App needs to be login with passcode if OTP do not receive. App has a new look, good. It's good to see that the login details are saving by this app. I received a software upgrade via OTA to my dish box and after upgraded the software, everytime when I switch on TV the volume is very high so kindly reduce it. App is too slow to recharge or do anything on the app. Dump this app

This is one of the worst apps I've ever seen in my life... There is no provision to contact customer care... I've called the number mentioned in the app, except connecting to the customer care, it is doing everything.. Dear play store, kindly provide us the option to give negative rating.. soon, planning to shift the Network from sundirect to its competitors. One of the useless customer care and worst app.. Packs in the apps are also different from the Distributor. Such a shame app and network.

My rating: 0 / 5 1. Worst user experience I have each month with Sundirect dth recharge. Never updates immediately, I have to call customer care each time to enable the service after recharge. 2. No proper support from customer care also, there is no person calls. its all automated with computer with limited functionalities. 3. Its not possible to recharge for a single channel. It always asks for a base pack which is costly. 4. All packs are costly and tax is way toooo high comparatively.

Really the worst experience when working with this application 1. When login works then cart wouldn't 2. When logout works then login wouldn't. What kind of application this is I were trying to recharge the star sports select first to saw the premier league match and I very disappointed 😞

Very bad service. When turn on setopbox getting only SUNDIRECT Logo. Not proceeding after that. Called customer care, but they are asking for visiting charges. Im recharging monthly & paying money for viewing the channels & for the service. If there is disruption they need to look into it & fix for free.Charging for checking the issue is too much. Instd paying 175 as visiting charges,i can go for some other dth service just paying 500 extra for the new setopbox. Anyway im going to pay same amt.

Whenever trying to open the app for recharging, it shows new version available, but it never get updated. Last two days, facing this problem and when contacted Kochi customer care, they mentioned it may be due to internet issue and try again.. How many times we should try !!!

The new updated app is somewhat slow. Whatever the problems faced by the customer, the team would deliver the same messages informing to contact customer care but won't attend the call. Try to improve the app and customer care should be a ready reckoner. Totally sluggish, crashes and comes out

App performance is very bad. Today I tried to recharge my connection through the sundirect app. Offers you make in connection with the cash back offer. If select Net Banking option to add money to wallet, it will show that the time has expired after entering otp. Sometimes the cash will go out of the account. Later, when call customer care, they will tell that no such transaction has taken place. Please do the action for good function.

We installed this dish tv three months back with new package and with 6 months warranty. Since then we faced many signal issues , after raising complaint,we came to know that they have installed old parts and we paid money to them. We also called to customer care but there is no proper response. Really worst service and we are very dispointed.

App is too poor to use. Please get a simple process to connect customer support team . After recharge channels not activate, simplify this problems in app. Improve your support . Otherwise packages are nominal, good picture quality. The only problem is in recharge and channels activation time .

I am not able to use my wallet amount for add-on.When I click "Use my wallet amount",App is closing automatically. When I pay from bank account,Amount is deducted but transaction pending or transaction failed is coming. Do the needful ASAP.

Quick recharge in taking money but the channels are not coming quickly even after using refresh setup box option in the app, it says issue will be resolved soon but take days its not, it will take days for channels to come.. Anybody suggest me better dish!

Good functionality.... Smooth Operation..... But make some updates and some options visible clearly to Customers..... Colour of the app should be Cool and good viewing.... Better to Use Blue , Green Colours for good user interface....

It WORST, Recharge is sometimes successful sometimes unsuccessful, showing TRANSACTION PENDING not at all successful and not also give back money. Update is also worst, It should be made for existing fixes for user friendly but the whole options placement is changed.

I have recharged the channel, almost half an hour past it's not working, I have to call customer care service, then the customer care executive pick the phone after 10 min and said this is telegu number I can understand your language. This is your customer support.. No value for our time.

Not satisfied, because recharge process is costly and not good. that s why I am giving only one star.Rest of the dish have option to recharge with short amount.But it's not have this type of option.We are working all members.Sometimes no one at home. But it's not have any option to recharge with minimum amount. It's amount have fixed amount.Channel quality it'snot good. Mostly south channel are there. That's why we are not satisfied from the service of this dish connection.So plz improve it.Thnx

The Worst service. Passed 3 months I paid for connecting and I have to contact every month to activate my connection. From the call centre said no response. The the the worst. Better close the company and sleep. Don't do like this.

This app is a total garbage. No option to use the wallet balance anywhere. No one on customer care picks the call, tried for an hour. The UI looks cool and fancy, but there's nothing other than that. The website seems far better. But they seem to have broken the proper functionality of the website to promote this app. There's not even an option to categorise packs, nor to select the duration of A-La-Carte channels. Even money can't be easily topped up. Expecting serious improvements.

I forgot my password and when I try to use the forgot password option, the app crashes. I tried different phones but the result is the same. This is a bug fix it. Sun Direct has the worst customer service ever. It takes hours to just connect to the customer service and if the call gets connected they don't even have a slightest idea about the problems. No they definitely know about the problems but they are choosing to ignore it.

This app experience is worst... I have added through paytm to sundirect wallet.. But I have subscribe the channel but .. There was problem my smart TV is not coming I called customer support they are too busy after called sometimes one executive responded... He says sir please wait 24 to 48 hours what's going on... I have subscibed now they are service 48 hours later because of wallet recharge is not usefull..

Horrible customer service and horrible app. It's not functional at all. Neither the app nor the website allows users to choose a la carte channels but forces us to pay for a package that is predetermined by them. This is a gross violation of the TRAI guidelines and should be taken to court. While choosing channels individually, it mentioned that the balance is insufficient but once we recharged and added money to the wallet, it's not allowing the wallet cash to be used either.
