Used to be a great app, very easy to navigate and pay the bill on my two buildings. The only thing I would have changed is the ability to give each account a nickname. I don't know what happened but the app has gone downhill. I tried to click on and it keeps taking me back to the log in page. Gone is the convenience of paying on the road.
Aweful!! Downloaded the app and wouldn't open. Logging in took forever. Adding payment took forever. Made payment for past due amount only and app said it processed the whole amount due. Payment didn't go thru yet. Checked online and balance still showing. Checked payment history and doesn't show the payment made. Do not waste your time on this app. I tried to delete the payment method and it wouldnt. Said there was an error.
This app all of a sudden doesn't work. It states that the face and fingerprint log in is unavailable . So i entered my password, i'm logged in but it will not let me pay my bill and keeps going back to the log in scene asking me to log i ..... I don't know why you would try to upgrade something that wasn't broken. Do better
I have been trying to log in since I downloaded it on my new phone. I usually use the fingerprint scan on it. It says it recognized it then takes me back to the login. So I cannot excess my account to pay or anything. I used to, but recently cannot. It is very frustrating.
I was logged in to the online web portal and I called customer service because I wanted to get more information about my energy usage in the form of graphs. The support agent told me I needed to get the phone app because it has all the graphs and everything you want of that nature in the app. That is absolutely not the case. This app is simply to pay your bill. I've been with stream energy for more than 10 years and when this contract term is up, I'm done!
It won't let me pay my bill. It has options to pay with account which has my correct card info and when I try to select it my transaction gets cancelled out. ( My account works on their website.) Or it give option to pay by card and it straight up will not select that option.
I have lived in my new address for a month now, I have electricity but they keep sending my bill to my old address. I have called them 4 times and they said that it was fixed and they will send it to the new one but still it keeps going to the old one. I have even asked for it through my email. And nothing, when my contract is up in 3 months I am going to another light company. This company is worthless.
Very easily used. Everything you need to know is in your app. Easy download to wherever you want it to download to and you will never skip a beat on swing changes.
First time I downloaded this app I could sign-in but very basic not near enough info on your account basically it's just a place to go pay them. Last week I tried signing in nothing won't even load. I uninstalled and reinstalled and this week it still won't work. Pitiful. How do we get our bills paid?
Never works right and sometimes it charges you your bill when it crashes but doesn't tell you and when you go back to try and pay your bill and now you made 2 of the same payments and they don't want to give it back.
All of a sudden the App doesn't work, I'm a Truck driver and I pay most of my bills online, this app gives me more problems than any other bill app I have, whatever you did you screwed it up can you please fix it!!!!!!!
Been trying to log in for 2 days now and when I use fingerprint it's not available so I put my password in and it takes me back to use fingerprint. And it will not even let me do contact us. Guess I am glad I am not paperless.
Unuseable. Won't log in, instead it forces you to use fingerprint login and keeps taking you back to the login page
Username and password don't work. The page just resets every time I try and log in. No error codes just doesn't work.
Every time I log in, it loops me back to the login screen. Already cleared cache & data as well as uninstall & reinstall.
It's nice to navigate but it only gives your full balance and not current balance. You still have to call and get your current balance. But it does avoid the $2.50 fee from calling
Horrible. Gives me a white screen and says I'm not connected to the internet. I'm on wifi, doesnt work. Mobile data, doesnt work. This is just ridiculous! I suggest you get someone to fix this quick.
Lets me login but keeps restarting every time I try to make a payment. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and still same thing. FIX IT!
White screen, never allows me to log in. This app used to be decent. Not sure what happened. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still having the same issue.
help I used to be able to get into account but now it doesnt let me log on. also when it use to work it only shows full amount due if I am a few days behind and want to pay past due I have to call auto system.
your app sucks. Paying a bill on this app sucks. You charge so you don't have to do anything. I'm considering switching because it's so hard to pay my bill. not that I don't have the money it's this app sucks
The contact customer support for bill questions or copy of bills. They said never recieve on thier end but i got email saying they did. The rep said app error.
This app worked great for a few months now it's terrible it never let's me pay my bill and now it doesnt even load someone needs to do a update to this app because it doesnt work
this app was great at first, now I CAN'T log in with my fingerprint and I CAN'T pay my bill it always says unsucessful then I have to go to the website and pay $2.95 just to pay my bill! This app SUCK!
This app sucks you cant even log in contact them or anything else I cant even view my billor contact them to find out what it is.
You can't pay with this app. It takes your pay information, but that's about it. It's only good for letting you know how much you owe, so you can pay some other way.
It crashes at sign in every time. I have Uninstaller and Re install several times. Last update was 2017!
Afte they updated the system i cant reset my password to get in the app no matter how manybtimes ive tried. Faulty service.
Can't open app goes to white screen. I don't know if there was an update but I used app before and it worked fine
This app is incredibly bare bones. From first launch, you're given the opportunity to use your phone's fingerprint sensor to log in in the future - ignore this, it's always "unavailable." You can pay your bill with this app, and that is literally it. There's no insight to your electricity consumption, previous bill comparisons don't exist, the totality of this app's function is, pay your bill. Get with the times, Stream, our meters provide so much more data than total usage.
