Its just not working and you get spamed eith useless notifications and questions! Just want to see my bill but no you cant even get close to this! Very bad
The app is very easy to use and quite convenient. I just wished we could have more options for changing packages, contacting customer service, or buying other swisscom products for example. But overall, good app!
Great App with state of the art UI and a great UX.
The app is confused or maybe it's me but I have a business phone and it seems to be incompatible with the app. Just cannot login- keeps telling me to register my business phone in an endless loop! I can't get past it.
Not functional. Displays an error message telling you to try again or logout (Something went wrong, any error occured when communicating with the Swisscom server. Please try again). Retrying, Rlrelogging or reinstalling doesn't help. No point in installing
my account for inone mobile and home was supposedly combined but they arent reflected realtime in the app. This defeats the purpose of having app to check my account status and billing status realtime using app. The app itself looks more like web browsing and I cannot find FAQ relating to my subscription - this is lacking personalisation when using the app. However, the itemised bill info was useful.
... why can't swisscom just patch the incorrect login bug up already..., I mean they tell you about the app on tv, but I never could make an account, but I guess swisscom got better things to do like golf in winter or something, please fix this and il give a 4/5 star rate
So the app used to be in german or english (can't remember) but since I took a trip to germany and wanted to check my data the app changed to italian and I can't find any way to change the language...
Buttons do not work, Services do not work when you need it, UI very inconsistent, no infos about my business contract, impossible to buy overpriced data packages, no dark mode support
1. Unable to register - After One week after 10 random tries it worked 2. I received a code with Post. It doesn't recognize it also in browser. = Trash
Its a scam. Horrible in every way. When you subscribe for the blue tv sport free month, you actually have to pay 175 CHF for 6 months because of the minimum duration of contract! Please stay away from Swisscom, there are so many better services! Dazn, Sky and Netflix to name a few, don't let yourself get scammed by those raclette eating money vultures! I wanted a free month and what I got was an unconditional fee of 175 CHF. NO other streamimg service does this. This business model will fail!
Very slow. Can't seem to top up pre paid credit. Can't really work out what use this app has
Useless. Tryed to login with same credentials as for the web services. Getting a "login attempt failed".
Very bad and useless does not work if you want us to pay our bills send them so we can see them online sick of this Cant see a bill I have to pay

Useless. After initial login just dumps you into a screen saying service is not available. How can the major Swiss mobile provider ship something so poor?
