access, and it keeps giving me an error message of user ID undefined. I've been on hold now for over 30 minutes to speak to someone. Customer service is as bad as the app.

Used app veryfit pro to update time on my budget fitness tracker after this broken app rendered it unusable. Bluetooth ID on the watch showed as "ID107" which is exactly what you feel like after attempting to make this app work. :P

Will not connect. Will find my "compatible" device. When I tap connect it asks if my tracker vibrated, which it didn't, so I tapped no while continuing to attempt to reconnect. If I tap yes to the vibration confirmation (even though it never vibrates) the app will cycle through 'connected, syncing, disconnected' and never show any data. Terrible app. Too bad our employer dumped their old fitness app/site for this terrible system.

Terrible and pointless. This app never syncs correctly or syncs period. Can't earn points. Waste of time and worthless. Supposed to be beneficial for KY state employees, but it's awful. Never sees my devices, doesn't have option to sync with Apple or Galaxy products. Have to use another app to try syncing and still won't work correctly.

App doesn't sync to fitness tracker using OnePlus 7 phone(and previous phone versions). Locked in a constant state of "connecting tracker" and "tracker connected". Then it says "Last Synced: Never". Amazing. Oh ya and i forgot to mention that it never vibrates syncing but i say yes anyways because there aren't any other trackers near me

This app sucks, every time it updates it "loses" the password and login to the app, when state of Kentucky was go365 it was easy to log in, no problems with that app. This app says to meet a goal but no rewards are available. No way to get pass lv 1 without being competitive with every body, the fitbit link hardly works, only thing does work is the weight scale. So I'm uninstalling it.

App does not stay sync'd and will not update previous data when it is sync'd later. I bought a Fitbit ionic so I would not need to waste time manually entering data that should simply upload. The previous system was excellent. This system was probably cheaper and you get what you pay for I guess.

Had some initial difficulties with syncing but once fixed became a useful place to log activities. My tracker started to malfunction so switched back to my old device. Thought that it said it was synced but have to enter data manually. Now I am just getting a blank white screen after it opens

Get errors when trying to connect one of my fitness tracking apps, forcing me to do it on their website, and the entire app crashes when syncing Google Fit. It reports 99,999 steps a day, which you cant edit, making your coworkers think you're cheating! No response from support about any of this.

i used to love it, but now, all i get is the get started portion, sync my watch,, go thru whole thing to get to a white blank screen. ive uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing. maybe my phones too old (samsung s7 edge). nope upgraded to Samsung 10 still after sync my watch, and go thru start up process goes to blank page. Is anyone gonna fix this app or explain what's going on?

I never write reviews but this app is the WORST!! I can't log in. I'm sick of getting codes texted and emailed to me that don't help. It will not sync with my fitbit. I've been working with tech for months trying to fix all that is wrong. I'm truly over this!!!!!!

App has topped working recently. Will open, show logo splash screen and then the entire screen goes white. Tried reinstalling but didn't help. Edit: Over 2 months this app has been broken. Multiple messages to the developer and no response. Really wish I could rate 0 stars.

I'm not sure why I've synced this with my Fitbit, My Fitness Pal, and Map My Run because it doesn't pick up any of my workouts. It picks up my steps, and that's about it. Why won't it pick up workouts? Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue. I also have a feeling that there are no rewards for this program like there were for Go365. Thanks for this garbage incentive program, KEHP.

5/22/20 Editing my review because the app continues to be non-functional, with no resolution from the Staywell team. I would give zero stars if I could. When it works it is fine, although it doesn't compare at all to our previous health incentive program. But lately it just doesn't seem to work. At all. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. How am I supposed to earn points if I can't log in to do so?

Can't signup. Says to contact member services but there's no link on the app screen....tried to do a login and it says "weak internet connection". I'm on a wifi that streams movies perfectly. Don't tell me I can't log on due to weak connection.... one star. Useless app.

The option to Sync with Google Fit within the app does not work. The option to sync takes me to the Google Account to sync and I tap on it and then nothing else happens. All of my activity is held within Google Fit. My company selected this app for a company wide incentive program and it will not sync therefore I do not like this app.

It's impossible to sync my Fitbit to the app. So far I can only do it on my laptop. However each time I have to log out of the Fitbit permissions and redo. If it wasn't for needing this app for week I would definitely not use.

Just got the tracker yesterday and everytime I open the app it wants me to Sync up my tracker. However, it goes through asking me questions and then loads a white screen and never goes anywhere further. Until that changes the app is of no help. I now have a watch with a stop tracker and heart rate monitor.

The app mainly uses swiping to navigate. I have Zombie Finger Syndrome. Swiping does nothing when the screen can barely read your finger. Please add buttons or at least a scroll bar for navigation for the sake of we who are capacitive-disabled.

Can not connect my tracker FitBit Versa 2 to the app - tracker not vibrating. App advises to move 50 ft away from another devices - I am on a empty parking lot - no way another devices are here. Constantly logging out me from app. User interface confusing and not intuitive - hard to read.

The app loads. but won't open enough to even sign in. Pretty disappointed, since the fitness tracker is worthless without syncing it up. My partner's iPhone app fired right up and synced withiut issues. Fix the Android app, please.
