For the first time i tried to pay my postpaid bill through telenor app and the amount got deducted from my account but the bill was not paid. Really bad service. And very annoying pop-up adds. At least the official app should not have such annoying adds. Paying the bill through the app also promised 5 GB extra data which was also not provided. Really disappointing.

Good service with illegal balance deduction issues. Things are not transparent and balance use to reduce without any usage. It's not just me but the similar experiences have also been reported by the several other telenore users. This issue may please be sorted out to make it reliable service. Thanks.

Since I downloaded this apps, it's a very disappointing experience, the balance deductions for many mos are unresolved, wrote complaints but was given reply which was hogwash. Thinking of removing this apps totally, before, my balance acct piled up in savings mode, this time, all money is eaten all the time, needed to recharge & my bills are getting 5 times more of it's usage which by the way, didn't apply, activate or use. Pls correct this matter, otherwise your services are not needed anymore

Overall good service. Have many bonuses like free internet upto 100mbs a day and other gifts. But there are some issues with the app it does not work sometimes is slow and the internet itself sometimes does not work.

Dear telenor, your service has become extremely pathetic, the app doesn't work, the Internet package i had activated was deactivated all by itself, now if i use Internet, im charged on regular tariff rates, whats worse is i cant select a new package since it gives an error: "03", Thats it!! And theres no other way to get it done! Earlier the Internet would stop working on its own free will. Extremely inconvenient. If i could i'd rate you in minus. P. S. Also tried to port to jazz and failed 🤷‍

Over all good app with useful features, however it running bit slower, & the call/data history update very late & some time inaccurate. Also needs to add the time limit of call/data packages, e.g the free call bonus which is excluding the prime time 5-12pm or 7-12pm mostly not mentioned in this app remaining sources?

This app is absolutely helpful and useful sometime it gives free MBs data something are missing from those who don't give in each place a good connection, I paste 2 stars for their good work , some have mistakes but I can't explain it . Early sometimes ago I installed and updated for that reason the message was something like that " update the app and receive 2GBs data from My Telenor app" then I have done it after sometime see it's zero

I have using Telenor facilities since it's inception. The Services are absolutely good as compared to other available players in Pakistan. The connectivity in remote areas like Gilgit Baltistan and AJK is found perfect. Rates are also affordable. However, since introduction of Concessional Packages, I experienced some difficulty at the end of the month. Earlier there was no alert message about termination of monthly package. And I lost my balances several times. Pl keep this service improving.

I'm having the worse internet experience on Telenor ever. Your data packages are way too expensive and misleading (24 gb package only has 12 GB for the day time for a week). Zong automatically stops data usage when a package has expired but Telenor just sends me a text when all my balance is gone! Very poor service!

Activating worthless digital subscriptions on their own and deducting money is Telenor's new scam. I am using my Telenor from last 10 years which is quite impossible for me to switch number now, which is the only reason i am stuck with these scammers. Would have switched long ago, Hadn't i have this issue.

The WORST app ever. Has resulted in so much of my balance being deducted without reason. The pop ups for recommended packages are intentionally timed and placed so that you press them when trying to see details of your subscription details.

Very bad experience with My Telenor App with this version. Very laggy and slow response. No favorites packages option available. So we can add packages to favorites to find them easily accessible. Currently using App version 4.2.30

This app is designed too cute,btw I have few points which I want to suggest the developers to improve this app for our convenience. 1. There should be the terms in "Peak-Off & Peak-On" where we check our remaining Data package. 2. The time when the package will be active should be introduced in the app(as above)or mention the time of the package e.g 1 AM to 11 AM. 3. Improve "Customer Support" & facilitate it further. 4. Try to work more on app stability and bugs.

My telenor App is really a user friendly APP as claimed by the owner but it has still some discrepancies ie Subscriptions—which apps/ games has subscribed—,very limited options of validity period —preferrably a slider from 1~30 days else it should include prime numbers to form any combination of the days — , advance package subscription options

Extremely bad experience. I had subscribed a package with debit card through bmy Telenor app, the amount was deducted but package was not subscribed. I registered a complaint that day by calling the helpline, but now three days has been pass the issue isn't resolved yet.

easy to use .and good to have it for free stuff and offers . But ' Jazz have some good options which u dont have .such as monthly make bundle on minimum calling time .as 25 minutes for 30 days expiry .which u dont have . your minimum on net minutes are 500 which are too much .and off net minutes are minimum 50 .which makes offer more costly .u should provide all possible offers . and moreover there should be offers for 2 weeks also . there are only 3 options .day week and month .

this company cheats its customers not in a small way but big way. it works well if you have package installed by a retail outlet but if you done by customer then kiss your money goodbye. no package no money. happened to me twice i wanted to buy new package before old one expired so there is no disruption in service. loaded the balance and purchase the package but when old package expired new package expired as well. so far i lost pkr 2000. seriously considering leaving.

Two days back, I recharged (a large amount ) on My telenor app through easypaisa. But hadn't receive that recharged amount. I complaint to both telenor and easypaisa. And today I got my issue resolved and money back. Thanks telenor customer help center. Appreciated.

The AP is very grateful and helpful in managing the network when I first install it. It give me 5 GB for the next 3 day . After the 1 month I change the sim Telenor to Telenor it again give me 2 GB . From that time I always change the sim card after the month and win the prize *I am really like this app this is very useful*

I have observed wrongful balance deduction several times but today when I opened the app, I have 126 Rs in my account, after refreshing the aap it displayed 46 Rs. They are stealing the balance and when you contact support they provide a copy paste answer that "No such deduction take place at given time" I request all the users to download PTA CMS app (This is Govt Regulatory Body For Telecommunications) and report thier respective issues, if your sim provider is not resolving the issue.

Scammers!! Digital services are automatically subscribed. When I call the customer service, they blame me for clicking the pop up links. There are no such pop up links. And I lost a lot of credit because of their illegal deductions.

Very bad app and very bad service too, even I'm trying to open the App since from 15 days, But always just showing that "connection error" please check your network settings. I'm really disappointed 😥. I tried a lot many times but still can't opening the app disappointed 😥

Application is good, but complain system is not that supportive, when ever I complain on wrong balance deduction they just resolve and says we didn't find any wrong deduction in this time period. Telenore send free internet msgs when I click on link of free internet they subscribe the Gameloft services and deduct balance. And on complain their response is useless.
