Unable to submit a complaint, always showing can't connect to the servers, try after some time. I've been trying for a week after the update, fix it ! I have mailed to your email, it's been a week no response. Please look into if your seeing it. Anyway, it's good for recharged, that why I gave 2 stars.

Requires Clean Install After Every Update. The app is running in my phone, but it starts crashing after few weeks, by then usually new update is available and it works only when new update is installed after uninstalling older version. Please look in to it, comment section itself shows a lot of people are facing issues with this app. At least in my case it runs most of the time.

updated review 5th Feb: App does not remeber the profile created (broadband, I dont have land line). every time app is launched, have to get the otp every time, to register and see the account details... Very pathetic experience while registering the "Broadband Only" connection. Could not able to registered at all. Escalated to customer support in last 3 months "No Use"

worst experience. the app can't reditect from the payment website also. even the website is having this issue. stop your business if you cant even provide the least for your customers. money deducted twice successfully from bank account and no recharge done till now. refund my money. will choose MNP. worst service provider.

The current version doesnt deserve even 1 star. After loging in for the first time it works well but after few days, the app crashes. Even the very first screen becomes a blank screen. Useless app.

Working ok Until the last update. With the new update Freezing on the first screen.. No response thereafter. Kindly debug it. I have a temporary solution. Just go to app info and clear data and cache. Then start the app. You have to otp verify again though.

After update of 18th Feb, the app doesnt work. Everytime I get welcome screen and nothing happens even if you wait for ages. Something is wrong with 18th Feb patch, as earlier version was much better. I hope someone is looking into it and help to fix it.

Very poor app I am unable to get past the login screen. The app just wont have it. I tried installation, reinstallation and re oot with freah installation. Still unable to get past the logo screen. Developers need to correct this issue asap. Running on Android v8.1.0.

I'm finding it extremely painful to even rate this app and service 1 star. I have been using Docomo for over 10 years and you disconnected my number with no prior notice. All my accounts, apps and registrations are linked to that number. I've been mailing your team for over a month now and haven't received any response. Is this the value of a customer? Is this the way to treat a loyal customer who has been with you for over a decade? Shame on your service! You have 0 consideration for a customer

Dear Docomo, I bought my SIM around 8th April 2010. It has been a nice 9 years with you thanks to your lower costs for calls, SMS and data (except for the late introduction of 3G in my state). Not the best services in everything but decent quality and excellent value for money. It sucked that your contract to give network coverage abroad expired late 2018. Sad to see you go.

Very bad app. Always hangs,o nly a white screen will appear . tried to install on different phones but stil the same issue, ones it works properly and after that only white screen will appear.

Year 2009, when my friend bought a DoCoMo SIM and everyone else got their 1st Docomo SIM. It was very popular among all of us due to low cost and a special feature of first 2 paid messages and then 120 free for the rest of the day. Had spent great time on Chat through SMS and using fast speed internet in pre 4G Era. Also never had any false deduction or Service Complaint. Thank You for Quality Service throughout, A big Shout Out to the Docomo. Thank You for making and being a part of our Memories

One of the worst networks and services. I was a customer of their broadband services. Speed is pathetic and not at all as promised, and when complained, the service folks are more interested on receiving payment than getting the issues resolved. Never ever go to them. There are much better value based service providers out there.

Excellent App with customer Profile, Recharge options, Validity, Past Recharge History etc are good features. Tata Docomo is a mobile company which has never deducted even a rupee wrongly ever from mobile balance. No unwanted VAS and caller tunes. They were the first company to give full talktime on recharge and per second pulse. Wish they survive and compete well instead of closing down.

Bug in the last update !!! Unable to open the application after the recent update. User required to repeatedly uninstall and then reinstall everytime to open the application. it was all well before the update. Please undo last update !!!

plans are visible on the app, but one cannot change the package on the app. also the queries or complaint through the app doesn't work. pretty bad app for TATA broadband.

I wish we could give 0 stars. Don't you guys carry out even ONE test run of the product before releasing it? You can't even get past the login screen as the app crashes right from the first screen. Disappointed with your app, as I am disappointed with your service.

your app is gone mad after latest updates. I have updated it on 19.2.19. the app rejected to start after update. after that I uninstalled it and download again. surprisingly its started. but today... the app denied to start once again....do something as early as possible. this kind of things don't suit to TATA

Not working after the recent update. Only the flash screen of Tata Docomo logo displayed and the App hangs there itself. I had to make payment of my broadband but now think of using other channels since the App is not working. Pathetic app.

Used to work alright but after recent update it wont work at all.Only full page logo displays against white background and nothing else happens when you try to open this app.Sending mail didnt help as they suggested a link in case u wanted to recharge your number.Kept mum about the problem I had raised.

You are not worth of a single star. I have all my accounts linked with my docomo number but they have discontinued the services..is this the way you treat your customers ? whenever I go for recharge they tell that the number is invalid. I have lost my whatsapp account indeed... kindly figure it out and continue the services otherwise I'll not let anyone to trust docomo. reply asap

Please make this app and your services responsive. I tried many times it is not opening and even my phone became unresponsive when i try to open this app. Event other apps working fine on my phone.
