App is buggy. Can't check status as connection is not working between the app and sunrise server. Informations aren't clear (as unclear as their billing system where discount and subscription doesn't appear clearly)
Unstable UI; doesn't even load their survey; home-internet connection has huge pings and there is no way to report it (except long time on phone support); App logs in for a long time; unstable app connectivity
All the options in the menu take forever to load (I thought just the website is horrible but the app is even worse), even after you wait for them to load some error pops up, sometimes the menu is displayed out of grid... Plus I wanted to edit the favourite numbers for the first time and it says that they cannot be edited because they have already been saved! (By whom??)
Automatic logout when I want to switch between tabs. Completely unusable, embarrasing that the app is still that bad...
App doesn't work. I just installed it. I launched it to be stuck in the Sunrise UPC logo. I force stop it and restart phone to be stuck on a white screen. Any idea why?
I have been trying to cancel my pay monthly data service for 9 weeks. I'm no longer in Switzerland. International customer service numbers are "unavailable", chat is never available either. Impossible to contact. Sunrise won't accept cancelation by email. My service was worse than the 3rd world countries I've traveled in (when it DID work). I was not in a rural area but usually got under 10 Kbps! If you are going to offer a data only service you should be contactable that way too.
The UX is generally very bad. Everything is really slow and often it doesn't even load at all or it throws weird errors. It could be ok to make an app using webview, but I can't realize how this implementation can be so bad. I really hope that it'll be heavily improved
Brand new version of the Sunrise app and it doesn't work on my Samsung A5. First start: the app asks for my login. After entering the login data, the app let's me choose some options. After clicking on let's get started the screen goes white and the app no longer responds. Clearing the cache did not help. Clearing data resets the app and I can go through the login screen etc. again. Then it hangs again. Granting permissions to access phone and storage did not hep either. Not worth the trouble.
Really happy about the improvements after the changes! Only problem I still have is that the scrolling doesn't work quite well when looking at three ongoing costs. It's as if the page gets stuck once I stop scrolling up or down.
edit: still 1 star: it just keeps asking for my fingerprint and it's impossible to get into the app... (the "general error" problem was resolved) original review: really bad app. doesnt work at all and keeps saying "general error". I guess you still have to go to the sunrise shop to get things done...
My opinion and experience (for years): 1. Subscription options ⭐ 2. Dashboard with ongoing costs, data... ⭐ 3. Profile and other settings ⭐ 4. Clunky 😱 user interface => 🌠 5. Compared to other APPs slow loading screens 🐢. Sometimes no reaction to inputs 🤖 (it's definately not the touch screen of my device). => 🌠 Therefore there remain 2 wishes 🌠🍻
Basically a shortcut to the weblink! this is not actually an "app" it is the weblink with horrible UI and UX. functionality is horrible reqyiring multiple openings of the app to load a page (blabk page most of the time). please pay an actual app developer to build an AP
Honestly the app is not intuitive at all, and it's so damn slow at fetching any data. I can literally wait for 30 seconds to see the content of one page (and I'm using your 4g connection...)
slow and buggy page loading. the app is basically a container for the website, navigation is not working properly, back button always gets you to main screen instead of previous dialog. also sometimes 404 errors or cookie notices are shown
Jesus christ. I have never seen such a non responsive app. Especially if its from a big company like sunrise. Get the app fixed for gods sake. Update: They fixed a bit of the problems but its still far from perfect. Its still really unresponsive.
Can't buy new mobile phone, keep loading until forever...slow, unresponsive... Is this even tested before launched????????????????
I am not able to pay my bill, the app is totally broken ...
After last update is not working anymore!!! Always in loading mode when you launch it, and then it never show your data, info or remaining credit you have.
Such a big company but the website and apps is a low quality, error & bug everywhere , cant login to mysunrise on website, error on apps, i wonder how i can check my bills
Useless. Blank pages. It's poor service that there's no answer from Sunrise on any of these complaints, below. Such a shame as Customer Service on the phone and in stores is good. Not sure who developed the app but seriously consider firing them. And start answering these questions and comments below. People end up paying for this level of service after all. "We have Something for Everyone".. & you also claim that this app has "complete control around the clock". Get real - it doesn't.
For one of the biggest telecommunications company in Switzerland I'd be ashamed to put out such an "app". Slow, not user friendly, unorganized and ineffective. Please hire new app developers.
Nice app, finally. However it gets 1 star until "Annullare" is spelled correctly, with 2 l's. Update: Too many Fehler pages BTW, for instance the current costs one.
App totally failed after merging upc. Almost not responding at all anymore. it became a turning circle app, where you just wait about 1min for each action
Extremely slow, non-informative, weird browsing structure for years. Sunrise, do you do it in purpose?
This app is ridiculously slow and didn't improve since years. Not understandable why they can't/don't make it faster.
If you are looking for a good loading/blank screen simulator, this is the app for you. Utterly useless.
Keeps saying general error and doesnt work at all. You still have to go to the sunrise center/shop to get anything done.... sad!
I was satisfied with Sunrise and with the Sunrise App and also with their Customer Service/ Support. Thanks, Sunrise!!
Awesome look, but wants to use my fingerprint without asking me too and also asks 10 times for my fingerprint when i open the app.
Multiple texts are not displayed but instead the path in the CMS is displayed. Guys come on, hire proper devs...
